Utter scum. Whoever runs this company should be arrested immediately as he is not capable of running a business that handles large amounts of cash. Customer service team barely speak English & when they do there’s a 7 day delay between messages. I’ve been dealing with Dalila & she is utterly hopeless.

My account has been locked for 2 weeks even though I have sent my ID documents over. (Their website says takes minutes to resolve) They have no live chat, no phonen umber, ignore emails and no complaints procedure hence - No customer service at all. Disgrace. I am still awaiting access to my account to withdraw 'MY' money.

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Take up to a week to reply to emails and that's after sending 10. Staff getting paid to do sweet nothing. Archiving/deleting emails at their own leisure. No live chat and no phone number. Shambles. Awaiting a refund/withdrawal for a month. Yes a month.....

I like using Betstars and find their site very easy to use. The only issue is previous problems experienced with the withrdrawal... But that problem is solved now.

I got a message saying my account was suspended but only for a few minutes (yeah sure) when was trying to withdraw They then told me I needed to send them my details bank statements and proof of earnings Took them a week to get back and asked for more information such as people's names on my bank statements. This is none of their business which I told them They released my funds but then said they were concerned money laundering hahaha And froze my account and could apply for it to be reopened in 6 months If I was money laundering I would have been a damn sight smarter than sending my bank statements wouldn't I? Total morons The staff are rude incompetent and struggle to speak English I won't be applying to get my account reopened They seem to have their own rules and do as they please. They had no problems with me depositing. Only when I wanted to withdraw did they go on about money laundering
