If there were no stars this company would have got none happy to take your money but as soon as you withdraw there asking for all forms of I.d there should be a law where you can’t deposit without I.d 1st then they wouldn’t be able to keep your deposits

Do not use this site please. You might as well chuck your money away. They do not pay any returns on the casino games. Its a scam site. If there are any good reviews on here, it’s done by the company im sure. I’ve never ever played on such a bad, unpleasurable site with hardly any bonuses. Also you will not get your promotions. What a disaster of a company takes 1% of your withdrawals and also takes your sign up bones of you when you withdraw any funds. Keep away it’s is an absolute shambles of a betting company.

I would put zero if I have the option.They blocked my bonus although I deposited decent amounts and they insult the members who use them.They still bother me with spam messages and I blocked them after I realised how rude and disrespectful they are as a business

Betstorm. I have been waiting for a withdrawal of 1500 for 6 weeks now. That’s it. What they don’t know is I work in government as a consultant and my colleagues work for the minister in charge of gambling and I have spoken to them and they are going to raise this and launch an inquiry. I tried being patient but this site needs to be taken down and will not rest until it is done so.

Please avoid. I can’t withdraw my money. It has been over two months now of trying but they are not responding to any emails or complaints. Live chat is saying that ‘it is being reviewed by them team’ and they don’t have any more information. I think Gambling Commission should have a proper look here. Once my problem is solved I will write my complaint to them for sure.

Why oh why did I make the mistake of betting with these scam artists again?! I put the last torrid experience in which it took over six weeks to withdraw money down to bad luck but here I am again in the same situation. Over a week since I requested a withdrawal of winnings, submitted new documents and now the infinite waiting game begins. I will email the complaints team every day and update here when I get a response. To date, I have sent 6 emails and received no response, not even a holding email. Once again,AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Well… simply put AVOID this site at all costs as they DO NOT LIKE PLAYERS WHO WIN!I usually stake £100 on single markets but this was quickly restricted down to around £10 after winning my initial bets.The withdrawal process was painful to say the least but I managed to become fully verified (be prepared to go as far as taking a selfie while holding up your passport next to your face). Then withdrawals were processed on a daily basis.However, I managed to win around £500 in total even though my stake amounts were severely restricted. Then all of a sudden with no notice, my account was suspended for no good reason and my last winning bet of around £75 (if I remember correctly) was not even paid out!You have been warned!

I signed up with betstorm last weekend on a bet £10, get a £30 free bet. Unknowingly, I entered the promotion code, BET30 in the wrong place, needless to say I didn’t get my free bet.However, on contacting customer support and explaining my mistake, Daniel has manually added a free £30 bet to my account having no obligation to do so. Also, I’ve already withdrawn cash from the account with no issue and very promptly.I guess there are many people who just don’t positively review.

I requested a withdrawal and it hasn’t even been processed even though it has been months. Their website says it should take a few business days max. Every time you contact customer service about it they give canned PR responses and say they have no information that they can give about the matter. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM SPORTSBOOK

Good experience. I registered with them but had a little issue, went on live chat where my issue was solved within minutes by Jessica, highly recommend the website because of the service i got on live chat, they have pretty good bonus as well, just dont win over £200 with the bonus because £200 its max

Opened and account with bet storm on Friday and deposited followed all the steps too verify my account and was then told I had entered the wrong code for my bonus and then was told my identification that I had been verified on was now not enough, and too top things off my winnings they are refusing too give too me as my account is now suspended for some strange reason and all I keep getting told is the relevant team will email me at a later date. Stay away from this dreadful site. Needs closing down

Opened an account, deposited the relevant amount in order to receive the bonus – made sure that I followed the criteria precisely using the correct code. Guess what? No bonus applied.Went to live chat which took an eternity to respond. Laila then proceeded to tell me 3-4 times that I hadn’t entered the relevant code!Then I see that they charge to withdraw funds so they don’t really care if you withdraw your money or not.Steer well clear of this shady outfit

Deposited as a new customer and entered promo for a bonus. Unfortunately the bonus didn’t turn up and upon talking with someone on their chat line. They tell me there is nothing they can do.Then they can’t cancel my bet for a refund even tho I deposited under false pretences

Please note, if you open an account with Betstorm, then don’t bother with Tebwin as it’s classed as a sister site, and they won’t give you a welcome bonus on both.Never in 30 years known a situation where 2 companies only give 1 bonus across all their different trading names.
