This is a complete disgrace of a company, live chat is worse than useless, no customer care worth talking about, to add insult to injury scottish grand national today and i couldn’t bet on it due to a fault on the system. The company is a joke removing my money and deleting account. Free bets = frustration. Nothing easy or straight forward with this company. Lack of knowledge from staff and lack of interest. Do not use this company. Just a pity I couldn’t score them lower than 1 star. They don’t even deserve that.

Tried to put a bet on, for the Scottish Grand National, about 40 times but it kept telling me to log in, even though I was already logged in! The app was happy enough to let me put money in, but when it came to putting the bet on, it wasn’t. Withdrew my money.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. PEOPLE PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! So after seeing the reviews I opened the account with betuk and left it for a few days to see if they would close it or try any funny business. After the 2nd day I deposited £100+ and won £150 and within 1 hour I couldn’t log into my account. They started saying the account is under review we will send you email stating the update shortly since then I’ve had no email nothing at all sent over to me and the annoying part I’ve got pending withdrawals still to be sent to my PayPal. All the bad reviews you lot read about this company it’s true. I didn’t want to believe it but the bad reviews are true… everyday I’m being promised different things and seems like there’s lack of clarity with their website…. Now imagine before I even deposited I specifically asked if it’s ok to to do so and if there’s anything outstanding to be reviews and I was told to go ahead and my account would be fine apparently…. I’ve sent them emails , Twitter and nothing no reply!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR GUYS AND KEEP YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE because these thieves are getting away with murder here. Like every review before me wish I read the reviews. Tried to take advantage of the £30 free bets for a new starter. Made my £10 bet in the grand national. Came back to place my best and it doesn’t give me the option to place my free bets when they are clearly within the terms. Now the my bets section is empty apart from settings which dont give an option to accept settings. Appears those bets are lost. Appalling company who shouldn’t be operating.

I rarely gamble but wanted to have a look at the Scottish national today. They had an offer on, basically spend £10, £30 free bets. Great. I bet my £10, lost of course, and then waited for the free bets. They didn’t arrive. Also most of the pages I clicked on gave me the ‘Page not found’ error. Quite hilarious really, what a ridiculous junk of a site. I will stick with more reliable sites in future.

I’ve got stage 4 Cancer and wanted to have a bet, as you might imagine. Grand National why the hell not. Bet £10 offer from this site with £30 free bets seemed to good to be true. IT WAS!Unless you put £10 to win on a horse you do not qualify for this offer. Friend who was with me put £10 with Bet365 and received everything he thought he was going to get and they were great. I screenshot all of the conversation with BetUk and will be happy to share their less than favourable customer service.

I cash out a bet wich I won it £2100 and they locked my account.I won a decent-sized return of £2100 from a small £20 stake bet, and my account was closed 1h. I cannot access my account on this time and after 20 attempts when I login in on the website, my money gone. You aren’t able to contact them by telephone, they’ve replied on the Live Chat saying that ‘It was a general error for all our users’. Ok but what about my money, this is completely unacceptable. I already contact IBAS and I aware them about this, and I will also contact all of BetUK’s ambassadors/partnerships to make them aware of how they operate.If the issue won’t be solved I will take this future on my own legal way.

You cant speak to anyone on the phone who makes the decisions they are too important to talk to you, all you have is live chat which is full of people who have silly avatars just giving you copy and paste answers or emails which is full of the same people fobbing you offthey are based in Malta which says it all despite calling themselves BetUK, they dont have a phone number to talk to someone onAvoid the casino, its rotten,

Wish I had read these reviews before using this site.They are criminals. They don’t let you withdraw your money. Simple as that.You get asked for all sorts of confidential data / photos / screen shots in order for them to ‘verify your ID’ and because ‘NatWest won’t let gambling companies send money to their card users’. This is a scam. Pure and simple.

Their promotions free bets are bad enough anyway but now they have taken them from meLeoVegas own this lot which says it allLOL at the 5 stars saying how great customer service is. Was not to sure at first when they asked for documents so I could withdraw but after depositing £10 by bank transfer I was able to withdraw.They aske for a photo of my debit card and bank statement but I blanked out the 3 digit number on the card this was a bit alarming but as I say no problem.I have seen other reviews saying they could not get their free bets I had no problem and it does state WIN not E/W as well as fourfold bets on the free bets which was ok as I bet Football Acc,So the out come is read the small print like everything.

Superb bookmaker excellent service from CS agents. Withdrawals now faster than Usain. One negative unfortunately, they don’t refund stakes when you never had a run as horse didn’t start as some bookmakers do. It’s a hard game without not even getting a run for your money.

As per the other reviews, an absolute drama to try and withdraw winnings, I’ve given up as the amount was only £ 21.00. Staked £ 40.00 on the Grand National, using this company as they advertised a free £ 30.00 bet, which in fairness worked. They took my money without asking for any proof of bank account, personal identity etc. and then ask you to jump through hoops when you try and withdraw. However, I did enjoy antagonising whilst in the chat room!

I won a decent-sized return from a small stake on Friday, and my account was closed within 2 hours. I cannot access the money, you aren’t able to contact them by telephone, they’ve not replied to any of my emails and all that Live Chat will say is that ‘someone will be in touch soon’. It’s been 4 days now, and it is completely unacceptable. No communication, no response, just locked down the account with my money in. I guess my next step is to contact IBAS, and all of BetUK’s ambassadors/partnerships to make them aware of how they operate. If you take a bet, honour it. It’s a rule as old as time, whether it’s in the playground or the betting shop.

I joined Bet UK to place bets on the Grand National. After a very difficult set up and best placing session. I was confident that I would be getting £30 in free bets after placing £60 on the Grand National horses. The next day I tried to bet using my three £10 free bets (marked as pending on my account) only to find that every obstacle was put in my way, and even though I had bet £60 the day before this was not adequate as they were each way bets!!! this was in the small print. I am not happy with this company and I’ve deleted the app already.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing money to join for the Grand national We put a E/W bet on one of the horses that come in but nothing been credited to my account ?Plus I have £30 worth of free bets sitting in my account but there is no way of using them as there is no option to use them it’s saying they are on my account but not in the deposit pot I have no way of using them.The website is very confusing could be a lot user friendly.I signed up because it was advertised as deposit £10 get £30 in free bets.How do I get to use these bets ???

I get emails with promotions and last one was bet £5 on any sport and receive another £5 bet to be used within 3 days for free.I placed a bet of £2.50 each way = £5 and the free bet wasn’t given due to having an each way bet.Apparently in their terms and conditions, but nothing in the email promotion whatsoever.If you are happy to read through all their terms and conditions, these may a a bookmaker for you.Otherwise, use a bookmaker you can trust.Account now closed and balance refunded to use elsewhere.Be careful.

Wish I read these reviews. Never found a bookies that make it almost impossible to get your money. I had to speak to customer services at least 12 times tonight to verify through 3 different methods and you still come up with more excuses not to pay me. This has been followed up with the gambling commission and I hope you get investigated and your licence suspended. I suggest everyone else report them too.

You should have minus stars for companies like this. BETUK is owned by LeoVegas they are disgusting company to deal with, based in Malta. No way of contacting them only through Live Chat and emails they do not answer. Take you money, but if you win they will not allow you to withdraw it without bank statements, copies of your bank cards including all numbers (CVV etc.)AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs

I Never had a problem with Betuk, until I won whilst on my Easter holiday. I won over a couple of days around £5k ( thousand ) the next time I tried to log in to Betuk it refused me access. After several attempts I contacted their online chat which explained that I have not followed their guidelines regarding responsible gambling. Ha ha ha !!! Got to say that your policies of giving at least half a point less than the big 4 bookmakers and only wanting documentation when you want to withdraw your winnings.This company only wants mug punters. You are genuinely a very poor, short sighted company.

I have been using BetUk for around a year now. I have to say, they have been excellent. Some great odds covering all sports and lots of offers. The offers seem to have stopped now for some reason but overall it’s been great. Speedy withdrawal as well. Thanks

After placing £1400 worth of bets via PayPal my returns were £881. They then made my life a nightmare requesting screenshot from my PayPal account. They verified I sent the correct docuements. They have now blocked me from signing in and will not speak to me. Complete scam. I will now need to do 14 PayPal disputes. Most disgraceful betting company I have ever used. They have effected my mental health in a big way. I have spent many many hours trying to contact them for a reply.

No money has been paid back after nearly one month after I tried to withdraw. LeoVegas Gambling trading under BetUK is a scam and I have now gone to ibas-uk.com. This company should be closed down and its license revoked. They are a scam company looking for people that lose and never have to withdraw money. I had a terrible experience with the Bet UK today. I played 380 spins on a slots game at £0.25 per spin, hoping to have some fun, and maybe bag a win along the way. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when the game froze, and I was forced to reboot it.After resetting the game, my stake had been increased to £2.50 per spin! To make matters worse, I managed to play four spins at the higher stake before I even realised what had happened.When I contacted the customer service team on live chat to report the issue, I was met with nothing but hostility and a complete lack of empathy. They refused to acknowledge that there was anything wrong with their system and placed the blame solely on me, stating that it was my responsibility to check my stake before every single spin.I am absolutely appalled by this response. As a customer, I should not be expected to constantly monitor my stake, especially when playing hundreds of spins. My account was under review after I tried to withdraw money 3 days ago. I provided several pieces of information with personal details and I have had no explanation as to why my account continues under review. Customer support won’t tell me and they won’t allow me to speak to anyone about it. They apologise and suggest I should wait but I am not sure what the timescales are or what exactly they need to know. I am not allowed to close my account and access my existing funds. There is nothing positive I can say about BetUK and I would avoid this site. Having read the other reviews I can confirm that they are accurate and there is clearly no interest in customers. Also, please do not bother to contact me through trustpilot and claim to be doing something to assist because I have sent emails to you and spoken to numerous customer support advisers and I know your offers are empty words.

Regardless of what you send to verify your account they will always want more including photo id? WHY. I sent everything they aked for (except photo id) and today i received an email telling me i must verify my account or my account will be suspended??? All this because i wanted to withdaw the princely sum of £18.25 and thats been pending since 30/3/23.If you are a sensible person who is doing their due dilligence before joining this betting site… DON’T DO IT!!!And Betuk shame on you.

Set up an account, verified all documents and placed initial sports bet. Welcome offer wasn’t given so had to contact live chat who assured me it had been resolved. It hadn’t, so I had to contact them again. Finally received free bets and hated every minute of navigating the site. Hard work and not at all clear. Would avoid using unless they had a unbelievable welcome offer on.
