I cannot withdraw any winnings from my account!! My account is verified after sending all required documents but it won’t allow my to remove funds. I’ve tried to get help from their help centre multiple times but of no avail. Very frustrating and getting tired of trying to get my winnings, doesn’t seem fair!!

Awful so frustrating and so bad multiple uploads as proof that didn’t work no explanation as to why, didn’t get my bonus , staff are rude on chat. Tried to withdraw my money and was told I can’t due to issue with my bank , spoke to my bank and they said there is no issue there end. They then suddenly said I needed to upload my card and then bank statement . I had already uploaded my bank statement when joining. I did this and I still couldn’t get my money … company is a joke do not use. Oh and they lied about the joining bonus you don’t get £60 you get a load of random bets . Hope this company goes bust

I have £3,000 stuck in my account they are not letting me withdraw, they owe me over £20,000 from not paying out the return on bets, I have emailed 10 times no reply.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Bet £20 with the bet 20 get 60 sign up offer. I bet £10 each way on a horse at 9/1 totalling £20 securing my free bets… if only they weren’t still ‘pending’ expiring today.Update – I’ve been given the free bets as a goodwill gesture, apparently my bet didn’t qualify. The terms are not clear.

Sick to death of having to chase up free bets having to give bet IDs which then logs you out the chat . Why can’t they just be added automatically… Having to wait via chat for 30 minutes is something I can do without on my day offAlso tired of them wriggling out of the free bet because I supposedly didn’t opt in and refusing to add it afterwards. There’s no common sense applied or any goodwill from customer service.. Live chat is just a long waste of time. For the sake of a lousy £5 free bet you’ve lost a customer and gained a 1 star review

I try to test out multiple betting companies to see who offers the best deals and service. Bet UK is hands down the worst I’ve come across. BS Free Bet Offers, withdrawal not working for days on end. Customer service staff rude and blunt. Save yourself the hassle, AVOID this company.

Still cannot get MY deposits from this company, they say use Resolver, so have tried that, one thing they wanted was a photo of my Bankers Card…BOTH sides, that is when I got suspicious of them.Anyway having looked around at the numerous complaints I have decided to go down the Small Claimsroad, they only owe me £43, £40 which is money I deposited, but I’m more than willing to give it a try.They actually say on my account that National Westminster and HSBC are refusing to pay money into BetUK accounts and suggest using PayPal, now doesn’t that sound rather strange!

Existing customers got no offers at Cheltenham at all. Not even price boosts or specials. New customers got offered misleading offer 60 free bets but only 2 X 5 free bet were allowed on single horse bets. The other 3 X10 bets had to be minimum 4 selections accumulators. Then 10 on a golf tournament and 10 on Europa League. Who signs up for a Cheltenham offer and then wants to bet golf and Europa League???

Have to agree with many of the comments about the £60 Free Bets promotion. You have to jump through hoops of fire (with petrol on your pants) to get them – And every THEN – Nothing. Mine are still “pending” after three days – And they “expire” tomorrow. Dreadful. Guess I’m lucky to receive the £22 I won from the £20 I placed in order to (supposedly) qualify for the freebies. Closing my account.

Awful company, customer service constantly send you links to open if you click in them it closes the chat so you have to start again, the opening offer is a complete joke, random bets across sports you may not even follow, customer service staff rude and arrogant.. avoid at all costs

I knew I was tempting fate when I left BetUK a five star review on 1st March. Two weeks later, it’s Cheltenham Festival week and BetUK have some great promotions – as well as the weekly Horse Racing offer (2 x £3 free bets) I was able to opt-in to a special offer (3 x £10 free bets). The only problem was that, when I came to place a qualifying bet on Monday, I found that I was unable to stake more than a couple of quid. I needed to stake £25 to qualify for the special offer.I have now emailed (twice) and used live chat (twice) and BetUK won’t offer an explanation as to why this has happened. The emails are completely ignored and the live chat clueless. At least other sites who have restricted me in the past have been clear about it and offered some kind of reason. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed that I’ve missed out on £££s of free bets and currently I’m not able to continue my custom with this site.

Really beginning to enjoy this app.They have Some really good offers on horse racing and PayPal withdrawal was only 1 hour – the best I have experienced across all betting sites.A few areas to improve – can the actual race be accessed from the betting slip, and it’s not clear if your bet is each way or win only

I took up the offer of £60 free bets for Cheltenham and won but I can’t get my money out. I used Paypal and they are fine for you to pay in but won’t let me take money out. Have sent details but they are asking for more information all the time. The app is pathetic, can’t see this company being in business. Avoid

Cheltenham offer was a joke. Far to many T&C’s which aren’t evident until you have deposited. Website is poor. Server went down so guess it’s not set up to cope with lots of activity.On the positive side they returned my money very quickly.Not for me.

Placed a couple of 20 bets on the horses and went to get my free bets. Not there so went onto live chat who told me I hadn’t opted in and would need to bet it again to get them. Rather than add it on as was genuine mistake they simply refused. And now they’ve lost a really good customer just for sake of a measly £6. All they care about are new customers who will be in a for a shock when they realise how petty and jobsworthy this lot are.

Do not sign up it’s a complete con. Signed up today after their advertising for Cheltenham offers, deposited, place bet, won and then they would not allow me to log back into my account. 1 hour waiting for live chat to answer, a further 1 hours been told various pointless things about resetting my password which they failed to allow to happen. They refused to refund my account despite only signing up a few hours earlier. I wish I had read the review before signing up. DO NOT USE I signed up to use betUK and I they are happy for you to place bets, when it comes to withdrawing the money they want bank statements/sort codes and phots of your cards, they are stealing your money.

Advertised £60 free bets. Conditions far too limited and draconian. App is slow to load, log in required each time not as user friendly as competitors. App shows SP prices only not Odds. Do NOT take up the £20 bet for £60 of free bets. Firstly, most of the competitions that you have to bet on are not even available to bet on, as their app and website doesn’t display them. WORSE STILL, they claim that my £21 accumulator bet isn’t a valid bet that is eligible for the free bets. An accumulator is one of the most standard bets around, and there was nothing in the promotion that mentioned certain bets weren’t eligible.You only have to see the amount of 1 star ratings on here (much more 1 star that 5 star says it all about Bet UK.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I opened an account deposited £20 which was taken from my account since then I have been unable to login. I have been sent password change emails with absolutely no success this after spending approximately 4 hours on their support chat which constantly shuts down and resets without anyway to talk to anyone through any other medium. Not only have I been unable to get my new user bonus I also cannot withdraw the money I have in the account as it is impossible to get on so I currently feel like this company (which appears to be a branch of Leovegas) has essentially stolen my money

Based on my limited experience so far: the introductory offer is very generous. My bets were settled quickly. I have made a withdrawal and will see how long it takes to hit my account – quoted as 2-5 days, which is a bit slow compared to the big biys today who have instant payouts. The website is a little basic and not overly sophisticated, but as a new company they have all the markets I am interested in so can look past that.

There seems to be a major problem with this company, like many others I have been trying to withdraw money but also without success, I find it strange that they are still able to tout there business having seen the number of complaints, I guess as they in Malta they do not come under any UK rules.It will be interesting to see what ITV racing have to say.

Opening account, using offers and betting was very easy. I like being able to watch horse racing without having to place a bet. My only criticism is that it takes 24hrs to withdraw money to PayPal and other sites are much quicker

Signed up as new customer to get offers for Cheltenham next week. Horrific page, did not honor free bets. Deposited money which after 5 days still not back in bank. The site is terrible, hard enough to even place a bet without it messing it up. Stick to a big and known company like SkyBet or bet365.

I’d give it 0 if I could. Awful page, awful customer service. Actually they called me a liar. Get out of giving free bets why saying you never opted in. On top of that every time I withdrew my money it went into pending for 2 days then they returned it to my betting account. Will take you 7 days to get your money if you are lucky. Stay well away from these. They’ll go the same way as bet bull. Bust.

Thanks so much for processing my withdrawal so quickly. After my initial account opening and deposit, I wasn’t able to access the BetUk app due to a fault which said ” location issue’s and my ” location couldn’t be verified”. Maybe it was just my old phone. So sadly I couldn’t place any bets or use any of the welcome offer free bets that you gave me. I’d heard so good things about BetUk from friends and relatives, but must admit I was a bit worried that I wouldn’t get my deposit back because I hadn’t placed any bets. Obviously I need not have worried. I’m a bit disappointed that I couldn’t join BetUk, but as I said, it’s probably my old phone, even though it seems ok for most things.Anyway, thanks again. Settled a winning bet as a loser and refused to do the honourable thing and correct their mistake, don’t honour their offers and free bets and every single live chat agent I’ve spoken to has been a waste of time, unknowledgeable and unprofessional.
