DO NOT USE I signed up to use betUK and I they are happy for you to place bets, when it comes to withdrawing the money they want bank statements/sort codes and phots of your cards, they are stealing your money.

Advertised £60 free bets. Conditions far too limited and draconian. App is slow to load, log in required each time not as user friendly as competitors. App shows SP prices only not Odds. Not impressed at all, withdrew my £120 next day ….. had to wait for “permission”?????I’m back to Bet365 and William Hill

Do NOT take up the £20 bet for £60 of free bets. Firstly, most of the competitions that you have to bet on are not even available to bet on, as their app and website doesn’t display them. WORSE STILL, they claim that my £21 accumulator bet isn’t a valid bet that is eligible for the free bets. An accumulator is one of the most standard bets around, and there was nothing in the promotion that mentioned certain bets weren’t eligible.You only have to see the amount of 1 star ratings on here (much more 1 star that 5 star says it all about Bet UK.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I opened an account deposited £20 which was taken from my account since then I have been unable to login. I have been sent password change emails with absolutely no success this after spending approximately 4 hours on their support chat which constantly shuts down and resets without anyway to talk to anyone through any other medium. Not only have I been unable to get my new user bonus I also cannot withdraw the money I have in the account as it is impossible to get on so I currently feel like this company (which appears to be a branch of Leovegas) has essentially stolen my money

Based on my limited experience so far: the introductory offer is very generous. My bets were settled quickly. I have made a withdrawal and will see how long it takes to hit my account – quoted as 2-5 days, which is a bit slow compared to the big biys today who have instant payouts. The website is a little basic and not overly sophisticated, but as a new company they have all the markets I am interested in so can look past that.

There seems to be a major problem with this company, like many others I have been trying to withdraw money but also without success, I find it strange that they are still able to tout there business having seen the number of complaints, I guess as they in Malta they do not come under any UK rules.It will be interesting to see what ITV racing have to say.

Opening account, using offers and betting was very easy. I like being able to watch horse racing without having to place a bet. My only criticism is that it takes 24hrs to withdraw money to PayPal and other sites are much quicker

Signed up as new customer to get offers for Cheltenham next week. Horrific page, did not honor free bets. Deposited money which after 5 days still not back in bank. The site is terrible, hard enough to even place a bet without it messing it up. Stick to a big and known company like SkyBet or bet365.

I’d give it 0 if I could. Awful page, awful customer service. Actually they called me a liar. Get out of giving free bets why saying you never opted in. On top of that every time I withdrew my money it went into pending for 2 days then they returned it to my betting account. Will take you 7 days to get your money if you are lucky. Stay well away from these. They’ll go the same way as bet bull. Bust.

Thanks so much for processing my withdrawal so quickly. After my initial account opening and deposit, I wasn’t able to access the BetUk app due to a fault which said ” location issue’s and my ” location couldn’t be verified”. Maybe it was just my old phone. So sadly I couldn’t place any bets or use any of the welcome offer free bets that you gave me. I’d heard so good things about BetUk from friends and relatives, but must admit I was a bit worried that I wouldn’t get my deposit back because I hadn’t placed any bets. Obviously I need not have worried. I’m a bit disappointed that I couldn’t join BetUk, but as I said, it’s probably my old phone, even though it seems ok for most things.Anyway, thanks again. This company owe me over £20,000 that they have not payed me for bets, they have lied to me and are trying to shutdown my account, they are not replying to my emails.Here is a details of the timeline and how disgustingly you have treated me.I win 2 big bets a four fold and a lucky 15 on 17th January for a total of £42,216 you only payed me £22,670.I asked your online support with no help and then one of your support tried to gaslight me into saying its not best odds guaranteed when it clearly is see screenshots.I then proceeded to withdraw the 25k before you took that from me, you closed my account temporarily saying I needed to provide identity and home address proof – You didn’t need any of this for me to gamble In the previous months just when it came to withdraw dee Tony Bets £500k fine for how legal this is ironically on the very day you did this! I then provided this information and it was accepted for you then to change my id on the site from Rory Gillard – Rory Daniel thus deleting my identity and address verification- I then provided all of this information again for you to deny it saying it does not match your records so I had to go through your support over 5 times and only when I threatened the team about Tony Bet for someone to rectify this.I’ve sent 4 emails which I am yet to see a reply from you on regarding the money I am owed.You recently remove best odds guaranteed from my account without telling me in any way, obviously trying to cover for the fact that I am owed over 20k from best odds on previous bets.You lock me out of my account on apparent safer gambling and have said we need to find where you money has come (bank statements) which I don’t want to give a company like yours with the multiple malpractices the money has obviously come from you very own pockets the 20k in profit.

Settled a winning bet as a loser and refused to do the honourable thing and correct their mistake, don’t honour their offers and free bets and every single live chat agent I’ve spoken to has been a waste of time, unknowledgeable and unprofessional. This is the worst gambling platform I’ve ever dealt with.I have been trying to withdraw £50 from my account since January. In order to do so, I was requested to provide proof of ownership of the (debit) card I used to make the deposit, which happened sometime last year. This card has expired on September 2022, so when I submitted this card’s pictures to verify my account, it was blocked as it said it had expired.Then I started to contact Support. In one of those contacts, on January 31, the agent Alexandra said that since the card had expired, they would need a proof of ownership from the ba nk, stating that the card under my name in fact belongs to me. She said that this letter from the bank must contain: Issue date; Full name; Last 4 digits of the card; Bank logo.It took me more than a month to receive the right letter from the bank (another story), and when I finally updated this document this morning, the system requested both the letter bank and photo of the card. Uploaded both documents, and the verifying system HooYu rejected the card saying it was expired.Contacted Support one more time this morning, and then the agent Bjorn now said “I just confirmed with the managers and seniors, and we deeply apologize on behalf of the previous agent, however the needed information on the document would be the 1st 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card in question”.How can they change their rules and requirements out of the blue, just to suit them in illegally keeping customer’s money? I wonder what they would keep requesting if this was a large sum of money. No matter that this is only £50, I now will do everything I can to get it from them.This is absolutely outrageous.

After an initial problem with my Debit Card partly Nat Wests fault (Take note they will allow payment in but not a withdrawal) the account is up and running well. Great weekly bonus. Would have given five star but withdrawal is two days which was initially nerve wracking as l thought that this site was a scam which it clearly is not. Bet uk will not let u cash out, let you lose, be when u want to withdraw winnings. will ask u to verify your account. I uploaded driving licence as id wouldn’t take it, then says i have run out of times i can upload it, try other form of id. Don’t have anything else. Think i have been scamed

I have used several online bookmakers over a period of years, but only found out about BetUK relatively recently. Once you get past the slightly unorthodox website design, and you learn to navigate successfully, it really is a great site. Odds are usually very competitive and the number of “bet x, get y” offers available is second to none. What’s also refreshing (based on my experience to date) is that they don’t seem to mind the fact that almost all my betting is made with these offers in mind – most other major bookmakers restrict your stakes or withdraw eligibility for special offers if you fail to lose stacks of money on regular betting. I hope this continues.I don’t understand all the 1 star reviews here about not being able to withdraw money, either. I’ve withdrawn over £700 in the past year without any issues.

Terrible, terrible company. Had no issues when depositing money or spending the money on their website. As soon as I have requested to withdraw funds back to the card they accepted money from they then have delayed, asked me to confirm my identity. I have done so but they are then insisting on me to confirm my identity again and not providing money owed. DO NOT USE unless you only want to waste money on them

Signed up for there welcome offer and won.2 weeks later after withdrawing the money, I have spent hours upon hours on the live chat to literally be told about 8 different story’s about my withdrawl. I have sent every document under the sun.Now I have been told that I won’t be receiving my withdrawl and that I will be getting my Stakes refunded.Absolute disgrace of a company who don’t email you at all when they say they will. They phone you however the do not speak and hang up on you. The stress I have been under for 2 weeks I have been on the live chat for countless hours now I have been told that they won’t help me and it’s case closed.
