I have over £1000 in my account and last Friday was asked to send over proof of ID, proof of address and a copy of the card used for the account...all approved immediately by the system BetUK use. I am still waiting for the account to be unfrozen and all I get is robotic answers from their online chat and email service. Being treated like absolute crap ...

This is the worst gambling platform I've ever dealt with.I have been trying to withdraw £50 from my account since January. In order to do so, I was requested to provide proof of ownership of the (debit) card I used to make the deposit, which happened sometime last year. This card has expired on September 2022, so when I submitted this card's pictures to verify my account, it was blocked as it said it had expired.Then I started to contact Support. In one of those contacts, on January 31, the agent Alexandra said that since the card had expired, they would need a proof of ownership from the ba nk, stating that the card under my name in fact belongs to me. She said that this letter from the bank must contain: Issue date; Full name; Last 4 digits of the card; Bank logo.It took me more than a month to receive the right letter from the bank (another story), and when I finally updated this document this morning, the system requested both the letter bank and photo of the card. Uploaded both documents, and the verifying system HooYu rejected the card saying it was expired.Contacted Support one more time this morning, and then the agent Bjorn now said "I just confirmed with the managers and seniors, and we deeply apologize on behalf of the previous agent, however the needed information on the document would be the 1st 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card in question".How can they change their rules and requirements out of the blue, just to suit them in illegally keeping customer's money? I wonder what they would keep requesting if this was a large sum of money. No matter that this is only £50, I now will do everything I can to get it from them.This is absolutely outrageous.

After an initial problem with my Debit Card partly Nat Wests fault (Take note they will allow payment in but not a withdrawal) the account is up and running well. Great weekly bonus. Would have given five star but withdrawal is two days which was initially nerve wracking as l thought that this site was a scam which it clearly is not. Don't know about other reviews but mine is genuine. Thankyou.

I have used several online bookmakers over a period of years, but only found out about BetUK relatively recently. Once you get past the slightly unorthodox website design, and you learn to navigate successfully, it really is a great site. Odds are usually very competitive and the number of "bet x, get y" offers available is second to none. What's also refreshing (based on my experience to date) is that they don't seem to mind the fact that almost all my betting is made with these offers in mind - most other major bookmakers restrict your stakes or withdraw eligibility for special offers if you fail to lose stacks of money on regular betting. I hope this continues.I don't understand all the 1 star reviews here about not being able to withdraw money, either. I've withdrawn over £700 in the past year without any issues.

Terrible, terrible company. Had no issues when depositing money or spending the money on their website. As soon as I have requested to withdraw funds back to the card they accepted money from they then have delayed, asked me to confirm my identity. I have done so but they are then insisting on me to confirm my identity again and not providing money owed. DO NOT USE unless you only want to waste money on them

Signed up for there welcome offer and won.2 weeks later after withdrawing the money, I have spent hours upon hours on the live chat to literally be told about 8 different story’s about my withdrawl. I have sent every document under the sun.Now I have been told that I won’t be receiving my withdrawl and that I will be getting my Stakes refunded.Absolute disgrace of a company who don’t email you at all when they say they will. They phone you however the do not speak and hang up on you. The stress I have been under for 2 weeks I have been on the live chat for countless hours now I have been told that they won’t help me and it’s case closed. I don’t know who to turn to for help as I have only been told something about a 3rd party but have had no explanation and the live chat won’t help me.

APPALLING..This is my first review and its a shame it has to be negative but this bookmaker is so incompetent.Live chat takes forever, it is terrible, there are always issues crediting free bets and then when spending hours on live chat a free bet disappears when they add one, it is insane.I also do not lie it when they offer price boosts on horses, this is very dishonest.You may wonder why it is dishonest.. well the odds are not actually being boosted.I have witnessed it so so many times as i normally have the site open on race meetings and individual races and i have literally been looking at the screen when the letters P.B appear as a price boost except the price hasn't altered.This should not be allowed, if a supermarket offered all customers half price groceries and customers visited the supermarket to find there is nothing half price there would be an uproar so how can a bookmaker get away with this.. its the same thing.There will be bettors that see price boosts and bet just because its a priceboost when infact the price hasnt changed in over 2 hours.. its disgraceful.I would advise bettors to go elsewhere , terrible untrustworthy site

I believe 2 days to process withdrawals and a further 5 days for it to reach my bank account is ridiculous. Most can do it in under 24hours. Either get more staff or speed up the process.

absolute joke of a company they are fine when you deposit but if you try and withdraw they do anything possible to stop you getting your money over 20 times sent documents in to be refused now they changing again what they want , they will try and steal money anyway they can would give them 0 stars if i could , they should be charged with fraud but the gambling commission is almost useless so get away with it

Received an email bet £25 on Premier league get a £10 free bet. Bet £25 but didn't receive the free bet. Contacted support and was told I hadn't opted in (even though I had) so effectively called a liar. Can't understand why anyone would use them anyway as compared to the other UK bookmakers they offer little value, rubbish promotions and a poor website. Avoid like the plague and use a proper bookmaker like bet365 or skybet

Very poor customer service. Did not reply to an email I sent them and the live chat is a joke, it is ridiculously slow and does not solve any issues.

Can't believe how bad this company are.I was told my new account was active on the Saturday, made a couple of bets and they closed it on the Monday after only a couple of days!I didn't even have a chance to use my free bets

Signed up.. Was ready to deposit my money. They asked to verify my identity. So I sent them my driving licence pic which they refused for no reason. Then I submitted 4 different proof of addresses which they rejected on all of them.Spent 4 hours trying to verify. Told them to close my account. Joke of a company

What is the point when you don't reply to emails. Why have an email address?? How can your customer service be so bad that you don't bother replying? It's not too much to ask surely? Well obviously it isI'm not spending a hour on live chat just to get my free€3 bet you've not credited correctly. All those reviews calling you bad are correct.

The site is crap; the numbskulls on the chat are the usual automaton time wasters; the 'Welcome bonus' of £30 didn't Materialiser, despite putting money into the account, and placing bets, and the useless bellends haven't bothered to reply to my email enquiry. Utter rubbish-avoid at all costs!

So a few of us bet Lakaku to make 1 foul with various bet builders. Most of us got our bets up some 4 or 5 selections but they voided Lakaku AND the whole bet.This is totally wrong, not in their rules about the voiding if a player plays in the game at all ( he was a sub)They they withdraw their link re void bets on their websiteAVOID these crooks.
