Only had an a/c for a few months & despite my deposits being more than any winnings they started severely restricting the size of my bets, i.e. offered 31p when asked for £5. So I decided to withdraw my funds with the intention of closing the a/c. However, I was asked o provide proof of ownership of the card used to make initial deposits. Unfortunately the card in question no longer exists as my bank had cancelled it (Visa debit) & replaced it with a Mastercard debit card. Despite complying to the best of my ability to provide sufficient information from the bank (everytime I provide something they reject it and ask for more, petty & irrelevent info).Even though I have provided more than enough info t they just hide behind gambling commission rules.The amount we’re talking about is less than £100 but they clearly don’t want to part with it and hope I’ll get fed up and go away.So my advice to anyone considering opening an a/c is don’t touch them with a barge pole. There are plenty of other reputable bookies out there.

if i could give zero stars i would total joke of a company backed 2 players to be carded at 14/1 was due £140 back from £10 (my first ever bet placed with these crooks). After accepting the bet i later found out they had voided one of the players who ended up getting a red card and being sent off. I contacted customer support mid game and was told by there team that my bet was not in-fact voided and that from there end both selections were still in play. When the game settled they settled the bet as only 1 player to be carded as a winner and paid out £42.50. After messaging 2 different customer support people i was not given an answer as to why they had voided the bet , i then sent 3 emails to there support email which they did not even respond to. I tried asking them the same question on twitter only for them to block me so i couldnt see there twitter page. Finally i was told by a customer support person that the reason they voided the bet was because the player who received the red card did not start the first half and was not on the line up , even though said player came on at half time and received a yellow card which was then upgraded to a red card. If this is the case then why was the bet accepted in first place and why couldn’t the first 2 customer support team tell me this ridiculous rule. I placed this same exact bet on 2 other book makers and both of them paid out with zero problems. This “company” are crooks as many other reviews on here back up . my advice? DO NOT USE BET UK!!

Deposited £120.00 on 21st December 2022.I had a 40/1 winner soon after I opened the account.I had other small winners too but no bigger than 17/2. I have made a small profit of £136.98 since opening the account in 5 weeksSince the early few days I have a problem betting £10.00 which is usully my max. bet and it gets refered nearly all the time for approval. The last few days they have offered me only a few pence on my selections when I’ve asked for £10 or even less.

I was under the impression that they were best odds guaranteed on all uk and Irish horse racing but they are not.I backed a horse at 16-1 early price it won at 28-1 but they settled the bet at 16-1 I withdrew all the money in my account with them and closed my account.I will keep to the tried and tested bookies in future who are best odds guaranteed .Most of their competitors are much more generous.Steer clear of this cowboy company.

I opened an account and was automatically given a £0 monthly deposit limit! I’ve then submitted all documentation, received confirmation that my account is fully verified and still wasn’t able to deposit. I’ve contacted support multiple times and they were always giving me the same response. That my case has been escalated to the relevent department and they will get in touch with me in the following weeks/months!! I ended up waiting for about 10 days, before eventually closing my account. Thankfully there are many other options and bookmakers that I can use with no ridiculous excuses like this…

I placed my very first bet a £130 bet on Liam Smith to beat Eubank jr at 9-4 odds at 9pm last night, He won then I read the reviews here on trustpilot and they had me believing bet uk is a scam company and I went to bed feeling like I had lost. Just like everybody else on here I have had exactly the same experience with these thieving criminals. I was using them fine whilst losing money but as soon as I tried to withdraw they decided to ask me for all sorts of documents, I provided EXACTLY what they asked for and they still refuse to pay me, they would constantly change what they wanted me to send every time I provided a document, I provided every new document they asked for and they still won’t pay out. Their customer service team are the worst I have ever dealt with in my life, they refuse to let you speak to a manager and completely ignore emails, I’ve been waiting 4 days for a reply through email and the live chat service takes at least 30 minutes just to get through to their rude unhelpful agents. I’ve also asked for a data request at least 6 times so I can access the chat transcripts so I can report them which has been completely ignored. If this isn’t sorted by the end of the week I’ll be reporting this to my bank and the appropriate authorities. I will consider editing this review if a manager contacts me and we can sort this out. Avoid LeoVegas as well as they are the same company.

My stakes were severely restricted for an unexplained reason (I wan’t winning any money from them) & their C.S. department insisted that there were no account level restrictions in place in spite of it being very obvious. Do not expect honesty or transparency from this company, but expect lots of generic Copy / Paste irrelevant responses.

Worst betting site I’ve ever used. Took for me to get in touch with customer service about a withdrawal I’d requested 4 days earlier for them to then tell me to deposit more money and to send in documents to verify my account. Even after doing all this which I thought was ridiculous I got told by a customer service agent the payment team wanted me to send in my bank statement again as my surname was not on it even though it was on it. That conversation was abruptly ended by the customer service agent when I told them I wasn’t sending the statement again and to look at it from when I sent it the first time. Apparently I was going round in circles when it was their member of staff that couldn’t read a document properly. Unprofessional, unhelpful and just a generally rubbish service provided.

I echo the previous comments. I spoke to Victoria on live chat when bonus didn’t credit. She claimed it was not on my account, despite me looking at it. Then she said denying the bonus was part of their policy and responsibility towards me as a customer Then pushed it to relevant department who instantly hit me with bank account and card verification (meaning I couldn’t immediately withdraw my balance) because I said I was taking my business elsewhere. All quotes are approximate because despite requesting a transcript of the live chat, it was not sent.

This company won’t let me withdraw my balance. It claims to require a copy of my bank statement for “verification” via third-party I have never heard of. No other bookmaker asks for this; it’s plainly a tactic to obstruct customers who want to withdraw their money.

Customer service is shocking I’ve been using the same account/same debit card for years yet when it came to withdrawing a large amount they decided to ask for card verification, this took nearly 4 days to complete.They only talk to people online, you can’t talk to a manager and staff seem to be robotic answering only repetitive scripts, it was a stressful few days spending hours of time trying to sort out a simple issue.Don’t waste your time with bet uk!!!!

This is a site that is disgraceful. The process to get your winnings is nothing short of shambolic and what i would describe as very dodgy. This Company refused to refund our winnings of £51 based on my wife and I having a joint email account. They were happy to use the same account to set things up, but not to pay us back. As per other comments AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE A DISGRACE AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY IF THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT.

Absolutely agree with all the negative…Absolutely agree with all the negative feedback. Have experienced this and more. I requested a 800 withdrawal, after I got in touch many lies told by agents, they required verification. After hours of providing them this information they still didn’t verify my withdrawal. They had refunded the money back into my betting account so it could be played with. After losing it all, after all the frustration. I have now decided to launch a case against them as by the gambling commission law they aren’t allowed to reverse withdrawals this action had been taken away by the gambling commission. As I now speak to the agents they say my bank didn’t accept the money and they refuse to provide me proof to that fact via there bank, they seem to believe it’s okay to provide information that has no substance, but when they require information it must be above and beyond. Breaking gambling commission laws is a slap in the face to customers who use services that are bound by the regulation they set out. Shocking customer experience. Multiple identification documents requested and then told I need to contact my bank to ask for a statement with my name on it not initial and surname. This is after drivers licence, utility bills, PayPal account etc. funnily enough I have winnings of £200+ they currently have pending. Needs to be investigated. Avoid and go with a more well known bookmakers.

Yep I need to warn people about this scam company same tricks as what all the scam bookies do will let you deposit any amount you like but will only ask you for id when a withdrawal is in progress and I blame the gambling commission for all this because in 2019 they was forcing these scam gambling companies to verify accounts with id before a deposit can be made but the gambling commission change the rules so companies like bet uk owned by Leo vages can scam you they only ask you when it withdrawal time
