I echo the previous comments. I spoke to Victoria on live chat when bonus didn’t credit. She claimed it was not on my account, despite me looking at it. Then she said denying the bonus was part of their policy and responsibility towards me as a customer Then pushed it to relevant department who instantly hit me with bank account and card verification (meaning I couldn’t immediately withdraw my balance) because I said I was taking my business elsewhere. All quotes are approximate because despite requesting a transcript of the live chat, it was not sent.

Shocking bookie…..avoid at all costs. Continually kept moving the goal posts and every time I provided the documents they had requested a few days later they would then ask for something else. Having finally got my money I will never be using them again.

This company won’t let me withdraw my balance. It claims to require a copy of my bank statement for “verification” via third-party I have never heard of. No other bookmaker asks for this; it’s plainly a tactic to obstruct customers who want to withdraw their money.

Refused point blank to action a withdrawal claiming technical issues and non compatibility with Natwest accounts. They can take the money, but when you win they refuse to payout. Fraudulent company, bad experience, avoid this company at all cost.

Customer service is shocking I’ve been using the same account/same debit card for years yet when it came to withdrawing a large amount they decided to ask for card verification, this took nearly 4 days to complete.They only talk to people online, you can’t talk to a manager and staff seem to be robotic answering only repetitive scripts, it was a stressful few days spending hours of time trying to sort out a simple issue.Don’t waste your time with bet uk!!!!

This is a site that is disgraceful. The process to get your winnings is nothing short of shambolic and what i would describe as very dodgy. This is the only site in the whole of the UK who requires your full bank card photo along with your bank statement. This is not right, and I would advise everyone against using them.

This Company refused to refund our winnings of £51 based on my wife and I having a joint email account. They were happy to use the same account to set things up, but not to pay us back. As per other comments AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE A DISGRACE AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY IF THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT.

Absolutely agree with all the negative…Absolutely agree with all the negative feedback. Have experienced this and more. I requested a 800 withdrawal, after I got in touch many lies told by agents, they required verification. After hours of providing them this information they still didn’t verify my withdrawal. They had refunded the money back into my betting account so it could be played with. After losing it all, after all the frustration. I have now decided to launch a case against them as by the gambling commission law they aren’t allowed to reverse withdrawals this action had been taken away by the gambling commission. As I now speak to the agents they say my bank didn’t accept the money and they refuse to provide me proof to that fact via there bank, they seem to believe it’s okay to provide information that has no substance, but when they require information it must be above and beyond. Breaking gambling commission laws is a slap in the face to customers who use services that are bound by the regulation they set out. Let’s get this joke of a company kicked out, punters don’t deserve to be hoodwinked in this manner. Please everyone complain through resolver and get issues sorted, even if I don’t get my money back I don’t want to see this happen to any other innocent individuals who havnt been accustomed to their disgusting practices.

Shocking customer experience. Multiple identification documents requested and then told I need to contact my bank to ask for a statement with my name on it not initial and surname. This is after drivers licence, utility bills, PayPal account etc. funnily enough I have winnings of £200+ they currently have pending. Needs to be investigated. Avoid and go with a more well known bookmakers.

Yep I need to warn people about this scam company same tricks as what all the scam bookies do will let you deposit any amount you like but will only ask you for id when a withdrawal is in progress and I blame the gambling commission for all this because in 2019 they was forcing these scam gambling companies to verify accounts with id before a deposit can be made but the gambling commission change the rules so companies like bet uk owned by Leo vages can scam you they only ask you when it withdrawal time

Had my account closed with open bets on the account. Bet uk wouldn’t provide the details of the bets i also had a balance on my account which wouldn’t be sent to my account. If i had read the feedback i wouldn’t have used them as it is all true the customer service is shocking.

Awfull company, I’m not a big gambler, but joined and had some bets on the world cup.Won some bets and cashed out, they now want proof of payment form my account. Have sent this in and now they want, proof of payment, transaction number, my name and the bank logo all on one document, this is impossible to get, I have emailed to explain and they have said if they do not receive it they will close my account.So it looks like I will have to now go through the ombudsman, by the way it’s only £140.00 I’ve cashed out.

I don’t gamble, except every euros and World Cup, me and a friend put a tenner each in an online betting account. We’ve done it for years. We were £200 up after the group stage, so we withdrew the money. The account got locked. They refunded our tenners and told us the account and bets were void because we withdrew to a different account than the one we deposited from. Either I have found a loophole to cancel bets and get your stake back after the fact or they are scum and crooks who don’t let you win Bets. I wonder if we would get our stake back in the same situation if we lost the bet? Who is the trade body that we complain to?

Unbelievable incompetence. Uploaded docs as required, got an email saying all good. Couldn’t log into account as it kept saying I needed to be verified. spoke to 3 chat advisors who all told me it was fine and it would be updated shortly etc. Logged on again and it says the link to verify my documents have expired. The last one I spoke to agreed with me that it would be fair to share this experience with Trust Pilot and so I have. Absolutely rubbish. Had to upload 12 documents to make a withdrawal. Told me couldn’t send it to my card so needed to make a deposit via instant banking so I could withdraw. Did this then they refused the withdrawal and asked for more documents! Don’t trust yhem at all.Don’t you think 39% of reviews giving you 1 star is telling you something ?????????
