Fraud company, don’t deposit money and don’t sign up for this. They will eat your money and will not return that during withdrawal. One of my friends loses 500 GBP. Go with other vendors. Their customer care worst.

Avoid this site at all cost. They will do absolutely anything to not pay out your winnings through constantly making you go to live chat and asking for ridiculous amounts of verification all to stop withdrawal taking place absolute scamming betting company. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Had my account closed with open bets on the account. Bet uk wouldn’t provide the details of the bets i also had a balance on my account which wouldn’t be sent to my account. If i had read the feedback i wouldn’t have used them as it is all true the customer service is shocking.

I have had problems with the verification process. Then Bet UK locked my account. I have been waiting for days for someone from customers services to get to me. I keep trying the online chat, but they just say I have to wait. I have money in my account that I can’t access and they also won’t let me close the account. Beyond appalling customer service. Do not use this company.

Awful betting company. I’m going back to bet365. Trying to withdraw my winnings after verifying my new debit card but still need more proof. They want an image of the old debit card that I destroyed as instructed by my bank. Funny how they can take a deposit ok. All for £81 of winnings money.

If there was an option for 0 star I’d use it. Terrible customer service . Took over 24 hours dor a deposit to go through initially was told will be few hours. Nonone willing to keep me updated numerous times had to log on to live chat. Constantly asking for ID to process withdrawals. Also told no senior customer service only whoever you get on live chat. If you want an awful stressful experience then join this mob.

Avoid at all costs Spent 6 hours on live chat and was told to place another bet to get my x3 £10 bonus bets. I did the bet while was on live chat and didn’t even want to place another bet. Was told it would then be credited. I’m sending my complaint to gaming commission what a shower of Disappointed

Awfull company, I’m not a big gambler, but joined and had some bets on the world cup.Won some bets and cashed out, they now want proof of payment form my account. Have sent this in and now they want, proof of payment, transaction number, my name and the bank logo all on one document, this is impossible to get, I have emailed to explain and they have said if they do not receive it they will close my account.So it looks like I will have to now go through the ombudsman, by the way it’s only £140.00 I’ve cashed out.

Bit baffled at the bad feedback from others but can only comment on my own experience since MondayI signed up and was too late with the bet 19 and get 66 world cup but they honoured it anyway. Everytime I have been on chat they’ve been extremely friendly and helpful. I requested a withdrawal and the lady on chat sorted it me out there and thenI have bets pending and I’ll change if any problems but as of now I’m very impressedThis is a genuine review btw

How can you accept bets that are wagered immediately, but then, when it’s time to pay out, it takes 2-4 working days? PLEASE DON’T INSULT ME BY SAYING IT’S COMPANY POLICY! It is not right, which is why you are not my first choice betting site! Amateurish set up!

I don’t gamble, except every euros and World Cup, me and a friend put a tenner each in an online betting account. We’ve done it for years. We were £200 up after the group stage, so we withdrew the money. The account got locked. They refunded our tenners and told us the account and bets were void because we withdrew to a different account than the one we deposited from. Either I have found a loophole to cancel bets and get your stake back after the fact or they are scum and crooks who don’t let you win Bets. I wonder if we would get our stake back in the same situation if we lost the bet? Who is the trade body that we complain to?

Absolutely don’t use this site !! I’m afraid betuk are like lots of new bookmakers they happily take your money but wait till you try and get it out ! I won a poxy 50 quid tried for two weeks to withdraw.. finally I gave up put it all on a bet and when it lost closes my account.. third account I’ve closed lately and I won’t be opening any new ones at all what’s the point they never pay out !!! Il happily stick with bet365 hills Ladbrokes corals etc no problems with them lot anyway they won’t last long like the other robbers

Unbelievable incompetence. Uploaded docs as required, got an email saying all good. Couldn’t log into account as it kept saying I needed to be verified. spoke to 3 chat advisors who all told me it was fine and it would be updated shortly etc. Logged on again and it says the link to verify my documents have expired. The last one I spoke to agreed with me that it would be fair to share this experience with Trust Pilot and so I have. Absolutely rubbish. Had to upload 12 documents to make a withdrawal. Told me couldn’t send it to my card so needed to make a deposit via instant banking so I could withdraw. Did this then they refused the withdrawal and asked for more documents! Don’t trust yhem at all.Don’t you think 39% of reviews giving you 1 star is telling you something ?????????

Really doggy company, they try all they can to stop your withdraw!For withdraw my remaining fund they asked me to provide bank statement and photo of the BOTH SIDE of my card! I told them it’s not reasonable to share the photo of the back of the card because it’s disclosing the security pin but they just said everyone does it. I am trying to raise this to their regulator as this is so unacceptable.

PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS ON HERE AND BET ELSEWHERE, BETUK DO NOT LET YOU WITHDRAW YOUR FUNDS. They do not let you withdraw any funds. Quite happily let you deposit but as soon as you try to withdraw any funds the issues start. They should be fined by the gambling commission under the social responsibility act. This will be next step if not resolved swiftly, to contact the gambling commission to ask why they let me bet freely with no questions asked then when it came to withdrawing funds they simply don’t allow it.UPDATEAfter a few emails back and forth, Betuk did eventually let me withdraw my funds, there for I retract my above review. They did however make me send a photo of my bank card to them, something I don’t think should be asked for online. They can easily do this with driving licensce etc Over all not a great experience but they will eventually pay out. It is stressful though and they can make it easier if they wanted to despite what they will say about it being normal procedure etc It is a shame as their website is fine. If they just made it as easy to withdraw as they do to deposit or do the checks before you deposit, not when you go to withdraw funds, they would probably get/have more happy customers.

People please dont use this site this is my second review they like taking your money but dont like paying winnings i have a lot off emails and screen shots to prove they have closed my account and wont pay winnings because i used a joint account to deposit money i would stay away from bet uk and leovegas group really are a bad company

I have had an account with Bet UK for around 2 months. In this time I have gradually seen the amounts they are prepared to take on a bet dwindle to virtually nothing. They are supposed to be a bookmaker for gods sake. I have made a profit whilst with them but nothing amazing. I would honestly be embarrassed to call myself a bookie if refusing to take bets. Betfair exchange on the other hand, never had a problem placing a bet.

Have been trying to withdraw money only £50 from betuk but went back into account then tried again nothing after 6 days so went on live chat and was told i need to send photo id and proof of address to linc they gave me all i get is not recognised and wont send it, so do not sign to this site they just want your money only

AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!!!! This company dosent even deserve a star! I’ve deposited over 300+ if not more…I won £250 fine I went to with draw it & it kept bouncing back into my online balance! No email to say why I even tried to contact customer service who never got back to me! I’ve now closed my account down & wont ever be reopening it! I hope if they do this to more people they get done over in a small claims court!!!!

I joined BetUK earlier this year after finding it really difficult to reactivate an old account I had with another bookie. So far it has been brilliant. I don’t bet huge amounts and mostly bet on football and horses. BetUK has great odds, better than most, if not all other bookies. Would I recommend BetUK? 100% I would.

Shambles of a company, everything good with deposits and withdrawals and suddenly I get an email about safer gambling, I responded to the call, they were happy with the responses and immediately after the call bham!!! Account suspended with £650 in the account. No communication or requests or anything. Online chat keeps repeating the same thing, account under review and they will contact you on email. This has been going for more than 2 weeks now. Intially was told this week and then next week and nothing. Avoid at all costs, I believe they suspended account because I was in profit and they dont want people winning money off them. I raised a case with resolver and IBAS. I’ll keep pushing until I get my money back

Absolute shambles of a company. Had account opened a couple of days during which time numerous bets were placed and several deposits and withdrawals processed, then all of a sudden account suspended.Live chat just told me to wait and after 72 hours I received an email asking for affordability documents. Responded same day and still no response after 10 days. Account still suspended, customer service refuse to speak to me and still money held by Betuk. In this time I have signed to another another bookmaker who asked for same information, and verified within a few hours with no suspension to the account.Avoid at all costs, I just wish I saw these reviews first.Edit to reply to Betuk’s standard reply:- I’m fully aware of the requirements. All other bookmakers are able to verify information within hours, without suspending accounts. You have taken 3 weeks and I still have not got a reply. Just extremely poor and underhand tactics. Seems to be the common thread that this only happens to profitable players

I have tried to withdraw an amout of 1100£, it didn t come to my bank for a few hours then i contacted online chat, and they said they needs to verify my CARD, I ve sent them a photo with my card 10 times on 10 differents links, they said every time that the uploads are not good. i mean i respected every single step what they asked for and it was every single time a “mistake” from my side.I ve chat with them 3 hours in a row and nothing till now, i will report this straight away as a scammer website and i m losing my withdraw

Shambles of a company !! My partner has been trying to withdraw funds for weeks. All they keep asking for is for proof of ownership for an expired debit card. She went to the bank got a stamped statement showing a deposit was made with that card to BET UK and still no further forward. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS !! happy to take your money but don’t want to pay out.

My revolut card doesnt have my name on the virtual card. I gave them the bank statement with my name, my account number and the card number, they then refused my card verification due to lacking the expiry date of my virtual on the bank statement. WHICH THE HELL BANK STATEMENT WOULD HAVE THE EXPIRY DATE OF YOUR VIRTUAL CARD? I then upload my virtual card photo taken from my other device. They said it is not accepted since it is not a screenshot! I told them the banking app doesn’t allow me to screenshot, they said it is the UK gov regulation! They just have so many excuses stopping you from withdrawing my money out from the betting account! Beside this bad review, which financial department can I report for this unlawful action?

Very disappointed with the whole experience. I won about £90.Because of which they won’t let me place bets of more than£1.50. I therefore decided to withdraw my funds. Today 9 days after starting the procedure I have my funds… Underwhelmed!

Horrible betting company and the customer service is shocking. Spoke to ‘Sunny’ who was useless. Tried to deposit with a new card and they said to do so I had to get my old card (that expired 7 months ago) sent to the bank and returned with a letter/stamp from the bank to prove proof of ownership. How can I do this with a card 7 months old ? Was on live chat for over an hour. Horrible company, terrible service. Can’t stress this enough to not use this disgraceful company.

Several deposits, losing. Now I can’t place a 25p e/w trixie on the nags, nor use my outstanding “free bets”, as they keep getting rejected. Avoid at all costs, wish I’d read the previous reviews. Imagine being the poor fella sat there rejecting these bets, can’t be a nice place to work.

Definitely stay away from this company!!!!!Bet uk are an insult to the uk.. They take your deposit money so quickly. Yet hate paying you when you win.. I have uploaded all my documents countless times. To be exact over ten times. And the card I deposited with apparently and suddenly does not exist.. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND GO TO A DECNT COMPANY !!!!!!!!!
