Terrible bookmaker. Very quick to accept deposit or bets but very slow to provide bonuses or winnings. Deposited £20 in casino with offer of 20 free spins as bonus: the bonus was inaccessible and customer service advised me to clear cache & history - still no bonus. Advised that their “system becomes overwhelmed” sometimes! LAUGHABLY POOR.

was requested for "driving licence" and "proof of address" both uploaded successfully, however was left unable to log in, chat feature eventually told me account was closed after I'd submitted info, only now have I received 2 emails 1 from last week requesting my "occupation" stating if not heard in 7 days restrictions may be put on, this only arrived today (7 days later) saying "still not heard from me"...seems one department has no idea what another department in same company is doing...have replied to email to close my account...even though last I was told was closed anyway... better more trustworthy hands on companies out there, choose wisely

hi, i had a account with these and i won on a bet and then they refused to pay my winnings, they wanted documents for my active bank account which i provided all they needed, now they are asking for a bank which hasn’t been used for 3 years because i closed bank and joined another back. i phoned my old bank and tried to get this sorted so i contact today and they say thry dont need that info no more, so i gave them all my active bank details and now they are saying they want the other ones now b4 they pay me out. its non existent and not used no more and hasnt been used on that betting app for years. disappointed in the way i have been treated.

A shocking casino site. I registered 3 days ago, deposited £90, and over these days had no chance of winning anything over £10, only small amounts of a few pence. I absolutely do not recommend this site it seems they are only focused on taking money without giving anything in return. Today was my last deposit, and I will never return here again.

PLEASE STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Since my last review this company would be lucky to get minus 5 rating. They have still failed to return my funds. I had confirmation today confirming all verification has been met and my account was reinstated. Only for it to be suspended again within an hour, apparantely to review my account again!!. They are an absolute disgrace and cannot be trusted. They will look for any excuse to hold legitimate customers money. They have now said before i can withdraw my funds i need to deposit more money on my new active payment method first. They are basically blackmailing me into depositing more money and hold my funds on account as ransom. I cannot believe how bad they are and how they are licenced. I have dealt with many reputable companies and this is certainlly not one of them. They go by the names of Leo Vegas, Bet UK etc. Please do not use as they will make your life a living hell should you wish to withdraw your money. My Barclays bank even questioned whether it is actually a scam and despite what they will tell you it is not normal due dilligience. The UK Commisson are also interested to hear about their conduct and have asked me to keep them updated. Also dont believe the quick reply I will no doubt receive claiming they will reach out. Its a smokescreen as i have not had one call and only had patronising live chat conversations where they seem to get pleasure causing customers time and stress. ( I have to . contact them). I have said i do not want my account reviewed at all and want it closed and my funds returned immediately. Please do yourselves a favour and do not go anywhere near BETUK or sister sites. Some really good professional companys you will be safe with. Not this one.

Where do I start. From reviewing sports bets and reducing your stake by over 50% because they could be in for a £1000 payout haha to freezing your account when you have done nothing wrong and supplied all relevant verification documents. No explanation to both. Absolute joke. They only asked for verification documents after I had deposited approximately 10k. Don’t worry, my net deposits were minimal! Their aim is to apparently provide an enjoyable gambling experience. Haha, give me a break. Mind you, what did I expect from an MGM spin off of a spin off. JUST DONT BOTHER SIGNING UP! Oh, and I will be taking this further. A reputable company will verify you upon your very first deposit, remember that!

I would give 0 rating if I could. So I registered with this company a while back where my bank card ownership and ID was verified. fortunately last week for the first time won and when I tried to withdraw they have made my life a living hell. I had lost my original card registered as a deposit method. However I had been depositing via Apple Pay which my new bank card is registered too. (same Barclays Bank account as all my now inactive card ). I tried to withdraw via Apple Pay ( the same method as I deposited as they insist it is a regulatory requirement both needing to be same method). HOWEVER they do not allow Applepay withdrawals which therefore makes this impossible🤦♂️😂. Anyway I then removed my old inactive card which I had lost. I tried to upload my new bank card (linked to same account) however they wouldn’t accept. They then asked for a photo of my old card which I politely explained was impossible as it’s lost🤦♂️. They proceeded to request a letter from my bank to verify the card was owned by me ( despite doing this initially when opening my account that verified ownership and its legitimacy. I explained these days it’s not just a case of ringing Barclays Bank or popping into a branch. Everything is done via call centres and very difficult to get a person to do. Hence because all the detailed information and verification from technology etc means anyone with half a brain knows it’s legitimate. Despite this and spending lots of time on the phone to Barclays I managed to get a full comprehensive legitimate letter on headed paper from the bank sent into my online banking documents. Barclays said this was certainly not a common request they have ever had to deal with and advised me to question the legitimacy of this site saying it was ridiculously over the top and unecessary on top of all the verification already given. Very embarrassing between myself and a reputable high street bank. They have since locked my account and despite forwarding them the Barclays letter, keep refusing it. Firstly saying it’s not in PDF format which it clearly is and I’ve sent it numerous times. The impact this has had on my mental health is immense and it has sent my anxiety through the roof. They manipulate verification and regulatory rules to withhold customers funds unnecessarily and this company needs to be exposed and stopped. Safer gambling is a smoke screen and if they really were concerned about players wellbeing wouldnt be allowed to conduct themselves in this way. I can never understand why it’s never a problem receiving deposited funds but all of a sudden it is when customers try and withdraw. This needs to change and how such companies such as BETUK operate. STAY AWAY PLS

Match betting on horses 1/4 v 9/4 and 8/13 v 11/10 is just greedy and unacceptable percentages in a match up. Beware that USA horse racing is on a timer and will automatically remove the race even when there's a delay, I've told betuk about this numerous times and nothing happens and incredibly frustrating . They don't careIt's pretty obvious that the five star reviews are from people who got lucky and won a few quid which totally invalidates their opinion about customer service and odds, being gubbed etc

Any new customers should know before depositing that BetUK are experiencing verification delays of over 9 days. So please bear this is in mind as there is a very high chance that deposits you make are immediately frozen, pending them completing the verification. Due to the unprecedented backlog they are also unable to provide any timescales whatsoever as to when a verification could be completed, though be assured it will be as soon as they possibly can; but unfortunately, this means at least 9 days.

Ablsoute nightmare avoid at all costs.Upon withdrawal request suddenly asked for photo of my now expired debit card that I had used to open account, apparently for authentication purposes.Despite explaining this to Customer service I was advised to request this from bank, who when I enquired stayed this is not available.Happy to accept your money reluctant to return it.Used many other online services without this issue.

Criminals, Crooks, Scammers. They will take your money no problem, win and they will suspend your account and ask for a tonne of information more than they legally require. It will all be verified by an independent body BUT they will say no the lightening wasn't very good and deny, you can upload as many photos as you like and they will always deny them. How this is legal I will never know. I was even asked to provide a full photo of my debit card without anything covered up. Avoid!

The reviews are true, they just steal your money. I thought the sign up offer was good, I signed up placed a bet, the bet won, I then logged in to withdraw the funds and place the free bets from the sign up offer, I won a free £10 bet on Brighton 2-1 and was delighted, I tried to log in to collect my winnings and the account is suspended, I then see emails in my junk folder asking for all sorts of documents, some of which I just don’t have. I was fully verified upon sign up and was able to deposit and bet no problem but as soon as I won a bet the account is suspended. Just criminals. Please avoid and keep your money as they will just steal it, should be illegal what they’re doing. If you lose they win the money, if you win they just keep it

One word - SCAMMERS. I suspect it may even be a case of IDENTITY FRAUD, and here's why.I opened account with BetUK about a week ago. They asked my address, my date of birth and my phone number in order to verify my details. Standard stuff, so far so good. I deposited £15 via my bank card, placed £15 bet and won. When I tried to get in today 10/8/2024 to withdraw my winnings, I was not able to log in, and message appeared on the login screen asking me to contact their customer support. So I did.. and.. to my surprise I was told that in order to get access to my account to withdraw the winnings, I need to provide them: My ID + proof of my address + full details of my card (!)My personal favorite was to learn that they need my FULL card details but I should not worry, because they will cover irrelevant numbers for my safety(!!) I said I was not prepared to do that, and asked them to just send my winnings to the card they took £15 from. They said it was not possible and they threatened that unless I provide all the details they asked for I will not gain access and lose all my money. Hang on, so they were able to take my money from the card, but cannot return money to the same card without requesting a plethora of very personal information(?!)Well.. Alarm bells could not be ringing any louder.. I told them to keep it and go scam someone else.P.S. Took £10 twice from my account. Wanted a copy of my bank statement to verify it left my bank! Took them over a month to refund after a lot chat & messaging! Now I'm constantly getting texts from other betting companies which I'm unable to block as no number such as piratewin, maxwin, vegazp etc etc. Avoid this bunch of scammers

AVOID won't release winnings , asking for card details proof of ownership, asking for full card details SCAMMERS I have uploaded everything required and more and you required. I've called my branch to verify they do not provide previous bank details however, you state otherwise I've provided ID proof of address and documents and you still refused my money next step will be fraud team. Also you stated card showing all numbers and security code. I've got this in black and white , also want clarification off the bank branch of my old ( lost )debit card ,I deposited with my new debit card ,won funds. But restricted my account I'm more than happy to my chat on here so people can read
