CHEATS/CONSToday 30/07/2024 I tried to place a very small bet 25p and the site wouldn’t accept my bet . I have lost a fair few quid overall now over a few months with them and never had a decent win .What a big con these are I went on chat and learnt a few things LOL im still welcome to play their slots wow how kind of them but I no longer qualify for best odds guaranteed [ what they don’t make clear when advertising BOG is its only up to £10 per day] what a joke how on earth do the con sites get a UK gaming licence? its all so corrupt im now happy they didn’t take the bet as its now highlighted to me what a squealing cheating site they really are and my advice to any potential customers is don’t be drawn in by con firms like this they don’t even operate from the UK they’re based in Malta where all this sort of behaviour seems to stem from . Use bet fair or proper reputable firms instead of a pretend site like bet uk.Please bet uk don’t come back preaching bets are taken at traders discretion your not a betting firm your a con firm thats jumped on the bandwagon stick to enticing vulnerable gamblers on to your slots.

Been with BetUK for a while now . 3 weeks ago made a £150 deposit . my account was stopped before I could use my deposit and they asked me for documents. Ie payslips ect . I don’t have an issue with that . But it’s now been 3 and a 1/2 weeks . My account still shows my £150 . But I can’t even withdraw it . It’s absolutely discusting to treat any customer like this. You can speed the process up through complaints or live chat as thiers no contact to the actual team that does this . So your at thier beck and call until they can be bothered to get round to your account . Awful. If thier reading this I’ve tried everything to speed this up . They’ve revamped their acca BetBoostsOf course when i say revamped i mean they’ve become more greedy and shafted the punterTo get 50% boost you had to pick 7 teams at minimum odds 1.2Now if you want 50% boost you have to choose 13 teams !! Oh and the minimum odds have changed to 1.3Absolute disgrace and won’t use again. Saw a promotion on Facebook, which stated I could bet £10 and get £30 in free bets. Went on, signed up and placed my bet. The bet lost and I then tried to go on and use my free bets, but unable to access my account. Spoke to a person on chat who told me before I could re access my account I had to send them photos of something like my passport or driving licence AND something like my bank statement, both to include “all four corners of the document”. Account now closed. Use these if you don’t mind giving away ALL your personal information.

was betting with this company for a few months with know problems UNTIL i started 2 notice if you put a horse in your inbox the price goes down but if you take it out and go back a few minutes later it’s back 2 the price that you had when you 1st placed the bet . then i did a double on the euros a 4/5 shot and a 21/20 shot £20 double paying about £73.50 BUT when i looked at the bet in my open bets it said 2/1 total returns £60 that was a 4/5 shot changed to 1/2 and a 21/20 shot changed to even money .look betuk most punters can take defeat you put your money down sometimes we win sometimes you win that’s what’s happens but 2 start cheating the customers is a no go for me , i went on live chat but got no reply i’m know longer a customer with this company so B aware every1 they were very good but just like the rest of them online bookies they slowly change there ways. poor poor betuk

Really bad i had a free bet placed it on a horse then needed stake approval and it forfeited 70% of my free bet waited 20 minutes on chat and was told nothing they could do wouldn’t even void the bet .Disgrace can not be trusted withdraw my money and will stick to the big trusted bookmakers .Awful customer relations.Really disappointed as had a few hundred in there ,weird they would loose custom over something so small maybe poorly trained staff or company policy it was £5 on a 6.5 horse bizarre

Placed a 2 players to be booked, as a double. Both players were booked, winner? Not with betuk.One player came off the bench and played longer than 45 minutes and the bet had been void. Totally unfair, when the player who was replaced stood as a bet and a loser. Totally avoid BetUK, common sense is not applied.

Easy enough to open the account, but want to place a bet of £20 on a 20/1 long-shot. Won’t let me wager more than £2.07! If you think the odds are wrong, then change them. But if you’re advertising odds of 20/1, let people bet on them.

i find betuk an amazing site. every bet is broken down as clear as day they pay me no problems bets are settled quick as lightning win or lose , some bets may have to B looked at by there traders but the answer is there for you in a few mins . there’s not a better online site out there for me sorry if others don’t agree but i’ve had not one problem with betuk

I joined from a link from odds checker as they offered the best odds for next England manager. Hower in the small print it says ‘who will be the manager in 1/9/24’ I also instantly started getting spam emails from casinos.

I can not stress enough do not play with this site. Deposit money that they won’t let you play with! Withdraw it so you can get your money back. Verified account, no money paid out, they blocked my account when I have made contact the worst customer service you could ever receive, unhelpful and just plain rude!! I have been using these scammers for a while but not anymore. Today I deposited £300 to place a bet and was blocked from doing so. The site said it needed personal financial information from me which included accessing all my bank detail thru my banking app which I refused to do. I tried to withdraw my £300 but was blocked and via the online help was told I was being ‘processed’! I asked for an immediate withdrawal and they have refused. I will be writing back to them and copying the CEO – gustaf hagman to see if that makes a difference. I will also be contacting my bank about these fraudsters.

Total scam.My bet 7369352271 was incorectly settled as there were corner kick in the period 15:00-19:59.I have even uploaded a video proof that the corner was awarder in the period.They start asking me when the game started.The corner WAS TAKEN after that.Total scam.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I put a £40 bet on 8th January 2024 for our next MP to be Nigel Farage. Checked today and couldn’t understand what happened. They took my bet at 100/1 but today when checked they had only taken £1.27 and left the £38.73 still Ok my account. Done on line chat and they stated in chat that the platform used only would accept £1.27 bet . Didn’t inform me in January about anything concerning unable to accept the whole £40.00 bet. All I remember it took 24 hours to confirm. Ist time have betted online and never again. Still bewildered. Feel totally cheated and confused. Stay clear. Shocking company.

DONT USE THIS BOOKMAKERS UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BE WITHOUT!Have being a member of this site for over 12 months, they were a decent company! I deposited £240 over a week ago, account was restricted straightaway asking to verify documents, the information being asked got to say the only bookmaker I’ve used that have asked for very private information, anyone would think you was asking for a loan! 8 days later after providing all info asked for, still can’t withdraw my deposit I made! Speak to online staff, haven’t got a clue so don’t waste your time believe me, raised it as a complaint…. Don’t waste your time, it falls on death ears and they fob you off with jargon that account still being verified and can’t give a timeframe when it will be complete (after using it for 12 months and already being verified last August 23)! I bet if I didn’t have any money in the account the verification would of been done in 24 hours so they could make some money, funny enough seem to only do it when you put money in!Not sure how there in business but so many gambling commission rules they have breached! Been with Betuk for almost a year, then asked for verification and to send paypal and bank details through there link…that’s fine, so i did and account was still locked, spoke to live chat and was told to send again, repeated this process several times through live chat and the verification link, each time being told need to resend…then was told on live chat all was ok, but need to send paypal proof again, so i did, then got an email saying all has gone through only for my account to be still closed…so back on live chat for the 7th time, only to be told i need to send all proof again, when i told them i had previously been told all was ok, i was then told can this person needed to see my proof….at this point i refused and came off the app…very disappointed with the service, clearly a problem there end or they are not trustworthy, apart from that, was enjoying the site…

Horse odds are on a timer and they’re automated to be taken down at the exact time of the race regardless if they’re running late or not. Obviously way too much effort to pay a person to press a button when they’re off. I’ve told them but they don’t care about customer feedback When they start taking odds down before the race it’s shambolic. Log on 5 minutes before race and there’s no odds. They’ve been taken down. Race video shows nowhere near being off in fact it was late by 7 minutes in the end.Needless to say it wonCustomer service team don’t have a clue and just fob you off with none answers then have the actual cheek to ask if they can help with anything elseWon’t use again

They give you the free bets and then restrict the maximum stake you can use meaning you only get to use a very small amount of the free bet and forfeit the rest of it. Which is unlawful by the way but if you complain you just get told it’s their conditions. They say in a reply further down this page that they operate under strict conditions but one of the conditions of the gambling commission is that free bets that qualified before a player is notified of stake restriction should be honoured in full. So not adhering to those rules. Live chat don’t care

A typical UK site that is operating for the odd £1 bettor, if you attempt to bet anything more than pocket money they’ll either restrict you straight away or ask you to provide proof that you are of sound mind and have gained authoritisation from your conscience to make those bets. If you fail to convince their bet police that you are all that they’ll tell you that you don’t know what you’re doing and they’ll bar you from the site.I don’t think it’s their fault, unfortunately the Gambling Comission is all over these companies now and the industry is not going to survive for the long run. Such a shame.
