Website doesn’t always work properly on iPhone but they do have some decent offers until you actually win a few bets and you get restricted. Same old with bookies. Don’t want anyone doing well and only losing money. I earned some free bets by doing offers and then I was restricted on the amount I could use for the awards even though I’d already lost my own money obtaining said offers.

NO !!! NO !!! NO !!! DON T TRY THIS SITE !!! JUST STAY AWAY AND AVOID IT !!! An absolutely terrible experience with this company and this site. My account has been blocked for a month (immediately after I deposited money) for reasons of verification (verifications that were carried out before). When I contact them on chat, they have the insensitivity to lie to you day after day without shame, telling you to calmly wait for their answer because they appreciate that. They don’t have a timeframe to resolve these situations, so you can easily wait for 2 years without any answer, and after 2 years they will tell you the same thing. For your peace of mind, AVOID THIS SITE AND THIS COMPANY! I am sure that they will also respond to this post with the famous lie that they are sorry for the unpleasant experience and that they are a fair site and do everything legally. JUST A LIE! THEY ARE ONLY THIEVES AND LIARS!

They tell you they’re sorry and to contact them but they know you’ve already contacted customer service and they just do it for showThey haven’t got the authority to do anything. All the decisions are out of their hands. All customer service team do is send you copy and paste replies The odds leave a lot to be desired on soccer. Deliberately going above 1/5 on most matches so they can’t be put into the acca boost. Teams which other bookies go 1/5 or lower on. Betuk are very sneakyDon’t bother telling me to contact you. This company are terrible, you cannot speak to anyone over the phone, just on a live chat which is useless or email and you never get a response the same day. They asked me for documents last month as is required by all betting companies, however i sent them proof of address, and other documents, but they asked for a photo of my bank card both sides without covering any digits!! I did this but insisted on covering the middle numbers. then yesterday i deposited £250 to use and found my account blocked, they asked for proof of my address again!!!! They also wanted photos of my driving licence, i gave them but cannot understand why they did not do this last month with everything else? Another day later and I have been asking for my money back in my bank, they are refusing to do this until all checks are completed. I need this money and they are holding it without my permission. BEWARE OF THEMSo they have replied on here a hell of a lot faster than the emails and i never said i was scammed? I just want my funds that they are still holding without my permission and if closing the account this should be done fast. why they are saying to go to live chat is a joke, no point, useless. they need a phone line so we can speak to someone

There were no odds for the 3.17 at towcester greyhound race. Even worse as soon as the clock ticked to start time the market was taken down even though they were running late. I’ve told them about taking markets down before they’re off but the customer service team don’t have a clue and the traders don’t careI’ll go bet elsewhere. Ps don’t insult me with your copy and paste response PPS unbelievably you insult my intelligence by obviously not reading my complaint. I’ve never encountered such clueless staff. Maybe stop taking odds down early?

You get odds from oddschecker and they’re in the betting slip on betuk home page. However when you log in the odds change. Of course none of them ever change in the punters favour and even worse many of them go over the 1.20 threshold so you can’t use the profit boosts . Example a team 1.20 changes to 1.13 as soon as you log on. Please don’t insult me with a copy and paste reply saying you’re sorry or asking me what the issue is. When I emailed you about it you didn’t understand what I was talking about. The customer service team need educating. It seems if they can’t copy and paste they don’t know what to doEdit, you would love to know why? Are you simple or is it just an AI response.. I’ve told you what the problem is

Had no issue with the site for a long time, quick withdrawls and good experience. However, it has been overshadowed by the poor “review procedure” they have and the length of time it has taken to complete it. 2 weeks ago today, I deposited money, and then straight away was restricted from the site for a review, i should have never been able to deposit if that was the case and then they would not let me withdraw it. Every day for the past 14 days, I have asked for an update and I have had the same answer, “the relevant team (who only work until 4pm – no evening staff) are reviewing it and will be in touch when complete.” I understand there is procedures but no customer should be waiting this long. Have been patient but enough is enough, they are keeping a balance from me I would like to withdraw.

OMG !!!!!! Avoid this website disaster! A bluff!I deposited 350 pounds and immediately in the next second they blocked my account, on the reason that checks are being made. Ok, I’m waiting for the checks that were done when the account was opened. After a day I start contacting the live chat to see what is happening. No one on the chat knows anything and I get the same answer: THE TEAM NEEDS SOME TIME TO PERFORM THESE CHECKS. When you ask how long it takes, you never get an answer. Every day I contact the chat and email and receive the same banal answers! Even up to this moment, my account has not been unlocked and I have not received the money back! This has been happening for more than two weeks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! It’s a scam site!

This site doesn’t even offer match result and both teams to score football bet options are pretty limited. I also had an issue at the weekend where after playing lightning roulette for half an hour where i didn’t get a multiplier, it rejected my last £8.40 bet when one of numbers then got a x250 multiplier. Probably something to do with me opting in to the jackpot where they take 9p off you for each bet but that shouldn’t have stopped (superseded) my bet going ahead (nothing in T&C that a bet won’t be placed in this circumstance, will take to GC if need be). They should ensure the 9p is restricted to be put on. No one available on live chat for hours. Eventually raised but 3-4 days later still no reponse

I have never seen a bad company like this who take over three weeks to action a simle request , i dont have millions or even thousands in my account. When i asked for my own money to be transferred back they said they are investigating my account , All this time when i giving them money they never complained. Whenever i ask for an update only get thank you for being patient. My account balance is not massive. it is matter of couple of hundred pounds. its getting ridiculous. I might add yet to receive my credit (balance) back in to my bank. On the app for android, my bet builder had won 4 legs out of 5. Even after the one game had finished, it only showed 3 of 5 winners, this would have affected the amount I was able to cash out. Really bad from a company who takes hard earned cash and don’t play fairly. By the way, the option for minus stars isn’t available on trust pilot

Utterly dreadful. I wish I had checked the reviews first. Deposited money and placed a bet after joining and almost immediately my login details weren’t recognised. Recent my password many times but still they weren’t recognised. Emailed support and after 48 hours said it was fine and to maybe delete the app and try again. I reinstalled the app, details not recognised! Reset my password again, details not recognised. Utter sh*te. Life’s too short to bother with scam companies like this.Update: Just closed my account by having to go through Live Chat with someone called Bryan. I was 3rd in the queue and it took 10 mins so obviously just one person supporting everyone.I couldn’t find anywhere to close the account, on App or online, so I just simply needed a link.The link he gave me was a ‘self-exclusion’ or ‘gambling addiction’ link even though I had specifically said that it was customer service. There is a very good reason why this company has so many negative reviews. Their systems are flawed, placing bets the wrong way. I found this out and spent 9 hours trying to rectify the problem. No one was available for the whole time until the final result. They resolved the issue after the match had finished obviously within 10 mins, which obviously they won. Several agents, Courtney, Amber, Emily, Rebecca to name a few are absolute liars who cannot be trusted and lead you on. Their resolution to 5 complaints was a reply to state they’ve banned me for 3 years😂 I also got cut off several times due to “system” faults, yet when my “system” fault happened coincidentally at the same time, they denied it 🤷🏼

Won a substantial amount on a bet and then when I went to withdraw all the issues started. Asked for every document under the sun. I had to send in some of the document 7 times as they just kept asking for the same thing. After weeks of satisfying their requirements they have now refunded my initial deposit and won’t pay the winnings. Totally gutted and can’t believe they have done this. I will be taking it further but please to anyone reading do not bet with them as they won’t pay out the winnings.

This has to be the worse online bookmaker I have ever used. I deposited funds into them twice and one of the payments didn’t credit the account. I was told initially the money would be put back into my bank account but instead of this they took it !I had to complain ferociously and the handler called Emily was extremely rude making it feel like it was my fault. Eventually I got my money but with no apology and no free bet for the stress or inconvenience. This is how they treat loyal clients. Its a disgrace . I wont use them again and you shouldn’t . Emily the worst customer service agent ever also refused to let me speak to a Manager to discuss. Amateurs and seem happy to take your money without crediting it to your account.

You will have issues getting your winnings if you change your bank card for any reason (lost/stolen/expired) as they make you go to the bank and get a letter to prove your old card was yours. Surely this is or should be done at the outset when deposits are made. Not when they customer is trying to bank some winnings. They make it as hard as possible to get your money quoting it is a regulatory requirement but it is not as I had to go through the process with another bookie for the same reason and a letter from the bank to prove you are who you say you are was not required.
