After some time since logging in I was asked to verify, I have been trying to sort it today Lewis was fantastic all day, then unfortunately a rep called “Anita” was rude and failed to “locate my account” which had been located atleast 15 times the same day by Lewis without fail… will no longer bother!!

As the same as below, another victim of their account locking after depositing money. They were more than happy to take my money, morning after placing my bets I woke up, couldn't log in, took days to respond. Resulting in it being impossible to cash-out etc. Asked for a photo of my passport which I done, now they want a proof of address. Sent a screenshot of my payslip over and they only take photos of paper and not of screenshots. I haven't had a phsyical proof of address letter in years. Guess they're just going to take my money....

Decent Experience I joined Betuk during the free bet promotion and it was all fast, paying out the free bets and all. But starting with it took a while as they kept asking for address proof. What I didn’t like is that after I placed my third bet, every time I log in, they kept signing me out saying account not verified. I will verify it once,(which itself is a hassle, as the chat was pretty slow to respond). Kept happening multiple times in the span of 3 days, before I decided not to waste my time on it anymore.

Absolute joke of a firm, avoid at all costs, day 1 deposited £50 and placed one of their free bet offers free £20 which won at 3/1. Day 2 they didn't recognise my e mail address and password, it is almost impossible to talk to them, they want to send you to outside agents which looks decidedly dodgy with the information they ask for. Still haven't got a satisfactory response from them and this is since March. Given up trying to even get my £50 back, biggest jokers since Boylesport.

I signed up a few days ago on the bet 10 get 30 offer, i registered and it said don't need to upload any documents etc, i then deposited and placed the qualifying bet which won, when i tried to log back in and then couldn't, the account is suspended and need to upload loads of documents now, not even the courtesy of an email to let me know, just suspend the account and then need to wait on live chat, awful, will just suspend your account and steal your money

Going to contact UK Gambling Commission and Resolver to complain about these criminals and report tbem to the relevant authorities. Also, will be contacting newspapers, TV programmes as well as posting reviews on social media and review sites starting here. Possibly, lawyers and small claims court too if needed. A few days ago I requested to withdraw my balance but was refused and suddenly three days later they decided to ask for three different documents. Two of them were fine, the photo ID was the problem. My expired passport was rejected and I do not have a driving licence. They told me I would need to renew my passport or get a driving licence otherwise they would not allow me to withdraw my money even even though Gambling Commission rules and regulations regarding online bookmakers clearly state: "You can withdraw your money at any time without unreasonable delay or restriction. You don’t have to withdraw it in instalments. They can’t confiscate your money if you don’t log in or prove your identity within a certain timeframe." Does everyone in the UK have a valid passport and/or a driving licence? My name, date of birth, address, payment card and bank details have all been verified. This is obviously a scam they are using to steal players' money or keep it for as ling as possible to earn interest on it. Disgusting and disgraceful behaviour.

Okay until you have the nerve to win then they don't like the activity on your account and claim the bonuses/rewards are not meant to be used in that way _ I.e winning. They were fine when I was losing on them for a year but I got lucky with a few accas and then they show their true colours complaining bonuses shouldn't be used in that way!Im not even a winning account I just got lucky. Very poor. No verification whatsoever to take money from you but then start asking for personal date like your passport and utility bill just to withdraw money out. To suggest this is standard practice (as I've seen in a few replies) is nonsense. I have accounts with a lot of bookmakers online and none of them have asked me to do this. Why should people be expected to upload very personal documents that could lead to identity theft to a random portal just to withdraw their own money?Do not use this site.

I think maybe what some betting sites don't realise is , gamblers will always look for site / bookmaker who offer best odds , why would you take 4/1 when you can get 5/1 elsewhere , sadly thou what happens is , you get a message to say '' we have looked into your account & we have to say ''best odds'' will not be available to you anymore !! well so & so ...if you were offering comparable prices my account would be used far more often !!! this has NOT happened with Bet UK ....

I went on live stream and they hadn't started loading yet. Betuk do this a lot especially on USA racing. When I told them they don't replySaturday 2.30-3.15pm website was down when tried to bet soccer. Live chat claimed nothing was wrong and to clear cache LOL. I spoke to live chat and they said they were having problems and didn't know when my money would be available 🤦. I have been gambling for 20 years and never seen anything quite like it 🤭. To say I was fuming is an understatement and I suggested a good will gesture of some sort as an apology... They were obviously not remotely interested!!!! Stick to the more established online bookmakers 👌

Tried this site out and one of my free bets for a horse ending up being a draw and Instead of getting half the winnings they gave me another free bet which ended up loosing. Rather frustrating to say the least as the slip said winner and you would normally get half the winnings, live chat responses are also very slow took me almost half an hour for them to sort out another free bet rather than give me the winnings I should of actually had instead.

This must be the worst online casino I have ever dealt with , I had the account for a. Few weeks making deposits, which funny enough no problems at all, I then won money on the live casino, they requested I sent in documentation which I understand needs to be done for legal purposes, so far I have sent inPhoto ID (driving license)Personal bank statement via open banking 3 months business bank statements ( showing the transfers into the account I made the deposits with)Council tax bill with my name and address on1x HMRC tax information/ returns with my national insurance number and name and address on.They have now requested latest return which hasn’t been submitted as it’s not legal due till jan 24I am pulling my hair out any suggestions apart from taking it legal ? There is no phone number and they take days to reply to emails Avoid this casino at all costs

Went to place a bet on football. A treble which paid just over 7/2. 4/11, 5/6 and 5/6. Wanted £20 . Was offered just £11. And I'm not even a winning punter, what a joke they are. Of course when I tried to find out why, I was met with copy and paste replies and traders decisions vague nonsense . You don't deserve customers I bet there isn't a restriction on my casino
