They are an absolute scam. They will try everything to take your money. When I was losing had some small issues but as soon as you start winning theyre games all of a sudden stop working. What I mean is I usually bet on the eSports so you can watch them but when your losing you can watch the game and all is good and as soon as you start winning all of a sudden the games go dark and you can’t watch them and there is a reason for that. *Uck all these nasty sites who does this. Avoid Betvictor, it is a very bad bookie. If they see that you have been winning in a row for several days on sports betting they will delete your account and steal your money, if you have any balance left they will keep your money. They don’t like winners. They want only losers. They won’t give you any information how to complain, you have to spend a lot of time to research that. A very bad bookie.

I’m not a fan of gambling companies. I had to wait over an hour for customer service, BUT, and this is a big but, I was connected to Liam, who went above and beyond to help me. A lot of the time, customer service for gambling companies can be cold, heartless agents who offer no help because you didnt read a tiny term/condition which cost you a fortune. From now on if I place bets, it will be with BetVictor. Please hire more people like Liam and give that guy a pay rise.

don’t know how everyone is giving 4 stars, must be only on customer service, because their prices are the worst on the market for betting, and don’t even start on the slots…………..spend hundreds on spins every week, play almost daily, never get a bonus unless its on 10p free spins, even though most of my spins are for £1, so eventually you get some kind of win or bonus and get £5-£20, that’s NOT a bonus, have played for years on this site would never recommend it, time to move on, and find a fair site not a rigged rip off
