I joined the site, won a few small bets and they sent me an email saying I would be excluded from bonuses. What they did not tell me was they would also take away my ability to cash out.So I placed a few bets not aware of this. I don’t care about the small ones but I bet £300 not able to cash out. I only bet on sites where I can cash out (so not exchanges) and would not have placed these bets if I knew they had taken the facility away from me.I find it deeply disturbing that these people feel the need to cripple someone’s account after a few days to try and get a few hundred pounds back. If they had just left it, I probably would have gambled the money away again. As it is, I don’t intend to bet with them again and so they are the only betting website I have ever made a profit with.I am now looking at legal action to recover the money I bet not knowing I couldn’t cash out.

No less than 24 hours of opening an account they closed it following a review stating that I breached one of their terms & conditions as in section 17. When I asked for more information they just resent the notice of Closure that I received. Absolutely rubbish and I will be raising this GGC.

Keith on the live chat was dealing with my query and he was very helpful towards me and answered all my questions that I had, big thanks to Keith!!!I was having trouble understanding why one of my withdrawals was pending even though all my other withdrawals since I joined betvictor had all come into my account within seconds of not minutes so I went onto the live chat and Keith made me aware that I had to wait 24 hours as this was how long the process normally takes, I asked Keith if there was anyway of me receiving the funds quicker however the process in place is automated, I do wish I could receive my funds quickly how I normally receive them however Keith helped me understand the situation and was very helpful so again, thanks Keith !!!

Almost 3 months ago I won a bet id 181529933700 on UFC 298. However, they settled my bet as lost and I won. I contacted support and also made a complaint on the Brazilian complaints website reclameaqui.com and no one solves my problem.with a loss of almost R$300.00

Absolutely disgusted with this company My daughter is very very poorly has a serious mental health condition And was excluded from this company by us in 2020 for 5 years she also is on GamStop My daughter managed to use her own details and her own card to deposit on this site which they accepted she manage to deposit £200 until we noticed and asked them what they were doing taking her money when she is excluded and on gamstop They said it’s her own fault!!!When I spoke to Sian she told me that as soon as my daughter used her card it would of flagged up and not been accepted This didn’t happen My vunerable daughter who isn’t in the right state of mind and very poorly did not understand what she was doing in the midst of an episode. They are now ignoring me and refusing to refund her money They should never have allowed it to happen in the first place.I’ve sent over 10 emails and I’m being ignored My daughter has since attempted suicide. I didn’t want it to come to this but someone had better contact me ASAPEDIT : this below bet victor reply is not real I’ve messaged live chat and sent loads of emails I’m just being ignored now as they will not accept their fault or refund my daughter avoid at all costs I’ve contacted gambling commission and I have messaged complaints and escalated this!
