They ban you if you win money from them.I’ve had my account for a few months and until recently I had lost more than I’d won (small amounts under £200).Recently I was fortunate enough to win a few bets which put me about £500 up.I had about 4 bets still yet to play on the site at time but I was shocked to see all my remaining bets suddenly voided and to recieve this email”Stephen, we are sorry to tell you that our senior traders have made the decision to stop accepting sports bets from your account. Recently joined and my experience so far has been mixed. Downside first: Their welcome bonus is misleading and… basically worse than useless. The T&C are a bit vague, but I was able to confirm with support via chat that not only do the bonus funds get wiped out if you don’t hit the 10x churn within a week (crazy short time frame), but all the money you win from those bets also will get wiped out. That’s far more punitive than any site I’ve ever encountered in terms of promotion terms. On the other side, the site to me seems pretty clean and easy to use, and I spoke with Thomas via chat about the promotion situation, and he was able to get rid of the bonus and just convert my funds back to my original deposit in cash. While it was a little slow, he explained what I needed clarified and helped me with a solution.

do not gamble with this site I done a £700 withdrawal and then £200 withdrawal. i got my £200 withdrawal straightaway I’ve never received my £700 withdrawal this has been going on for over a week now. I’ve spoken to customer services nearly everyday and get a different response and excuse each time. my bank have tried to trace it and have advised me that it was never sent and I’m being lied to. Was asked to complete a review on a customer service representative I did……I then received an email stating review has been read as well as a bonus will be offered. When I logged online to speak with live chat I was told there is no bonus and there is nothing that can be done! Very disappointed. Make sure you take screen shots of any emails or conversations because without proof there is nothing they will do or offer as an “I’m sorry”! All I got was “there is nothing that can be done”

Everyone should be writing about every second of their lives here, and I believe that even greater actions should be taken! The online gambling situation is completely out of control! RTP is a big lie, RNG is a big lie! You are trapped in a cycle where what you will win and lose is predetermined, and there is a mindset that lies to you about spins being random! As someone else mentioned, used to be good, now it’s dead spin after dead spin. I had 25 dead spins at £5 a time, that’s not even a thing on other sites or in casinos. I wouldn’t recommend putting any money into the slots on this site.I don’t believe the RTP is accurate nor do I think NetEnt et al are to blame, it’s constantly these types of bookmakers that just take and take and offer little/nothing in return taking the fun out of playing. I don’t mind losing, but dead spins after dead spin is boring and I do believe that these companies rig these things. I don’t want to hear about RNG because it seems to be fair on other sites. Time for me to close my account.

I just deposited £200, made one bet for £70, and won. I wanted to request a withdrawal of £100. I can’t because my account is blocked? I ask in the chat what’s going on and I find out that I can’t place bets and my account is under review… What’s going on here? My account was verified, they accepted my deposit, they accepted the bet and now I can’t withdraw any money? Why does a bookmaker with so many positive opinions act this way? New to this company and not been too impressed with the use of the site overall as compared to other betting sites I use. Everything that is simple to use elsewhere is made overly complicated on here. Today I received a free £4 bet to place an ACCA on any sport and had to use online chat because I chose an Acca and couldn’t transfer the free bet to the betting slip. After first getting a useless chatbot I eventually got a nice human called Mar who investigated and found the offer could only be used against a build your own Acca, a point that was not made clear with the free bet. Thanks Mar for all your help, it was much appreciated, and I give you personally five stars but not the company.

Had the same trouble with this company as, 888Sport, and William Hill – they register you, take your deposit then give you the runaround with the verification process. Autobots pretending to be real people give advice that is rubbish and frustrate your efforts to get stuff done. BetVictor said that the copy of my passport I had scanned and uploaded was. ‘a colour image and not suitable. So I got on to live chat (an oxymoron!) and was told to take a picture of my passport on my phone camera and upload that. I asked, ‘what’s the difference’ and was told their system could not handle digital images. What a crock! Are they using analogue? Isn’t everything digital now? They refused to return my deposit as I hadn’t verified my account. CROOKS, PLAIN AND SIMPLE – MODERN-DAY HIGHWAY ROBBERY. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM, EVER!

This company uses promotional offers to attract new customers – once you’re in, they’ll have no issues avoiding paying out by quoting an obscure clause in their T&Cs. No problems taking your money though! Horrendous treatment of customers – I can see other people have had similar problems. Avoid at all costs and place your bets with an honest betting company!

Opened an account with this firm about 10 days ago and due to the account being funded by my partner,they still owe me over £2k.No issues taking all the deposits or any questions asked regarding the funding and lost approx 600 but they say they cannot pay me back as my partners bank refuses to accept it.Not aware of any other business who would treat people like this.

I’ve currently Won a couple Grand , half of it which was processed was meant to be in my bank but it never came , Ive been constantly trying to see if that processing was working , I was told that my first half was to be arriving by the end of the day but it never did , all of a sudden they have blocked me and removed me from the app so now I can’t see my pending withdrawal on the statements and track what’s happening with the money I’ve won . Had been with BetVictor for a few years on and off and always found them OK until the other day when I was refused a bet of £50 win at odds of 17/2. I was told I could have a max of £29 on😒…I am hardly a high roller punter and have lost more than I care to imagine to them in the past and when I asked as to why this bet was not allowed I was given no clear or satisfactory answer, I have therefore closed my account immediately!
