4.4 rating is a lie. Trust me after close to 40 hours worth of video over 200 thousand spins and over £2k in deposits (10p stakes 98% of the time) I’ve only ever received the same boring manipulative gameplay on the same game throughout a month! Today I again stupidly deposited £45 and it took me 420 spins for one bonus for a whopping £4 payout not even 0.01% of stakes back and that’s been like it on every bonus paying the same amount or close to everytime, had countless 4 scatter bonuses where I have counted on one hand how many times the fisherman comes out. Had 85 free spins two days ago one 15 spin bonus the rest 10 spins and in 85 spins he come out a whopping 5 times! Yesterday in 350 spins I accumulated 2 bonuses and the returns were 60p and 5p today like stated 450 spins 1 bonus £4..they harp on about a random number generator which is a complete con as if this did exist it wouldnt be genuinely random and would do them same thing over and over and over. Most the chat bots don’t even know what day it is let alone anything about gaming period. One tells you your gameplay is measured on thousands of spins the next its millions and millions 😂 already have their pre written text laid out infront of them before you’ve even started talking. Their promotions are just awful and never credited, like I said £1600 and was opted in for their “winners club” yet have not received a single dime back! I cannot believe that I’m at the point where I know the gameplay is highly manipulated and scripted that I’ve had to record every session I’ve done, I will make sure I seek legal advice and have the gameplay checked over. They don’t like bad reviews as it stops new customers signing up so I wouldn’t be at all surprised if this is knocked offline as it’s a crime to truly express the reality of this site. If any other “business” was run like this absolutely fraudulent garbage they’d be put behind bars. I think some serious investigations need to be taken on this site. I’m not angry nor upset with the money lost so before you think it’s because I’m a sore loser it’s not it’s merely the fact that over the course of all the spins and deposits you’d expect a tiny bit of enjoyment if not a little bit of money back. Tread carefully with these lot is all I can say!

I won a 20 pound free bet on twitter aka X yet because I don't have an open account I can't claim but I don't see why as I could make a new account and betvictor could easily put 20 into it. Punters like myself struggle to get on even in the shops and to hear a friend of mine telling me his betvictor account had been restricted,hed had it couple year if i recall but most important is he won 18k on the account thats very rare and i have to applaud betvictor for not restricting an account after a week,because it is so rare now to have an account thats winning to last that long,so betvictor take a bow👍👍👍

So far an alright experience, awaiting a withdrawal to be "processed" with seems to take longer than most companies. Maybe its because I am a new customer, but feel this should be made more clearer with perhaps a pop up advising of estimated time for funds to be sent to your account. After all, the deposit was instant, so need to improve withdrawal waits.

I signed up to bet victor about a month ago, after playing for about 2 weeks they Asked me to send pay slips of my income,i explained to them i am on disability benefits and sent my bank statements reluctantly to prove i could afford to play,they restricted my account sent me an email saying its because your unemployed,i feel like ive been discriminated against because im disabled..makes me very sad actually..i did not tell them about my illness either

Definitely not a safer gambling site, was able to deposit over £16,000 in 7 days despite BetVictor’s terms and conditions stating accounts are monitored, credit and affordability checks etc. clearly I am a problem gambler, which they would have noticed had they followed their own policy. absolutely gutted that I was able to do this. Although I am accountable, you wouldn’t give an alcoholic a drink and tell them not to drink it! After complaining I was given gam stop details, and they do not accept accountability for their failings on my account. Will report to GCUK. No one should be able to deposit that much in 7 days.

I really wish consistency between all chat hosts comes along. Pros: fast withdrawalsCons: lack of live markets, no live firsthalf winners for ncaab, no live draw no bet for quarter or half winners for ncaaf, customer service is brutal.

Looks like they’ve removed my honest review! So I’ll rewrite another! DONT NOT TOUCH THESE THIEVES! In 3 days I’ve deposited over £1600 pound and believe me I’ve had absolutely NOTHING back played the same game to get the same consistent algorithm/RNG and the worst RTP imaginable..they say you have to do thousands of spins for it to reflect the RTP given, but when you try 10s of thousands of spins and accumulate one bonus every 500 spins for an absolute pittance then you know it’s pre determined scripted and just a scam! I was getting back £2 on £2 stakes and garbage like 7x on £2 😂😂 they need internally investigating by a 4th party as they’re clearly fobbing off the gaming commission with back handers! Safe to say I have closed the account for good and they won’t see the light of day! I will advise you all to video your gaming sessions as you’ll see the same persistent pattern! Reached out to customer support (Jayce) and they agreed to reverse a sizeable bet I had placed in error when they were not obligated to do so. It was all done in under 2 minutes and I had expected to go back and forth with them for possibly hours. Very rare for a sportsbook to do this especially for a new customer.
Reached out to customer support (Jayce) and they agreed to reverse a sizeable bet I had placed in error when they were not obligated to do so. I really dont like writing this review.the staff are lovely when you need to make contact on the phone always polite via email always quick.The website has gone horrendous, Games are crashingwhen you sign up for the spinners rewards 10-10-30-50Twice in two weeks its been a total waste of time,the 10 free games today kept crashing, then it gave an error message about a voucher. Not talking about huge wins but 30 pounds + have gone a distant memory there's one game I love playing 5p a go.Not to win but just to enjoy, you would always win 5-10 pounds, now nothing. As I said I really dont like writing this but the site is not the same its a huge pity

I had an issue with, somehow, ending up with multiple iterations of 2 bets I placed. A quick call on the chat feature and Chris professionally and quickly sorted it out with no hassles and drama. The multiple iterations were all deleted at no cost to me - ie the duplicate bets were voided and i was re-credited with the stake money. When an error outside the control of the site user happens, this response is exactly what you hope for. Well done, Chris and well done BetVictor

AVOID!!!! I have been trying for over a week to verify my account nothing appears to be good enough even though you can clearly see my address without any issues and they are still refusing and therefore withholding my money. I will be seeking legal action against this company as I have repeatedly given them more than enough evidence. I have also been emailing and heard nothing and the live chat customer service is shocking! So I will be taking actions further the incompetence is unbelievable!!!

Mr Jayce told me they don't do offers on request and asked me to leave here review. Unfortunately I asked another live agent (Chris) and he accepted my request and forwarded it to proper department. So Mr Chris was very professional while Mr Jayce wasn't. If you talk to their agents and don't get satisfaction response, try with another one.

Nice platform, terrible customer service. Also when you start to win with live betting they input a super long delay that makes it almost impossible to live bet. They also limit your selections when you do win. I won a couple first half winner bets and suddenly I can no longer do those bets live: with the time delay I also can not do many live bets. Customer service, especially Christina, are useless and bots, automatic replies with no explanations ever given. Withdrawals are fast at least

300 pounds withhold by BETVICTOR for no reason. This is happening in December 2023, in a democratic country like UK, they are stealing money from the account and closed the account without explanation. Just told me( see text attached) that i have breached the terms and conditions, witch i have carefully read and i have done nothing wrong. I have only placed 4-5 bets and luckly i did not win a big ammout. Imagine if i would win more....The closed my account, took my 300 pounds, and gave me no explanation other than you breached the terms and conditions. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
