Got absolutely rinsed yesterday! Over £700 on multiple stakes ranging from 20p-£2 better believe the bonuses were woeful…£2 stakes gave two bonuses and the returns 9x and 17x yet at 40p stake would double both stakes…barely got me anywhere at all would pay a bit then absolutely rinse it all back..most bonuses were taking 20/25 + baits to land (fishin frenzy by the way very easy to bonus normally) definitely wasn’t seeing any representation of 96% RTP for sure was getting one absolutely average bonus in every like 15 and when I mean average I mean £30 the rest were all between 80p (often stake back bonuses) and £16..had to record it as 5 times in a row it paid the exact same amount..surly impossible? The fisherman is absolutely a joke..literally was coming out ONCE every 10 free spins either first or last spin…when he come out 2/3 times in a bonus he’d collect nothing…had four 15 free spin bonuses (4 scatter board) come out TWICE in all 4 boards…I mean Jesus I know you will always lose but it’s hardly enjoyable anymore I’d of thought over like 14 hours of gameplay I’d of seen a change in the machine or atleast a little bit of the £700 I got stuffed for…I’d of happily taken £200 and a £500 loss but the bonuses were 99% woeful…it dead bonuses far to often (meaning he comes out zero times in 10 spins) believe me happened 4 times in a row and the bonus paid literally stake back or a couple of quid…honestly just make playing online enjoyable again and make it fair it’s all we punters ask for is a bit of fairness and some actual fun along the way..not to be rinsed every single deposit it’s just not fun anymore!

I’ve never ever felt the need to review a casino but BetVictor is hands down The worst betting site I’ve ever played online. Initially I won £45 from a bet, I used that on the casino winning £640. I withdrew that and customer services were really helpful when I had issues with withdrawal. I’ve since deposited over £1000 in less than a week and it’s just dead spins with the odd £20 win on a bonus round. Gambling is gambling – you only play what you can afford. I’m registered and use a few other Casinos and the returns are reasonable. Some days you win, some days you loose but with Betvictor is just awful. I’ve closed my account for this very reason.. I’d avoid this site, unless you’re happy to loose.

Wouldn’t both registering for the site as they can take up to 9 days to verify your account and during that period you can’t deposit or place any bets so just a waste of time opening the account.I registered on 10/11/23 and it’s been 7 days now and account still shows they are processing my ‘source of income’ how long does it take to process one document lol so iv decided to just close the account I mean who has time to wait up to 10 days and then they might even come back and say they need more documents and then wait another 10 days hahaOnly good thing was that the money I did deposit but couldn’t use as account was restricted straight after depositing lol I was able to withdraw which was proceed in around 12 hours so quick withdrawal that’s why they get 2 stars instead of 1

I used to love this site for playing slots. Win some and lose some. Had some big wins and brilliant selection of games. Now though, it’s like someone has halved the RTP on the games. Bonuses take ages to drop and only pay pennies. Tried a couple of games again today and, once again, I’m disappointed at the lousy return. I know it’s gambling but it also needs to be fair.

Look my problem was with there promotions feel mislead with certain ones so be careful. I’m actually writing while I’m in the middle of a live chat with them for the second time even they don’t know what’s going on. Please don’t read this thinking I’m angry because I lost a lot of money as this is not the case. I think there are better casinos out there to use. But this is my opinion.

Hahahaha Betvictor keep having trustpilot take down my negative (truthful) reviews, this is the 4th one I’ve done now to warn people who may not be clued up so well as to notice all the amazing reviews by people with no more than 1 review..when you know you know 🤣 oh and none of this is subtle or believable as notice how Betvictor don’t answer any negative reviews?? Hmmmm, with the amount of money ploughed into this shambles of a casino you’d think maybe once you’d get a bonus here and there but alas nope!! You may keep taking down my reviews and not answering people who’ve lost lots of money but I’ll keep posting them hoping it’ll put people off..I know decent casinos that will allow you to win a bit now and again but stop lying to people to reel them into playing on your platform then having trustpilot take down negative comments, I bet there’s so many you’ve had taken down already? I have received assistance by various agents this evening in Bet Victor and although I am an ignorant newbie and I have to say they have all been above average in both their treatment of me their attitude and their competence I have tried to join a few casinos in my three week gambling career of late!and I have been made to feel either like a criminal a fraudster or an idiot by the majority and I am pleased to say every single agent at Bet Victor treated me extremely well and they knew what they were doing and were extremely competent! Recently joined and my experience so far has been mixed. Downside first: Their welcome bonus is misleading and… basically worse than useless. The T&C are a bit vague, but I was able to confirm with support via chat that not only do the bonus funds get wiped out if you don’t hit the 10x churn within a week (crazy short time frame), but all the money you win from those bets also will get wiped out. That’s far more punitive than any site I’ve ever encountered in terms of promotion terms. On the other side, the site to me seems pretty clean and easy to use, and I spoke with Thomas via chat about the promotion situation, and he was able to get rid of the bonus and just convert my funds back to my original deposit in cash. While it was a little slow, he explained what I needed clarified and helped me with a solution.

do not gamble with this site I done a £700 withdrawal and then £200 withdrawal. i got my £200 withdrawal straightaway I’ve never received my £700 withdrawal this has been going on for over a week now. I’ve spoken to customer services nearly everyday and get a different response and excuse each time. my bank have tried to trace it and have advised me that it was never sent and I’m being lied to. Was asked to complete a review on a customer service representative I did……I then received an email stating review has been read as well as a bonus will be offered. When I logged online to speak with live chat I was told there is no bonus and there is nothing that can be done! Very disappointed. Make sure you take screen shots of any emails or conversations because without proof there is nothing they will do or offer as an “I’m sorry”! All I got was “there is nothing that can be done”

Everyone should be writing about every second of their lives here, and I believe that even greater actions should be taken! The online gambling situation is completely out of control! As someone else mentioned, used to be good, now it’s dead spin after dead spin. I had 25 dead spins at £5 a time, that’s not even a thing on other sites or in casinos. I wouldn’t recommend putting any money into the slots on this site.I don’t believe the RTP is accurate nor do I think NetEnt et al are to blame, it’s constantly these types of bookmakers that just take and take and offer little/nothing in return taking the fun out of playing. I don’t mind losing, but dead spins after dead spin is boring and I do believe that these companies rig these things. I don’t want to hear about RNG because it seems to be fair on other sites. I just deposited £200, made one bet for £70, and won. I wanted to request a withdrawal of £100. I can’t because my account is blocked? I ask in the chat what’s going on and I find out that I can’t place bets and my account is under review… What’s going on here? My account was verified, they accepted my deposit, they accepted the bet and now I can’t withdraw any money? Why does a bookmaker with so many positive opinions act this way? Completely naff!
