Had the same trouble with this company as, 888Sport, and William Hill - they register you, take your deposit then give you the runaround with the verification process. Autobots pretending to be real people give advice that is rubbish and frustrate your efforts to get stuff done. BetVictor said that the copy of my passport I had scanned and uploaded was. 'a colour image and not suitable. So I got on to live chat (an oxymoron!) and was told to take a picture of my passport on my phone camera and upload that. I asked, 'what's the difference' and was told their system could not handle digital images. What a crock! Are they using analogue? Isn't everything digital now? They refused to return my deposit as I hadn't verified my account. CROOKS, PLAIN AND SIMPLE - MODERN-DAY HIGHWAY ROBBERY. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM, EVER!

This company uses promotional offers to attract new customers - once you're in, they'll have no issues avoiding paying out by quoting an obscure clause in their T&Cs. No problems taking your money though! Horrendous treatment of customers - I can see other people have had similar problems. Avoid at all costs and place your bets with an honest betting company!

Company is irresponsible and will not payout after a vast amount of documentation has been provided.Received below message after an account created and funded by a gambling addict and we have provided all the info but even though there has been an attempted suicide,hospital admission and a large loss,they won’t pay the remaining balance - we are talking about someone who has LOST £10s of £1000s with BV :-We’re letting you know your account is closed for a minimum of 5 years due to concerns around Safer Gambling and your admissions of misrepresentation/falsifying details in order to open an account for somebody who was under a Self Exclusion. Opened an account with this firm about 10 days ago and due to the account being funded by my partner,they still owe me over £2k.No issues taking all the deposits or any questions asked regarding the funding and lost approx 600 but they say they cannot pay me back as my partners bank refuses to accept it.Not aware of any other business who would treat people like this.

As someone else has already mentioned, used to be ok, one of the worst sites for slots. More dead spins on any game, doesn’t matter what game or value of spin. I’ve currently Won a couple Grand , half of it which was processed was meant to be in my bank but it never came , Ive been constantly trying to see if that processing was working , I was told that my first half was to be arriving by the end of the day but it never did , all of a sudden they have blocked me and removed me from the app so now I can’t see my pending withdrawal on the statements and track what’s happening with the money I’ve won . I feel sick to my stomach that I’ve spent thousands on here and the 2.1K I’ve won won’t even arrive in my bank .

Had been with BetVictor for a few years on and off and always found them OK until the other day when I was refused a bet of £50 win at odds of 17/2. I was told I could have a max of £29 on😒...I am hardly a high roller punter and have lost more than I care to imagine to them in the past and when I asked as to why this bet was not allowed I was given no clear or satisfactory answer, I have therefore closed my account immediately! Oh and by the way the horse I would have backed that day lost....Still can't believe that they wouldn't lay it ?

I must have landed 4 bonus rounds on a few different fire blaze slots, yet I'm considerably down on my balance while wagering on the weekly spinner promo. At this point, I believe it would be best to close my account with BetVictor. They were good a couple of years back, but now I'm starting to question the "return to player" on their games. This is my opinion anyway, but also coming from my experience.

New to this company and not been too impressed with the use of the site overall as compared to other betting sites I use. Everything that is simple to use elsewhere is made overly complicated on here. Today I received a free £4 bet to place an ACCA on any sport and had to use online chat because I chose an Acca and couldn't transfer the free bet to the betting slip. After first getting a useless chatbot I eventually got a nice human called Mar who investigated and found the offer could only be used against a build your own Acca, a point that was not made clear with the free bet. Thanks Mar for all your help, it was much appreciated, and I give you personally five stars but not the company.

Today I received a free £4 bet to place an ACCA on any sport and had to use online chat because I chose an Acca and couldn’t transfer the free bet to the betting slip. After first getting a useless chatbot I eventually got a nice human called Mar who investigated and found the offer could only be used against a build your own Acca, a point that was not made clear with the free bet. Thanks Mar for all your help, it was much appreciated, and I give you personally five stars but not the company.
