This is the first time I have had an issue with Betvictor.I sent the below email to them regarding a technical problem which occurred within the middle of spins. I received a number of reply’s asking for further detail which I supplied but in the end I was let down.I wonder if this has happened to anyone else?? Hi BetvictorI wonder if you could look into a problem i experienced whilst playing on your sight on Saturday morning around 1am.I was playing the Rick and Morty megaways game as you can see on my account. I literally only keep to that 1 game as you can see in my history and have staked around £100kI was playing £10 spins to which I got onto the feature (4 bonus symbols) however an orange pop up message appeared saying that I had been playing for 1 hour to which I pressed “ignore”This then brought up a small box in the middle of the game which was too quick for myself to read as the game closed down.I logged back in and the bonus was gone. I checked my balance to which I had not had any increased payment.I made a couple more spins incase the game had wanted me to replay the same in order to get back to that position but it didn’t so I automatically collected what was in my balance.I do not have any screenshots or anything to provide to you on this but I can tell you that these bonus’s on this game are very rare and hard to get so I would be grateful if you look into this as at £10 a spin iam sure this would have paid out a decent amount.I have experienced payouts of £3k and £4k off this bonus from yourself within the last year as I do know that this game can and does provide a good response when necessary however this is the first ever time I have experienced a glitch or setback which so happens to have appeared at the time of a bonus feature.So just to recap.4 bonuses appearedThis then enables Rick to jump out of a green worm hole.It was at that point that I had the pop up and the feature never materialised further.So whilst iam very frustrated with this experience, I am also very disappointed and have lost some trust within the Betvictor slot sight itself.Can somebody please look into this and rectify the problem as I feel I have lost out financially not knowing what would have happened.Thank you

Another site that you go weeks without a feature then when you do its always under a fiver, no matter what the stake. Every daily offer is rubbish usually only giving you freebies when you lose money ie spend £10 get 5 spins, so pointless. Avoid

Won quite a few bets and then the best odds guarenteed promotion was taken off me without notice. It wasn’t taken off when I was losing though. No notice given that it had been taken away. Better to go to a best odds bookmaker that won’t take it away and not tell you. No other best odds bookmaker has done this to me and I’ve gambled and won similar amounts with them.

Just bad gaming experience. Last week deposited £50, this week £90. Played king kong cash both times, mostly 50p spins, half the £90 was £1 spins. So I was on a losing streak for 6 weeks lost near 2 grand. I finally was getting lucky I had 50 in real cash and another 70 in bonus cash that had almost flipped over when they said they were checking me out for safer gambling I answered their questions and was going to go back to gambling when the safe gambling guy says he’s shutting down my account then they only send my real cash so they stole the other 70 I had in winnings. Despite following all promotional terms, I was:Banned from promotions without explanationPrevented from accessing legitimate welcome offersTreated unprofessionally as a new customerTheir advertising appears deliberately misleading, promising welcome offers they have no intention of honoring. The lack of transparency and arbitrary account restrictions are deeply concerning.I would strongly caution potential customers to thoroughly investigate this company’s practices before engaging with their services. First downloaded the app then on the first 2 slot games was reasonably fair and had a few decent wins. Came back a few days later and have played a few times since and not won a single good bonus since. Seems a bit of a scam and games seem incredibly rigged. From my experience playing on Betvictor, their horrible odds are really bad, poor scatter payouts, poor game payouts with $650 profit with no return, no enjoyment not fair gaming and the dead spins of zero payouts is ridiculous. My opinion, their casino is rigged, deposit after deposit after deposits of horrible gameplay is a scam, and they overwhelm the fake 5 star reviews to hide the 1 star reviews. I wouldn’t recommend this corrupt scam casino.

If I could give this a zero rate I would. Don’t waste your money they don’t like to pay…I have to withdraw 4 times and still didn’t get the money asking me to contact customer support when I did they are of no help. They are a scam…when you’re putting money in it easy but when to do a withdrawal you can’t

I’ve normally had a good experience and fast payout . BUT recently I’ve noticed somethng really weird going in . Anyone else or can someone explain !!I normally do accumulators in football but I’ve noticed I’m betting on games placing my bet on what I think is still 90 min game or about to start . As the timings BetVictor are putting up .. so I’m watching my accumulator then 15 mins later one the games says full time ended loss ???? Yet I placed the bet at 9.55 the game started at 10.06 then I’m told the game lost at 10.23 ??? A 90 min game !!This has now happened on so many of my bets .
