I don’t rate this bookmaker. Joined a month ago and then they restricted my account. When I checked the account it said the restriction was due to my failure to verify my phone number and email. OK. So I verified them. The restriction was not removed so I contacted their help desk – they having not bothered to contact me advising if the restriction or the reason for it. Then they said it was their Trading dept decision and ‘irreversible’! Look elsewhere for peaceful punting is my advice!

Opened my account 17th April £10 deposit for 4x 10 bets Inc slots credit. Haven’t used all the free bets and my account has been permanently restricted in 3 days on the sports book by head traders as a business decision. No explanation, live chat are useless just copy and paste answers as they arent “privvy” to the reasons. I know of 3 other people that took the same sign up offer and had the same treatment. Shocking way to treat a paying customer. If I could leave 0 star review I would.

I had excellent customer support from Pavel, but why did I have to chase up my free bet that was offered during the Grand National in the first place. I never got my free 10 spins either.

Worst site ever for payouts be lucky if u deposit and play £100 you might win 20 quid then lose it, always chasing your losses!! Never play this site and get into I’ll win eventually as you won’t. Read other reviews. They say they are compliant and honest. Haha next joke.

I saw an new customer offer but managed to mess up the sign up process. I spoke to Jamie and Thomas on the live chat who sorted me out in no time. It was the easiest and quickest live chat I’ve experienced. It was made better by the transcript being emailed to me so I had reassurance that when I needed to contact them again to credit my free bets there was a record of what had been agreed.

Disappointing! Been a member of BV for some time now and did the Grand National on Saturday. Qualified for their ‘spin the wheel’ promo but they have restricted my account so the promotion doesn’t work. No idea why this has happened? I won’t be using this bookmaker again and I advise others do the same!

Absolute joke trying to verify my account. Take a photo with your ID – rejected!. Send a copy of your bank statement with your transaction.. Still pending so doesn’t appear on my statement. Live chat doesn’t reply. Avoid avoid avoid!!

Tobefair to betvictor i used a family members account to get a few bets on and tobefair to them i beat the odds a few times with them and the account was eventually restricted but they werent like bet365(1 day),betfred(1 bet),boyle sports (1bet) hills (restricted after a lucky 15 close to winning) skybet( 5p ew lucky 15s) betvictor are tobefair far better than most

Waste of time! I am 83 years old and have wasted a whole weekend where I opened an account, paid in several deposits backed a couple of horses, got a little back.But could not withdraw my money back They stole it in act. a lousy £20!Reason, they wanted a load of personal questions, including a selfie of myself HOLDING MY PASSPORT! How is this possible on a mobile? I managed by clutching it in my false teeth Someone here stated “they don’t like oldies” it seems he was right I worked as a settler/manager in one of the Chandlers, Victor and Teddy’s betting shops in Brick Lane in London’s East End. I didn’t need a computer or Robot to work out a bet. They now rely on a Chatbot to do all their dirty work.“Too big for their boots” now comes to mind.
