My first time using Betvictor, I have withdrawal partly of my balance so that I can keep track of the money that I have. However, they mentioned that my location is prohibited to bet on the site so the withdrawal has been declined. Then I went on the live chat and get a quick help as well as solution from Mr Jayce. He has been answering all of my question politely and understandable. I would love to be a customer of Betvictor.

Was having issues with a bonus not loading. First customer support worker had left the chat before I had attempted his ‘remedy’. Betvictor must be employing someone full time to write fake positive reviews. It’s actually sickening the lengths these low life will go to. Look, casino games are computerized in there favor,you will get a win now and again to keep you interested,but in the long run you will lose. Don’t bet on casinos games you be alot happier. If you bet on sports shop around.

Been very good today I actually won instead of burning through money makes a pleasant change. in another breath 160 spins at 50p of eye of horus untill it said connection error no bonus that is dodgy. 1gb/sec internet before you try that one.

Spent £600 as a new customer , won £125 back so £475 loss , not to bothered about that BUT the withdrawal time is bad. I’ve waited over 24 hours & still nothing. Unibet & Bet365 are in your bank in 5-10 minutes. Think I’ll wait on my withdrawal then go back to playing there.

Been a customer for years and years…but over the last year this site has gone massively downhill. I’ve just had a little session of fishin frenzy and done well over 1400 spins..I accumulated 110 spins in 11 bonuses and I can honestly say they were the worst of the worst. 5 yes 5 of them the fisherman never even come out once resulting in pittance wins like 75p and 45p and the other 6 he collectively come out 10 times the highest bonus paying £4.75 😂 this is a slot that apparently is 96.12% RTP and by god I felt like I was getting 9.6% 😂 safe to say I’ve returned back to William hill where I seem to do pretty well most times I’m on there as their payouts are fair.

Closed my account down and seems quite convenient when I registered with Parimatch last night my account then closed with that too. (They are sister sites). No explanation other than it’s a business decision. Reason for my 1 star review is because I don’t understand why you have closed them and I haven’t had any email from either site, I only found out while trying to log in and was told in chat this decision is final 🤔

I have had a very mixed experience with BetVictor. Their Welcome Bonus Offer is a scam basically and they make you wager 10x the bonus money you’re given in order to keep it. The reason I signed up was because of their welcome offer only to just learn it was a scam. However, their customer service is amazing and I was able to talk to their service agent Jamie who went of their way to help me. The overall interface of the site is good and easy to follow.

Terrible terrible. Many many deposits and barely ever a win. Never received any sort of bonus/rewards after many years as an active customer. Avoid avoid avoid! If you’re going to gamble don’t do it online it’s absolutely appalling. Has been especially since COVID.

Awful customer service. Took part in a promotion for a free bet up to £25. I didn’t get access to the box opening page despite meeting the criteria, so didn’t get the free bet. I contacted customer service who offered me a free bet of £5. Completely ignoring the fact that I could’ve got a £25 free bet. Argued my point that I could’ve got a £25 free bet but didn’t get very far with a lack of empathy and common sense from the customer service agents. Avoid.

If you win anything you’ll get the usual your account has been referred to our account managers etc and you can no longer have promotions and account restricted to like 10p or nothing at all. Anyone giving 5 stars to this company is losing money to them. ITS a gambling industry these companies need to start accepting people can Win and lose.
