Just Another book, thought they were different, used them for about 10 years. They were great.Went on a 6 month hot streak, got my account from about -20k to even.Suddenly, an email comes in that the senior traders have decided to not accept sportsbets from my account.However , i can still use the casino ????.Just another garbage book that loves you when u lose, theyre willing to ruin lives, willing to take thousands from addicts.Winning money over 6 months is a big no no here. Even after being a losing client for 10 years.Very sad stuff. Shame on you.

my son ONCE AGAIN gave me very poor advice to opening my second online account , to save me the aggro of popping to my local bookmakers as I am 83 next month VERY BAD IDEA !They allowed me to deposit and play accordingly on several games and of course on my horse racing ! low and behold , When I actually find myself in a small profit around £80-90 , they decide to close my account , asking for all sorts of documents . why not ask them before being allowed to deposit ? Spent upwards of £1800 on casino slots, mainly swapping between 5 games, not a single win… Not even a penny come back to me, this is the worst casino I’ve ever known and rightfully trustpilot should make betvictor casino a separate thing from the sports side of things, as the casino is so obviously being devious with certain people’s accounts. Do not even give them a chance with the casino, the good reviews are for their sports betting. Please don’t be a victim like I was.

I can do some bets then all of a sudden i get a message to say It appears you are accessing our website from a prohibited location. If i leave it for a few minutes i can continue to finish my bet. All i get from the live chat is to check my location on my Mac it happens on a note book but not on a I Pad or I Phone.Somebody please help me.Thanks for your quick response and help. I joined BetVictor during the Cheltenham Festival I placed my £10 bet and was supposed to get £40 in bets and bonus back. I got 2X £10 bets which are impossible to place and u get different stories to how to do it. Nothing comes up for a free bet like it does on Sky betting. I did win with the bonus games and withdrew £98 I now give up trying to place a bet, both my partner and son have tried with no luck . I’m just going to close my account

Sue is the one who handled my issues with my bet credits wrongfully being taken from my account prior to the deadline date. She dismissed my concerns and was extremely unprofessional while handling my matter. I advise others to look into alternative sports books as there are many which are more trustworthy than Bet Victor. Horrible experience.

Arguably one of the worst sites I’ve used with regards to “Offers”. When you sign up the immediate offers are good along with the sportsbook loyalty tier. But after a few weeks those offers aren’t available to you anymore. Maybe this is because I completed all tiers most the time which meant I took advantage of all free bets available. I’m a very loyal customer and right now the only offer I have on my sportsbook is the pick 6 which is brutal. On a side note if people are wondering why the rating is so high for Betvictor on trustpilot it’s down to the fact they ask you to rate them on trustpilot if they manage to resolve any issue for you on live chat. When they issue isn’t resolved you never hear them asking you to review them on trustpilot. Decided to close my account which they seemed very happy for me to do so.
