They have a good selection of slots here and I was really enjoying it but the slots have got so bad. They’re just dead. I do not expect to win all the time by any means but I do expect game play and entertainment. It seems to be lacking now. It’s so hard to get a bonus here. A lot of dead spins now. My rtp for the past week has dropped to 68% on games advertised at 96%. I play the same games across several sites too.

Existing customer for several years. They provided no real explanation, in disagreeable wording, when queried why they suddenly froze my account and demanded compendious, delicate personal info to unlock it. I explained they had data breaches in the past and was hesitant, which they completely ignored.Gibralta based, probably been caught doing something wrong, now tightening up algorithms ahead of an audit. I guess this in absence of any explanation. And I’d be ok with that, as long as they explained a little and dropped the surly attitude.I’ll take my custom elsewhere

They verified my account upon registration and I was not asked for any documentation. I was OK to deposit and play, I staked hundreds (not asked to verify by the way, as maybe there was a chance i could lose) and won some money. The moment I went to withdraw my money was pending. Then about 12 hours later I get an email asking me to send documents. I pointed out this is a breach of the gambling commission ruling where a company can’t demand documents when a customer goes to withdraw if this could have been asked for earlier. (Which was my case) my balance was £903, they sent me £550 and are holding the rest of my money. £353 is being held and they are refusing to send me this back. I am stage 3 of my complaint and I wish to have my funds sent over. Why could they send £550 but not the £353. I have asked for my deadlock number and I will be taking this forward to IBAS. This practice where a bookie is using anti money laundering laws to stop withdrawals is a legalized crime. How is depositing £10 a form of money laundering. I guess they didn’t like the fact I won £903 from £10. I have given them multiple emails about this and had no reply, they simply are holding my £353. Stay clear from this company. I am happy to change my review once this is resolved.

Poor odds poor promotions.Restricted after taking only £40 in over 12 months.Spin the wheel to win 1 useless spin on some never win fishy slot. Or spin the wheel to bet £10 to get a £1 free bet. Had an offer error even though I’d wagered the right amount. and the wager did get recognised in the ‘Betvictor’ software. I contacted live chat and had received prompt help from customer service agent Belen. This problem had been rectified within 10 minutes. Also got offered alternative resolution if the offer I claimed couldn’t work. Great customer service!

If you don’t believe BetVictor’s staff don’t write positive reviews for the company then check out Lorraine Readings profile. 5 reviews all about BetVictor and all about different support agents!! I personally have reported this to Trustpilot with screen shots of everyone. Hopefully they act and remove all the fake reviews. We will then see the true rating this shady company deserves

You are only worthy of a welcome bonus if you pay by debit card and not paypal.I have screenshot the live chat. I was told by Belen that It is a business decision? It is a very discriminatory way to conduct a business. Even after spending hundreds of pounds..to add insult he said that I would only need to make 3 £10 deposits using debit card to recieve the welcome bonus! I dont think I want to be penalised for using paypal, why let customers use it as a deposit method in the first place, it is legal tender, the same as debit card is it not?

Cant say a word bad about them. Put 300 on same day withdrawal of 13500 payed within 24hrs had a problem with a 2k pending payment they tried say was processed. Spoke to live chat and a email was sent within 24hrs apologising and the money in my bank! All done in 2days work

We all know that slots are designed to take your money but BetVictor take this to a whole new level of just pure greed.I asked for a lifetime RTP, got the email and I can tell you just one slot that stuck out, The Dog House, I have had 12,000 spins on this slot and my RTP over that period is 73%. I have been using BetVictor for some time now. I have high amounts of deposits 20k+. When I won 12k+ they restricted my account and asked for documentation such as tax information, bank accounts, ID’s…etc. I provided them with all information the same day. My account is still restricted 3 weeks later and they will not give me a time table for when they will give me my money. I have tried to contact them multiple times but they give the same response each time. Last week i tried to check if it had been finished and they closed my account. Originally they told me it would take 72hrs, then 2 weeks and now they are saying months. They are liars and scammers. I have been fair with them.They will drop a comment below saying to contact their customer support, however the customer support has been useless as far as the verification process. They have zero intention of paying out and therefore the only responsible response is legal action.

Signed up, auto verified and received email, deposited 700 to bet on England u21s final, as soon as this happened they requested 4 different verifications and took 72h to check them, also requested a further bank statement to prove I had made the deposit even though the funds are still in the account? Then rejected my proof and asked for another one, awful customer service and an awful “finance department” . This happened last Wednesday, it’s now Wednesday again, a full week holding my funds.

A zero star rating would be low. Scammers they did not apply a responsible gaming limit to my account until i lost £1500. and now no chance of this money back as its restricted.After getting my account verified, i started playing, won, and withdrew my winnings, quite efficient and fast withdrawals. I ended up on a losing streak after that. only to be told that they are restricting my account and i will only be able to deposit £200 per month. This is the same day I lost over £1500. Why couldn’t they do it a day before? i was more than happy to play and lose £200 per month. So stay away from this casino as well unless your limits are in place and are verified, your documents are fully verified, do not deposit.
