Betvictor has not been doing ethical business. I wish the Gambling comission takes away the license of this unethical business.I was doing tennis betting on Rublev vs Karatsev 2nd round match. Rublev was leading 5-4 and i bet 1000 pounds for rublev to win the set. Rublev lost the next game and both became 6-6. Later Rublev won the first point of the tie break and The amount that i could cash out was 746. I decided to see if he can win more points to get more cashout value. He lost next point. The app never gave me any cash out amount. I realised now Bet victor got into scam mode. I went into web version of betvictor and what a scam ?? Both the app neither the website gave any cash amount for the rest of the tie break.I am not worried about loosing some of the amount but i could have cashed out 600 pounds and betvictor scam mode made me loose it.Sometimes the app is slow on updating the results and the cash out value. Scam. Please Gambling comission take away the license of this unethical business.If any one has faced similar issues and want to complain to gambling comission about this business then contact me on my gmail id

Great customer service!I also had a bit of confusion when I used the welcome bonus, the deposit is matched 100% up to $400 dollars. However, the whole amount (deposit + bonus) is awarded as a bonus and needs to be wagered 10x (so 400 deposit = $4000 wager requirements).The bonus expires in 7 days but if you contact support they will extend the day count until you either A run out of money or B finish the wager requirement.I spoke to a very nice CSR named Pavol and he took the time to explain all of this to me. Very patient!Would use it again just for good customer support!

I’ve dealt with 3-4 reps on BV but the one who stood out to me the most was REESE. I’ve dealt with him 2 times already and this man is officially goated as their CSR. Both times I was sent to him was because the previous rep was did not resolve the situation to my preferences, and this man REESE was lightning quick with diagnosing what I needed, presenting my options, and following thru with desired outcome both times. I had a darts bet in live play at 0.30 on friday night, sat morning which was settled correctly as a winning bet. The same 2 players played each other again the following night and the winning bet suddenly became a losing bet and 166.50 was withdrawn from my account because they resettled my bet on the wrong match. I don’t rate this bookmaker. Joined a month ago and then they restricted my account. When I checked the account it said the restriction was due to my failure to verify my phone number and email. OK. So I verified them. The restriction was not removed so I contacted their help desk – they having not bothered to contact me advising if the restriction or the reason for it. Then they said it was their Trading dept decision and ‘irreversible’! Look elsewhere for peaceful punting is my advice!

Opened my account 17th April £10 deposit for 4x 10 bets Inc slots credit. Haven’t used all the free bets and my account has been permanently restricted in 3 days on the sports book by head traders as a business decision. No explanation, live chat are useless just copy and paste answers as they arent “privvy” to the reasons. I know of 3 other people that took the same sign up offer and had the same treatment. Disappointing! Been a member of BV for some time now and did the Grand National on Saturday. Qualified for their ‘spin the wheel’ promo but they have restricted my account so the promotion doesn’t work. No idea why this has happened?
