Absolutely appalling customer service..the chat agents were.dreadful..no customer service skills at all.. requested to speak with a manager..you guessed it!!..none available at present.they willcontact you in 14 days!…oh my…avoid at all.costs it’s disgusting service

There was an issue with one of the promotions where the link took you to the wrong game. I spoke with a customer service agent called Pavol, who corrected the issue in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you Pavol and BV team.

I signed up but made the deposit by Paypal instead of by card which doesn’t give you the signing up promotion, Antony on the chat sorted the problem for me with ease and he was extremely helpful.

Tobefair to betvictor i used a family members account to get a few bets on and tobefair to them i beat the odds a few times with them and the account was eventually restricted but they werent like bet365(1 day),betfred(1 bet),boyle sports (1bet) hills (restricted after a lucky 15 close to winning) skybet( 5p ew lucky 15s) betvictor are tobefair far better than most

Waste of time! I am 83 years old and have wasted a whole weekend where I opened an account, paid in several deposits backed a couple of horses, got a little back.But could not withdraw my money back They stole it in act. a lousy £20!Reason, they wanted a load of personal questions, including a selfie of myself HOLDING MY PASSPORT! How is this possible on a mobile? I managed by clutching it in my false teeth Someone here stated “they don’t like oldies” it seems he was right I worked as a settler/manager in one of the Chandlers, Victor and Teddy’s betting shops in Brick Lane in London’s East End. I didn’t need a computer or Robot to work out a bet. They now rely on a Chatbot to do all their dirty work.“Too big for their boots” now comes to mind. Just Another book, thought they were different, used them for about 10 years. They were great.Went on a 6 month hot streak, got my account from about -20k to even.Suddenly, an email comes in that the senior traders have decided to not accept sportsbets from my account.However , i can still use the casino ????.Just another garbage book that loves you when u lose, theyre willing to ruin lives, willing to take thousands from addicts.Winning money over 6 months is a big no no here. Even after being a losing client for 10 years.Very sad stuff. Shame on you.

my son ONCE AGAIN gave me very poor advice to opening my second online account , to save me the aggro of popping to my local bookmakers as I am 83 next month VERY BAD IDEA !They allowed me to deposit and play accordingly on several games and of course on my horse racing ! low and behold , When I actually find myself in a small profit around £80-90 , they decide to close my account , asking for all sorts of documents . why not ask them before being allowed to deposit ? Spent upwards of £1800 on casino slots, mainly swapping between 5 games, not a single win… Not even a penny come back to me, this is the worst casino I’ve ever known and rightfully trustpilot should make betvictor casino a separate thing from the sports side of things, as the casino is so obviously being devious with certain people’s accounts. Do not even give them a chance with the casino, the good reviews are for their sports betting. Please don’t be a victim like I was.

I can do some bets then all of a sudden i get a message to say It appears you are accessing our website from a prohibited location. If i leave it for a few minutes i can continue to finish my bet. All i get from the live chat is to check my location on my Mac it happens on a note book but not on a I Pad or I Phone.Somebody please help me.Thanks for your quick response and help.
