I joined BetVictor during the Cheltenham Festival I placed my £10 bet and was supposed to get £40 in bets and bonus back. I got 2X £10 bets which are impossible to place and u get different stories to how to do it. Nothing comes up for a free bet like it does on Sky betting. I did win with the bonus games and withdrew £98 I now give up trying to place a bet, both my partner and son have tried with no luck . I’m just going to close my account

Sue is the one who handled my issues with my bet credits wrongfully being taken from my account prior to the deadline date. She dismissed my concerns and was extremely unprofessional while handling my matter. I advise others to look into alternative sports books as there are many which are more trustworthy than Bet Victor. Horrible experience.

Arguably one of the worst sites I’ve used with regards to “Offers”. When you sign up the immediate offers are good along with the sportsbook loyalty tier. But after a few weeks those offers aren’t available to you anymore. Maybe this is because I completed all tiers most the time which meant I took advantage of all free bets available. I’m a very loyal customer and right now the only offer I have on my sportsbook is the pick 6 which is brutal. On a side note if people are wondering why the rating is so high for Betvictor on trustpilot it’s down to the fact they ask you to rate them on trustpilot if they manage to resolve any issue for you on live chat. When they issue isn’t resolved you never hear them asking you to review them on trustpilot. Decided to close my account which they seemed very happy for me to do so.

I took advantage of the offer on Cheltenham (bet £5 get £20 free bet). The free bet hadn’t been credited. I contacted Bet Victor via live chat and spoke with Anthony. He confirmed there had been a technical issue and credited the free bets immediately! Thank you Anthony!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, app issues, agents lying, “support” staff extremely unhelpful. Promising you things and not delivering. I logged a complaint 7 days ago nothing back. Out about 60 euro worth of rewards at this point because of a mix up which should be easily fixed. Instead support agents blunt, rude and as soon as you join they try to get rid of you instead of helping, asked one question to agent Steve and got a half answer with “anything else I can do for you today” when he know I had a couple of questions. Just plain rude.

After winning 8000, trying to verify my account. Sent drivers license, 5 different utility bills showing correct information, bank statement confirming my cards. Contacted support numerous times over the week with no luck. Live chat is useless they told me I’ll get a follow up email. No help from anyone. Providing the correct documents doesn’t do anything. Money locked up. Canadian customer. Pathetic “support”

David and Catherine were absolutely useless. After being told I use a credit card to deposit, sending bank statements from 2 of my banks for proof of address. Then sending my passport for ID, I was told my account is all open and running again…which it wasn’t. I arrive back to square 1 after an hour of waiting for all this to be processed and am on chat with a 3rd person doing the same rubbish, woeful and a waste of my time.

Made a withdraw on 2nd march general it takes an hour or two to go to my bank account,but it is now 7th march and still not recived withdraw emails sent same response no problems so where is my withdraw
