Eventually got to bonus so happy days then message appeared refresh your page in black box in front of game I thought if I press x on corner of box it would go but it did and took game with it. I tried logging into game again but bonus was gone so contacted betvictor . Agent kamil wasn’t there to help and asked did I take a screenshot of this well i hadn’t obviously. Not happy feels like i lost potential jackpot win .

I do currently have a few issues been escalated , I work in CS myself and do understand that issues have to be escalated to Certain departments to be investigated , but Previously have been waiting nearly a week for updates or answers , and to get a the wrong information and having to ring back up and get escalated again is poor customer service , it isn’t good enough , its like an agent pushing u off just to get you off . Ryan and Kieron have changed my mind about BetVictors agents today . Hopefully my issues get resolved , I’ve wagered €100k in few days so I expect to be prioritized and compensated. Thanks

Total scam! Due to their dodgy verification system I as a student couldn’t verify my address given I lived in halls so I don’t get bills sent (which apparently were the only means of verification. Had a bad experience again on chat with an agent and then Catherine the supervisor. They are extremely stingy with bonuses etc, they claim they don’t give bonuses essentially and will email you when you earn them essentially, but you never get an email with any offers, i wagered loads and played a good amount and deposited a good amount and I contacted them to see what the story was regarding the loyalty club as I wasn’t going to meet their next tier, I expected something be done considering I did wager like 500 on casino and spent around 65 on sports. Instead I got told no because they don’t do handouts. I’m a loyal customer and worked hard to earn my way through the loyalty tiers as it’s the only bonus they give. And I wasn’t able to get any further so instead of saying ah look well give you 5 euro or whatever they just said no blatantly, Catherine was just doing her job but was quite rude and abrupt too! Not happy with them at all at the moment. Also never ever play aviator!

Won some money on Sunday night early hours Monday morning and was still chasing the withdrawal on Friday. The customer service here on live chat is abysmal: I had a feeling they wasn’t going to pay me because the payment was cancelled to my bank 3 times which felt suspicious. When I spoke to an advisor, and I won’t mention their name on here but what they said to me was disgraceful. They had been the 3rd person I had spoken to and at this point I was just desperate to get the money withdrawn, not necessarily because I needed it, but as I thought the fact they weren’t paying me was somehow strange, I was scared I was going to lose it, so yes I was desperate, because I didn’t want to lose £500 quid. The customer service advisor mocked me and said, and I quote; ‘so you’re relying on gambling funds to buy necessities?’ I asked them what was that the suppose to mean as I was offended and they carried on by saying, and I quote; ‘exactly what the question says’. How dare I be spoken to like that. Making me feel like I was begging and you were looking your nose down at me. Won’t be using this site again. How actually dare I be spoken to like that. On a positive note, I spoke to an advisor called Mackie and they sorted it straight away and I was paid within the hour. Thanks Mackie, it’s a shame your colleagues aren’t all like you.

SCAMMED. STAY AWAY They gave me a “bonus”. I deposited $250, after 3 days my profit/loss was $604, but they “forfeited” (STOLE) my cash balance. According to them cause I had to wagered $2500 in 72 hours placing bets of 1.75, what a nonsense. The terms and conditions don’t explain nothing explicit for this: 17.5 Bonus Funds bets may require wagering/playing through before any winnings from the bonus bet can be withdrawn. The customer service (Anthony and Jamie) just repeat the same: “I’m so sorry, I understand that you are upset, but there’s nothing I can do”.
