Their average score has clearly been manipulated by Trustpilot to help them as there customer service is very poor as shown by many posts on here. Emailed in feedback in regards games not playing correctly and get unhelpful replies from Alina, Liam, Damian & Keiron a helpful company would investigate and welcome feedback & a manager would investigate

Terrible service by Anthony, placed a bet on a player to score a hat trick and at half time he had not come on, I asked to void it and I was told no, only if he doesn’t play will it be void, so if he comes on with 2 minutes left it’s a valid bet, as if. That’s a robbery if you ask me! And he didn’t care

This is the worst company on the market! Please avoid gambling with bet Victor I had problems with them from the minute I made my first deposit. I deposit nearly £16000 and and won big. There block my account for verification so I uploaded my documents the message came it can take up to 72 hours for documents to be verified. Now it been 8 days I had no reply I spoke to customer service on live chat there keep saying my account under review. So I’m out of pocket for amount I deposit and also my winnings. Please DO NOT USE BET VICTOR there are other gambling site ie sky vegas bet 365 etc I have been stress since all this started. Please avoid

This review could have been a 1 star but given the great help from Orsi a 4 would be fair. This bookmaker showed the wrong time of kick off time of 1pm and I placed the bet before their websites kick off time 12:45pm. The game itself wasn’t a very popular one so it took me a while to find a site that I could keep a track of the score on. To my surprise the game was already 45 mins in. Contacted their live chat, spoke to a very rude individual in Dianne. Who dismissed my claim that there was nothing wrong with my bet which affects the odds, but did acknowledge the bookmaker had shown the incorrect kick off time before immediately ending the chat. A bit suspicious? Another chap Jacob did the same thing. Along came Orsi who I can tell has experience, took his/her time to question me and get a better understanding. Agreed to void the bet which is all I wanted. Would be a 5 had I spoken to Orsi first.

Contacted chat as they have a loyalty rewards for sports and casino. I made good progress and spent a good amount throughout the week, I explained I wasn’t going to be able to spend anymore before it resets. And could I get something small for all the progress I made and I got told no straight up. It seems if you don’t spend the exact amount they want you want you don’t get anything for your efforts. Which isn’t very rewarding. Harvey seemed to not really care either. I mean I wagered well over 100 in sports and over 1000 in casino and still Harvey did nothing for me.

So first of all I have all the documents literally my bank statement confirming my proof of adress but they want also a utility bill on my name but I told them that I don’t have one cause I live with my family and I don’t cover any home expenses and they aren’t believing me after I sent them also photo with my document and everything and are treating me like a criminal for not having a utility bill on my name and also who are you to ask me whythe apartment where I live is named after a company but the fact is that literally the restaurant is owned by my family and the apartment are named after it .don’t try not worth it 777 or Paddy power are 1000 time better and won’t treat you like a criminal

Deposit after deposit and nothing but scraps, only play 10p and 20p slots but after 12 £10 deposits and never reaching £20 I’ve given up, if it was about luck and RPG then at least once or twice I’d of hit the £20 Mark, my advice don’t bother with slots on here

The rules that the UK government has set allowing all betting sites to ask for proof of income has basically put the power back into the hands of sites like BetVictor, technically these sites should ask for this before you start to gamble, but, because the rules are very sketchy, all of these sites will only ask for this if and when you win a substantial amount of money as they know most people will either not be able to provide this or will be unwilling to provide it.This allows them to legally keep your winnings.Gambling in the UK has been ruined in general with them lowering the limits on the FOBT machines, forcing people to go online, giving them no rights what so ever. My advice if you do gamble, deposit small amounts and withdraw small amounts, don’t go big as they WILL restrict you

Ok bet vic you say you are a transparent honest company. So let’s test you . Why do you restrict winning punters even when its small but consistent profits . But don’t restrict loosing punters. We no the answer. But are you going to be the first betting company in history to admit you get rid of winning punters very quickly. Why don’t you at least say to them you are a winner we don’t want you . Instead you say its a traders decision thank you and goodbye. A proper bookie doesn’t get rid of winning punters just because they make a couple of hundred. So you are not proper bookies so please don’t call yourself one. False advertising crooks. They are affiliated with Talksportbet and Park Match. DO NOT SIGN UP TO EITHER OF THESE SITES.If you are already restricted with bet vic they will take your money for losing bets and then restrict you when you get a winner.I placed one bet, it won £40 ew on aced it at 6/1 so total profit £288, got no free bets and told, after I contacted talksportbet live chat, and was restricted.

I am from Ontario Canada. I had so many issues with deposits! I would have to see what would happen if I tried to make a withdrawal! Not necessarily the sites fault, but their partner who manages the transfers. I never had the chance to try to take some home – the slots don’t pay here. Seriously, I’ve played other casinos online, and this was not just bad luck. The site is an attempt at a good site, but I’m surprised to read other reviews that they have been around over 10 years. It needs some work. Not a go to for slots. You can’t even scroll nicely through the games.

My experience with the casino was positive so far ,being playing for half a year on the slots, lost some, won some. The deposits are quick, no extra fees like other bull.. websites, withdraw are quick in my opinion, max 1 day. I haven’t used the customer service so i don’t know what is like, but the documents requested were processed in a decent amount of time. I like betting on football aswel and there aren’t enough options to choose in comparison with other websites

Found the black jack tables to be heavily weighted with low number cards which statically favours the dealer. The site is clunky and picture quality very poor. Won’t be returning.

DO NOT USE! Lose and your account will be fully verified with the option to deposit fully working.Win and you will need to show them every single id you have all your bank statement card…etc. Basically they will try with all what they can not to payout. I tried to withdraw and now I currently have my account restricted until I provide them will all the 5 documents they asked for because my account is not fully verified. Funny because when I signed up the status of my account clearly stated “fully verified”. Once i get my funds out if i cand get them i will never use again and I wouldn’t advise anyone to use.
