Do not bet with this scammer of a gambling site I have lost enough with them all of a sudden disabled my accounts withholding my £1k I try withdrawing I gave them my passport debit cards driver license and a full 3 months bank statements with regrets dreading one day all my money will be scammed now they wants my investment account e.g shares crypto no way will I furnish that if I can give 0 star I would my case is still ongoing I will publish all correspondence on trust pilots that will show them up part 2 coming soon …..can’t even gamble happily anymore guys AVOID Betvictor

Do not use this app to play with your money it is disgusting you play with £100s and you never receive a bonus you get dead spins all the time and never win I’ve played tonight and didn’t even win more then £10 back and I spent £60 on one game please people do not play they take your money the gambling commission needs to block them from using such a terrible platform !!

What a terrible experience. I’ve tried quite a few betting sites and this was the worst experience I ever had. Not only did the two factor authentication not work (they claimed it was due to my carrier, but I have no issues with any other two-factor authentication), but once my technical issues were resolved and I could place my first bet, the promotion had expired, which was unclear and I had not been warned about in my two previous interactions with support. I have never had an issue with any other betting site that couldn’t be resolved. Bet365, which has so-so reviews on this site has never given me an issue and is much easier to navigate and is better set up for North American sports. Bodog, mybookie, sportsinteraction are all better, in my experience. I’ve closed my account. The reasons I gave it two stars is that the customer service chat is responsive.

Currently going through a situation when one min I’m in credit to all of a sudden being minus, I’ve checked all my history and can’t see anything. I’ve never experienced this in my 20+years of betting. I went on chat, but was issued a transcript rolled of the computer robot style, I questioned it to be told it will now be addressed by another team and I’ll have to wait till the next day. Why should I? When it’s my own money. Really not happy with this.

If there was a no star i would deffo be clicking no stars they rip you off and make out uve got a gambling problem even though I only deposited for the welcome bonus then had to deposit £5 again to get my winnings out they then said it would take 24 hours I waited and not in bank so got onto chat and they said it would be 3-5 working days im absolutely fuming with them and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone they are full of scammers and how can u have a gambling problem if uve only spent £5

I deposited an an amount of money and they asked to verify my self. But I didn’t have all the ID they asked for , as I don’t have any letters to this address as I live with my parents. So I went onto chat and told them I didn’t have all the ID I requested and can I have the deposit back. And they said no. I need to provide ID before I withdraw!!! So basically they have my deposit for nothing. Keep well away from this site.
