Crooked con artists who want to get people addicted to gamblingMy son won £30 of free bets a month ago in their US President promotion (Way to go Trump!) and wanted to use them sparingly when he chose to, ideally on international football matches involving Wales, as this is his main choice of sport.Apparently this wasn’t allowed. He had to use them in one go within a week, presumably so they could get him hooked and get him to gamble more often and with increasing funds. So they took the free bets away.What happened to setting limits and their slogans about responsible gambling, ‘Take a break’ and ‘When the fun stops, stop’.Sue and Liam on customer service both hopeless. They kept us waiting for well over an hour, despite being Active on Live chat, in the hope that we would abandon the complaint.We will complain to the Gambling Commission, the Financial Conduct Authority, and our MP. Hopefully their licence will be taken away.

I love this site for sports brilliant. But ky reason for 2 stars is the games are absolutely terrible I’ve played now for 6 months on the same game sake stake big bass bonanza and I’ve never had a bonus 1 pound stake my highest win 7.50. Sounds like a moan but just isn’t fair hunders of pounds spent and not even a good win

It is all rigged end off. That is my lot. Take action stop complaining and just stop it is nonsense. So you can deposit without ID and address verification, but if you want to withdraw – the verification is needed. Basically for a customer this kind of reasoning seems very fishy and I would stay away from this site JUST BECAUSE of this

I thought I had issue with my welcome offer. I was not aware it was me keep ignoring the bonus message which pop up at the start of the spin game. I spoke to Chris and they were very helpful to ask for screen capture. I had experience speaking to other webchat from other bookie, they would only say nothing wrong with their system and none of them really helping and just push you away. However, Chris did it totally different by asking what I screen was and being helpful to resolve my issue in an proactive way. I am really impressed even it was my careless mistake causing an query.

Deposited on account and after 5 mins of play my account was closed (no notice) for verification. Website says 24 hours , after 24 hours still locked out contact and was told 3 days ! However I’m still left without my account being paid into my account after I gave my new bank details as normally when I win and cash out it pretty much goes straight into my bank account but after taking this morning and told I would be able to withdraw soon I’m still waiting at nearly nine thirty at night with still nothing in my account. This place is rigged and a scam. The live eSports games is 100% a scam . Ive played this before and other sites but I can definitely say it’s rigged. There is absolutely no way it’s not. I played and everytime you bet they know and all of a sudden there games go under when you bet. They should be banned like the others. It’s just impossible not to believe this. Made an account, deposited $30, made one $2 bet that I lost and now I get “this account is closed please message us for help”. I really just want to get my deposit back (okay, less $2). Do not understand why this happened. In fact, when you get a “verify email” email, it opens no where and is flagged as a malicious link…. what an unfortunate mistake I made by depositing, will gladly change review if this can get solved.

Don’t enter into any bonuses they a big con. I’ve wagered 20 pounds 5 days running for a Christmas “bonus” and every day it’s been 1 or 5 free spins- the lowest you can get and each day the free spins have been zero so that’s 5 days of bonus zero. also different bonus you get a free spin wheel and every day that is 1 free spin nothing. Go to ladbrokes they know what a bonus is. These think bonus means zero. Also look out for Mackie really patronizing and terrible attitude Also very unhelpful, rude and dismissive. I deposited $450, but after realizing their slot games do not have the ‘Bonus Buy’ Feature, I asked them to refund my deposit to source. They said they do not process refunds, and I have to submit a withdrawal request.Problem is, I deposited with my debit card then they are telling me I can’t withdraw via debit, so I have to submit an Interac E-Transfer request. After waiting for 3 hours, my withdrawal request was declined and they asked for plenty of documentation before I can take my money off the platform. They are saying it can take up to 3 business days for verification, plus another business day for the withdrawal request! Their customer service team also has 0 interest in providing solutions.I STILL haven’t gotten my money back and will probably have to do a chargeback for my unplayed deposit!Stay FAR away from this app!

These good reviews are clearly bots .All I’ve done is deposited the gameplay is nothing but a scam. False payoutsHaving placed a superstake roulette bet , I then got told the multiplier I won only applied to the base bet. Having raised this they then told me the multiplier was a silver not gold mutiier – I never saw either on the online screen – this means the multiplier only applied to the base bet. Either way the payout of £68 is still short inline with their calcs. 50×1 plus 17 plus 17 = £88 or applying the superstake and multiplier 1.5 x 34 x 50 plus 17 = £2567, I have raised this with IBAS but don’t play any super stake roulette game having been mis sold the stakes by the online presenter and the non published games rules. The screen image sent clearly shows the winning bet is enhanced

If I could give a minus I would . Take all my deposits no problem then ask for blood to withdraw waiting for over 7800 pounds to be given to me , which is my money and they refuse . Discusting customer service. Been waiting 4 days now . I am now reporting them to the gambling commission and will be contacted ting a resolver . This is my money and I want what’s rightfully mine
