Made a bet victory account and played for a few hours , lost money , then whilst I’m playing my account gets closed. Stick to a legitimate site.

Avoid this site like the plague !!!!
I set up an account deposited £50 then they wouldn’t let me play with the funds , I gave them all relative documentation and uploaded it they then said they still couldn’t verify my account and documents??????? Then closed my accound and said I couldn’t have my £50 back that I deposited AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!

Reading some of the reviews I see my issue is the same as many as regarding the delay in withdrawal of winnings. No issue with customer service. Aine was excellent. Not her fault. However, with other accounts I have got my winnings immediately or at the very worst, two hours later. It is something that really should be looked at. People may not be so keen to play if they feel they have to wait 24 hours to get any winnings back. Especially as there is no problem in the money going the other way.

This is to reply to Bet Victors comment on my reply. I cannot belive that odds of over 10,000 to1 constantly appear in Bet Victor casino roulette..maybe once a year but not once a week..i suggest someone looks at your system again and ensures its algarithims are in order. Concerning the fast payment system..it was superb..money in your account up to £ 500 within seconds.now it is between 5 to 24 hours..why have you changed that Bet Victor – I am sure it has cost you customers.

I am massively disappointed with this site after i deposited over £2000 I've had £800 back giving me a loss of well over £1200 nobody can win all the time but based on my experience so far they payout less than 50?% so if you like to lose money this the site for you. There is loyalty points and the 50 free spins promo where you wager £100 returned £2.09p so for the pleasure of the so called free spins is absolutely terrible.

Believe me I’d rate lower! I’ve played the same game consistently on other sites (top cat most wanted JPK) and I’ve never seen it do as little as it can bar when playing on this site! The original RTP for this slot is 96.12% on here it’s a measly 93% which is lower than most high street bookmakers! Having said that this means if you’re lucky enough to get a single board (and believe me I had something ridiculous like 28 teases for a single board) if you do eventually get one..the RTP is so rigged in their favour the slot will only pay the bare minimum! Save yourself the money or go elsewhere..bet365 or 888 are two of the best I’ve used, none of this withholding winnings or asking for extra ID and they both have genuine decent payouts! The UKGC need to start doing a fit and proper test for these kind of sites to avoid people being conned by poor sites such as this! Further more they do nothing for the customer, you have one promotion (when you open your account) and nothing else! You can feed them a majority of your money and will not see a single promotion/free pay bet or free spins back! Avoid!

I like the bet victor site..stay away now from the casino as that is rigged..but have just noticed over past few days bet victor so called fast payment system..with money in your account within minutes has become slow payment..where you have to wait almost a day..bet victor..take notice..will be going to your competitors if you don't resolve this.

I have been bullied out of my account Yes you heard it right Bullied! That’s all you can call it once you provided documents on 3 seperate occasions and they still put action required
Compensation amount of £699.000 was provided as proof to show that there was enough funds to gamble with!
This was ok then months ago accepted
Now they started again a 3rd time
After depositing £1000 then £1000 again in 1 day my spending limit for the day is £10,000
I am having to write this review as I started to enjoy my betting very much And today it’s really put me off gambaling anymore especially with this site. Beware of Bet Victor they will scam you one way or another restrict you and bully your account. I was at one point very proud to be part of bet Victor betting company

Comparing to a lot of online casinos today, BetVictor has to be one of the best!

It would be nice to be offered more bonuses at BetVictor Casino, but they're more on the tournament and wagering side of things to get bonuses, instead of the 50/100% matches.

Beware! Deposited £300 worked it up to £1917, I have now withdrawn it, been pending for 24 hours they have now cancelled my withdrawals and after being fully verified now asking for more verification. As of may 2019 under license condition 17 of UKGC that they are licensed by to operate within the U.K. they can not withhold funds to ask for further verification. I have done everything they ask. Have several live chat transcripts and have sent to UKGC and IBAS.
Please beware of this firm, will try anything to not pay out and will not abide by their license requirements.

Seen a lot of bad reviews so I was sceptical but as a genuine new customer of betvictor I can honestly say they are fantastic. The biggest crooks in the betting industry, I made a deposit of £500 on the 4th of this month. I won a sum of £120 on a football match. All of a sudden my account was blocked. I sent all the documents they requested for, even a photo of me holding my photo ID. I’ve been emailing these crooks since.

They kept on saying, my Three mobile phone bill is not validated. Which doesn’t make no sense, the phone bill is in my full name with correct address and dated last month in PDF format.

Since my last email which was last Sunday, they refused to respond to me. Going through the reviews I can see this is a common thing with this company, taking peoples money and blocking there betting accounts. It’s actually ridiculous and fraudulent.

Just send me back my money I don’t want apart of your fraudulent betting company.

The product looks a bit on the "old fashion" side of things but odds are decent and so is their processes in general. I have been contacted by customer support a few times and they are always very kind and patient. I have only tried to withdraw my winnings once and it was fairly quick (no slower than other brands) but the betting options they offer are not so extensive when it comes to more unusual sports. Great coverage on football though! Good enough

Absolute con. If you win they'll "re-settle" your bets as losses because you won too much. If you're winning particular bets they'll remove those options for you so you cant bet on them. Thier tactics are predatory and should be illegal.
