Well like every time u start a new account on a different website you get a little skeptic about it but with this website I got my documents checked in a few minutes after i started a chat that they got 24 7 i wanted to get my slots blocked i got them blocked in few minutes and about withdrawing money takes about few hours max.

Slot RTP % must be the worst of all the leading casinos, never ever win here its just dead spins and zero bonus rounds every time i play, When i go and play on another site my RTP % shots up but on betvictor its just spin after spin of nothing.

The rtp on the slots on this site are terrible as bad as its sister company parimatch. Remember if open an account with parimatch they automatically close the betvictor account. Very dodgy. Lost only £300 but its how it happened just consent near wins and I wasn't even betting high stakes mainly 60p. Had to block the slot games when obvs other forces are changing the results,to keep getting poor outcomes all the time on the betvictor account and when I had a parimatch account is dodgy much.

They have resolved my issues and were good enough to keep me feeling a human being not just like a machine like Majority of other bookmakers just block you out and blank you for life saying you have problems, they are afraid you going to win big money so they rather block you than allow you to get a chance of winning some money regardless whether u up or down! I’m really really disappointed with BetVictor. They send you round in circles when it comes to getting your winnings. I made a fast withdrawal and was told it would be done manually 🤔 that doesn’t sound fast to me. It’s almost 24hrs later I’m still waiting. All other sites which offer the fast withdrawal you get your winnings within 2hrs max in my experience. But BetVictor just give me a song and dance. Guys, this casino is such scammers(((You haven't seen worse. They squeezed out a deposit and winnings. Scammers they blocked my account as soon as I won and put 60 € in withdrawal, although they had accepted a deposit several times before.

There casino is an absolute con, no way are these games playing there true percentages. Yes they supposed to be checked but no way are these checked how they should be. Don't mind losing, but when you don't seem to have a play there something not right. I wouldn't mind but it's most of the time. I've read many other revues and they saying the same so for that to happen there gotta be some logic in it. Whatever you do avoid them I found that out by playing them. Never had any issues with betvictor. I play the slots mostly hit the bonus and features a good amount too and have won a nice amount and lost a good amount of money too but thats gambling. Their withdrawals are fast and usually within a few days. Most of the bad reviews on here are the typical "Gambling reviews" salty gamblers that have won money kept playing with said money and lost it all and then cant accept it so they write a bad review.

Also very good customer service. Responded promptly to my query and sorted it out within minutes.

I like this site and have won big already . Only signed up this week. My first few withdrawals went into my account within a few hours. However they are now messing me about with my really big withdrawals. I was told that they would be in my account yesterday and they are still not in today. After that I first conversation, I had one with a different agent , who said that it was because they were quite large and it takes a while to go into the bank. So that contradicts the first person I spoke to. Secondly some of the withdrawals are smaller than the original one's , so the second person contradicts there self. Guess they just don't want to pay up .

Hello. My daughter deposited £4500 into a bet victor account.

She collected £2500 and it said the money would be into the account with 24 hours.

In the morning her son noticed the payments leaving the account which she shares with her son and complained to bet victor about the deposits. As he was unaware she had deposited money the night before. He even reported it to the police as it was an abnormal transaction and a lot of money.

When she spoke to her son and made bet victor aware that this was a mistake.

They then said they were keeping the £2500 and wouldnt give her hard earned money back.

My daughter is a hard working women and deserves her money back. It is her own money.
The cashier team never respond and they are basically saying tough we are keeping your money..

Be aware of bet victor….. I wouldnt ever use them again

It took more than the normal protocol for me to get my money withdrawn from them. First they kept using delay tactics with me in ensuring my money is not given to me by requesting all sort of documents. Later, they requested an exorbitant withdrawal fee which I paid reluctantly. It was when they requested for a document which I had provided earlier, I figured something might be wrong.
