Look out for account verification, if you get asked for it, they don't want to give you your winnings. Bet Victor now know more about me than my wife does and still have my account restricted. Absolutely ridiculous! Its not like its a lot either because the sports odds are pretty low and the casino games give you so many dead spins. I would recommend steering well clear of these. Far better sign up offers and ongoing odds and/or casino offers elsewhere.

Its really nice to come across a online casino that you can a actually play past the wagering requirement. I have never had such a quick payout from request to withdraw to hitting paypal was less than 5 mins..Very impressed the other so called gaming companies could learn alot from BetVictor. A lot of the negative reviews here seem to come from people who need to read up on the definition of gambling and learn about RTP and volatility. If you pumped £5k in to an online slot and lost, then that's on you!

My own experience with Bet Victor has been fine. I made a £10 bet on the footy and with that I received some new customer bonuses.

One of those bonuses was £10 for the live games with a 400x wagering requirement, so I went and played Dream Catcher. I completely lucked out on this hitting some big numbers, and after about an hour I met the requirements and ended up with £130 which I could withdraw.

I spent £10 of that cash to unlock the new customer casino bonus, and then managed to wager through the necessary amount on the £10 roulette bonus and ended up with a further £60 cash.

I messed around with some other slots for a bit and ended up withdrawing £165 – purely from sign up bonuses!

Having read some of the reviews here I was expecting a battle and a vanishing account, but the next day the withdrawal request was processed, and the day after that the money was in my bank, no questions asked.

No complaints from me!

Total slot fix!. They let you win briefly when you join to trick you in then nothing. I've spent over 4 grand in the last month. Mostly between two slots. Ranging from 1 pound spins and some times 2.70. Lately even 30p spins which also made no difference. Dead spin after dead spin. NO actual playing time. When you get a bonus after 300 spins I get £2 and £10 and max ,£40! I think they noticed once as I got given a poxy low £10 free credit haha rather waste my money with a different company where I actually win aswell. This has nothing to do with being a sore looser. But its zero entertainment due to dead spins and bonus rounds. Avoid! And please do not waste ya time commenting back with the bull ##### same old "they are all tested" blah blah

So having going around in circles over a promotion I signed up for and deposited for wasn't honoured fully they finally contact me and said they will credit the spins (Less than what they advertise) as a "good will gesture".. I responded back to email which of course went ignored

Can't really speak on the much as Not fully played across the site but so far I doubt il play much again the situation over 50 spins seemed a bit excessive.

Absolute waste of money. I make a deposit and within 10 minutes it's gone. The most I've ever had in my balance is £45 which wasn't there for very long before it was all gone and was a one off occurrence only, every other time I get to about £10-15 before I start to lose lose lose. Withdrawal? What is that?

The advice I got on trying to sign up was poor. I tried to follow their instructions, both using live chat and email. it was as if one party did not know what the other party was telling me. It was very contradictory. In the end it was too difficult for this senior even with the help of my grand daughter. Too bad it looks like a decent site.

I took up this offer and they didn't give me the Spins I sent them screenshot etc but nope they wouldn't add them, They turned around and said I didn't opt into that promotion I opted in to the promotion that's the same but no spins…. they actually said this to me, they only have one £70 promotion you can opt into and as far as I was concerned that's what ive deposited to get! So they are basically saying the offer the same promotion but without spins and according to them that's what I opted into instead…. It doesn't even make sense It's clearly False and misleading advertising and breaks gambling laws it's what £10 worth of spins but the fact they used the excuse but then flat out refused to honour them even after the screenshots speaks volumes what type of company they are! So I deposited £20 was all fine I ended up winning £550 and withdrawing this money !

To my surprise I woke up in the morning. Didn’t have an email or anything and my account has disappeared and they just refunded my deposit

I try go on live chat and they asked me to email them I have and have received no reply.

I would avoid betvictor like the plague this isn’t a betting company it’s a losing company that only allow people that lose.

Extremely suspicious low returns. I wish I could share screenshots. I won substantial amounts… with bonus cash which you cannot withdraw absent x35 wager.

Real world cash wins was a joke.

I only went with these guys as they have my favorite game, Buffalo VIP which I play on PlayOJO. The difference is shocking. My lowest win on PlayOJo, £20 stake was £16 and my highest was £530.

This place – lowest £2.34, highest £13.49. This is after around £200 worth of £20 stakes.

They will give you the usual RNG BS but just read the other reviews. Another suspicious thing you may want to note. The bonus funds you get, will positivity impact your RTP score if you win with them (but can't withdraw). However if you lose with the bonus funds, your RTP remains the same. Its misleading to say the least as gives you the impression you're not doing as bad as you really are.

Avoid avoid avoid. Check my screenshots, with date and time stamps. No way this is just player bad luck.. its forever in their favor 😂

I was reading all those 5 stars reviews and I say let's give it a try. To my surprise I found out that my debit card declined and I have to give them my bank account details for withdraw my winnings. Customer service is extremely slow and not helpful. Emailed them 4 times to see if they receive my bank account details. Well time will tell if I receive my winnings. Delete and self exclude myself. Never again.

Shocking customer service……Placed a bet on the Golf they then realised they had priced the selection too high and decide to VOID the bet claiming Palpable errors. They said according to odds with other bookies it was an error!!

So I then ask them to Refund a bet that they were 6/1and most other bookies were 4/1 THEY REFUSE saying they were just the best price.

DO NO BET WITH Betvictor a total con of a company..

joined a couple of months ago, mixed options regarding this site. casino games are fine they offer a nice variety.
But the sports selection of the site needs updating in this day and age how is it not possible to search for a specific event in the sports area is beyond belief, this alone ruined my experience and went to another site that does offer a search tool for sporting events

So I’ve read the other reviews and wanted to leave my own. I’ve only played on BetVictor a handful of times (normally after they’ve sent me a promotional email with free spins or bonus credit). Anyway played tonight on my favourite slot and had a good win. (No Shane I don’t work for BetVictor)

I tried to withdraw some of my winnings and ran into an issue, accessed live chat and spoke with a lovely lady called Chloe. Turns out my bank doesn’t accept the fast withdrawal thingy so Chloe did it for me herself as a standard withdrawal, very helpful! Obviously my winnings won’t reach my bank until it decides it wants to be there, but so far so good and I’ll update when winnings are received.

I signed up with the site in september, I got accepted, they offered me lots of promotions then accused me of being a fruad and withheld my well earned money. Until I recieve my funds back they have stolen off me, I do not believe they have a right to profit off myself and if they think I'm a fruad why did they accept what they thought was frudulent funds? that is criminal in it's self. I have sent tons of proof of my identity and had to buy a new camera as they said everything was blurry. So i retook photos and still they said it was blurry, again i did they again said it was blurry. I spoke to live chat who said one document did not have a date so they lied about that document, they said my pdf file was blurry for bank staments but again this was a lie.

Seems ok thus far, games are easy to navigate and use. All I would say is that the RTP seems very low indeed. Genie Jackpots and deal or no deal megaways are worst. Genie gave me a bonus, after around £30 which paid out £2.34 then deal or no deal, put me on the "super board" 3 times. First time I won 20p, second 10p and final time, I got 12 free spins and won £4.20. I played Buffalo VIP before and it seems shockingly bad on this site. £20 stake, 4 times, and im yet to score above £15 generally hitting around £4-8. I read the review about bad RTP and can confirm they do seem suspiciously bad on this site.
