1 month later played again 17 pounds but not close to anything went in 3 minutes at 20p per spin most I won was 90p.. as always it’s random I lost 40 the first time and lost 17 the next and realised it won’t pay.. I think most bookmakers have become immune to bonuses and paying anyone.. stick to sports betting now.. good luck everyone

I registered few days ago in Betvictor.I deposited some $ after I earned some profit on football event, my account got closed. I contacted customer support no reply on email. I contacted live chat they said send email to accountsecurity@betvictor. ComEmail sent and nobody replied.Avoid SCAMMERS like that!!Bookmakers like that shouldn’t exist!!

I dealt with Kaylan about some issues I was confused about, and although I didn’t agree with the reasoning, I have to applaud their high level of respect and understanding. Also, I need to aknowledge their willingness to help deal with the situation since I understand what that position requires from working similar jobs in the past and it can be exhausting. Please give them a raise, from what I saw they genuinely deserve it.

This is a genuine review and not a salty one just because I didn’t win. I lost £200 and then deposited more, went to play and couldn’t (they closed my account) the money that I deposited was just sat there, I spoke to someone and was told withdraw it as your account will be closed. So I did, account closed no money back in my account no body is helping me very unhelpful business it actually make me anxious that it’s a scamming site because of how weird things seem to be going, no phone number to call, no response to my emails, they literally have my money on their end and haven’t given it back. taking it higher to gambling commission and will do everything in my power to get my money back and let people know to be wary.

I contacted betvictors customer service & an agent named Chris was my advisor, who handled the reason I messaged them quick & efficiently.I had to contact again(as was advised &not a problem with betvictor as the agents Ive spoken with were very efficient) their responces were quick.The agent I spoke with was Anyi who again handled the reason I messaged them quick & efficiently.

What has gone wrong. Pricing of racing used to be decent with a fair over round. Not now. If you compare the odds with rival bookmakers ay Paddy’s or Bet 365 they are beaten on every horse in every race on the after 10am market. It’s a shame because it was a decent competitive site but now it’s just redundant.

Scam gambling betting site as many others. Won some funds on live casino and when I tried to withdraw the winning funds my account got restricted saying that I have to upload docs to verify my account. Uploaded everything around 30 days ago but they are all still on “pending”. Support just ignoring me

If I could give zero I would . Worst online casino ever and I would definitely advise you to avoid it like a plague . I am new to this site, first impression is it’s one of the better sport betting sites. The live chat is quick and responsive. Spent a few days on sport betting and black jack no problem.In about a 20 minute time frame a sport bet that won, clocked as a lose. Chris from support fixed this.Then a stretch of 4 to 5 black jack hands settled as a push although I won the hands. I sent the screen shot of the best history. They need photos from the actual game history which oddly doesn’t work. Was told the game is down and having issues.Today I still can’t access the history and I can place bets?Shame it was about $100 in lost winnings.Will update review to 5 stars though if rectified.besides the few errors was a great experience.

I’ve been using BetVictor for well over a year now and feel as though it’s right to leave a fair and honest review.
