Don't even try fellas ,just lost 700£ on slots and surprise surprise, absolutely nothing, for my 700 pound I got 48£ as a biggest win:))), shall I cry, probably. One of the worst casino I ever played. Free games on various slots, winnings like 2 pound or tenner, played 1 or 2 pound spin, i hate casinos like that, pure greed,pure greed. Withdrawal takes between 2 to 5 days, in this day and age:)))), they probably sending money in plastic bag by poste:)))), five days to wait when most of other casinos do it almost immediately. Very suspicious these reviews for bet victor and misleading on there rating
For every bad rating two good ones appear just noticed they had 3 bad reviews and in the space of a few hours 3 five star ratings appear you scroll down the reviews it’s a common practice
This is so as to keep there rating high just shows how dishonest this company is !

Just spoke to Helen on live chat, I had put a bet on and realised afterwards that it was for the wrong day, entirely my mistake, but it was voided and funds returned, with the minimum of fuss. Great job Helen!

I've been a customer with betvictor for years and years and they have been amazing to me. For the most part, they have been pitch perfect and my favorite book to use. However, something happened today that I found quite alarming and weird. I placed a wager on the total of a Basketball game (3rd Quarter) , it was a livebet and usually if there is a point , it will notify of a change and you would need to accept the change for your bet to go through. I was betting over 38.5 at a 1.87 odd as I found some value there. But it for some reason went through at over 41.5 at a 1.47 odd. I know what I'm doing and I would never make that play with that much juice as there is absolutely no point in doing that. I've been a player for years and I am not one to cry when I lose but I was shocked when customer service said there is nothing they could do as I've never really asked for anything in my life before with Victor. I've sent them tons of customers and I found this a little weird today. I still think they are a good website but I may refrain from using their live portal as I was basically stolen 300 dollars from today. Pretty negative experience. Dissapointed

I can understand if this was some type of error in the software or something , I just wish that given the length of time and the betting pattern I follow , that customer care would have been a bit more understanding with the issue , 1.47 makes no sense from a player that only wages 1.80 and up.

I even once told them about a win when it was actually a loss , I shall think twice next time.

I had one bet & it won but took 3 weeks to get my winnings. If you win they want to know your life history before they pay you. Had to threaten to take the matter up with IBAS till they finally payed me. I will never bet with BetVictor again.

I placed a treble on horseracing with this bookmaker. All three selections won. The payout should have been around £15,000, but they sited an obscure rule in their terms and conditions (which actually has no relevance to the bet in question) to cut this back to £5,000.
This bookmaker is probably OK for small bets but I would strongly advise against placing any wagers where you are expecting a big payout if successful, because it seems they strain every sinew to get out of paying!

fast withdrawal won £450 on the football withdrew £350 spent £100 on casino slots not one win then spent a further £200 on slots stupidly whilst drunk highest win £12 no feature silly to throw money back at them but overall decent site good customer service aswel never expect to win anything on slots I've learnt that stick to football accumulators fate is in your own hands.

All those companies which I played gambling include Bet Victor. All the same. They are let you lost thousands pouns hard working money.

I can not believe this company have so high rating here, because they are trying to reply here for every comment.

But look for other companies reviews.

Does not mean rating is hight that means you will get better chance to win.

To be honest in this company never let me win anything in the casino.

I was wasted thousands pounds without single win.

I was so stupid last 12 years I spent around 200 000 pounds for gambling.

Can happen to you as well. You will end up as miserable person which can not do anything, because your passion about life is zero.

Gambling addiction is the same as alcohol and smoking and drugs. You will end up like homeless and gamblers are like homeless. No one care. You are last persons in this World. Everyone who got the brain and common sense they are know we are all sick and we are needed help, but even game care does not care about comment about my gambling experience. BetVictor cannot give a reason to closing my account after 2 days. Having said on here that they would review my account they came back and said that my sports account was closed and would not give a reason for this which is all I want. Pathetic a bookmaker who won’t take a bet. Anyone who bets with them ands wins small will be barred. Yes their customer services may be excellent but unfortunately the people running BetVictor are an absolute joke

Easy online site to access … However l am sure you could improve customer satisfaction no end if you returned winnings with immediate effect as do Bet365
rather than wait several days for those funds, after all you take deposits immediately. let me know if you implement that system in the future.

I think the Bet Victor site is well laid out and really functional but there is no rewards for loyalty, no chance to earn free bets not even a few random spins thrown in. So many better value for money sites out there.

Well played £2 a spin on fishin frenzy after losing about £200 eventually got bonus feature got £4 return off 10 spins which is dissapointing to say the least then got the bonus feature again a few spins later thinking right must get a decent return here but oh no I got a big fat £0 off that (sure the fisherman must be in isolation ! ) now to say I was shocked is an understatement this is the reason you play this game to get the bonus feature to get a decent return but it seems it’s what to expect on these scammers don’t care what they say the games are not performing within the gaming rules just happy to take your money and give no chance of actually winning manipulate the figures and as for there bonus’s to customers absolutely pathetic compared to other sites all tied in to competition draws no actual free plays just hope I can help some people from joining this site do yourselves a favour and don’t join these thieves unless you want to donate all your money to them

I opened an account with BetVictor yesterday and deposited £200.I started betting on live darts which is played via webcam by professional dart players.I received an email from BetVictor around teatime today saying that my account was being closed I replied and asked why this was but they never gave me a reason saying only that I could no longer bet on sports events but I could still bet on their online casino.I looked at my account balance and there was £682 in the account so I was showing a profit of £482 after 2 days of my account being opened. As I was not given a reason why they chose to close my account I can only guess and I am guessing is that I was showing a profit. I find this incredible that a leading bookmaker firm can treat their clients in this way.If anyone is thinking of opening an account with BetVictor is to think again. Do you really want to bet with a company like this?If this is not the reason my account was closed I would like someone from BetVictor to give me a reason why you closed my account. Absolutely shocking behavior from BetVictor I would urge anyone not to use this company

Very good site.(when your winning I supposed)
My grandson deposited £40 ended up winning £500 so withdrew it. Payments are processed instantly. It was in his bank the next day.
I signed up after him and deposited £70 and won nothing.
So I suppose it’s the luck of the draw of who wins.

i have cash money in my account they closed my account only because i rightfully opened a complaint and when they noticed they are wrong and they have to pay 4k .
i keep contacting them and quite interesting its always VICKY HO CLAIMS THERE IS NOBODY ABOVE HER !! once she says you asked us to close your account !!!!!
and when i say ok show me where and when i asked you to do so ?
this time they say you spoke to us not in good manner !!! again i say ok show our chat that i used "not in good manner " language ?
they just give me email , their own email and say if you have any complaint email us !!!!!!
up to 20-30-100 they are good if you play with proper money stay miles away .

Well thought I’d give them one last chance played same game deposited £40 played £1.20 stake per spin got 1 return higher than my stake yes a whopping 60p higher (£1.80) played £40 and got £7.20 back that’s a huge 18% rtp
The rtps are getting worse spent a lot of money on this site and the payouts are getting pityful
Come to the conclusion that since covid lockdown they are losing a hell of a lot of revenue from the suspension of all sports betting and are using the slots games to subsidise there losses which is in ethical and begs the question regards randomness? Stay clear of these thieves
