Had a Bet Victor account for a few months. Managed to make a profit of £185 last month and now had an email stating they will no longer accept any bets from me. Don’t win or you will be banned. On a positive note, if you withdraw funds they are in your bank account almost immediately.

Set up my account and sent my documentation off, came back all well in good. Took matter of hours which was impressive. Had a few bets and won £280. Went to withdraw it and they wanted more documents. I had already sent every piece of information that could’ve been wanted. Sent the documents off last Saturday, it’s now 8 days later and no response. Contacted customer support and they claim it should’ve been done within 6 days. I’ve emailed the relevant department 15 times and no response. Will be going to the gambling commission tomorrow and if they won’t help, then it’ll be to the small claims court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Shameful scam artists, will be making sure you get bent over backwards in court. Fraud at its finest

Rubbish site . So let me deposit 2k and when I done 1 more deposit due nothing returns they just block me saying im bankrupt, so maybe u need do verification before first deposit is made ? Well at first I thought really highly of bet victor. Won a decent account. After providing details of my bank card, my withdrawals were in my account within minutes, which was great.But now I’ve had to use a new card and my previous card stopped working. I have to go through all the verification process. I csnt provided photo I.d as I don’t drive, and I don’t have a passport. Yet they were still happy to let me deposit nearly £80 before putting the breaks on.You can close both my account on betvictor and heart bingo (both owned by same company). As I’m not going to be able to send verification documentation that I don’t have. Any security concerns should have been highlighted when depositing with my new card. Not wait until you’ve already had the money from me. Should also state £80 and no decent return to even attempt to withdraw even if I wanted to. Close my accounts I’m done with you cowboys.

Their ability to stop me from gambling and identify a problem gambler is second to few. I see they get very good reviews anyhow from ‘normal’ gamblers but from a safeguard point of view, they track IP addresses / e-mails / location / cookies / mobiles / addresses / names etc…and make it absolutely impossible to bet with which is great for me as I have lost close to 900k in the last 15 years betting resulting in acute mental PTSD and complete isolation.

I won £500, sent in all required documents and they have just closed my account without explanation.no help on live chat no phone number to ring and no reply to emails. Avoid like the plague. I’d love to see these go bust. how cam the UKGC allow this to happen.

I made this trustpilot account just so I can leave a review for these scammers.These guys will be happy to verify your account and take your deposits. However, as soon as you make a winning and plan to withdraw, these guys will leave you with the worst customer service (everyday if you reach out to them, it will be another person asking the same questions as the last useless person you talked to).The questions consist of please provide your bank details, then once you have gone and done so, they will never follow up. It will only be once you reach out to them again, they will state what you have provided was wrong and to try again. I have been doing this for the past week (easily over 10 attempts), and I yet to make any progress. You will never ever get to the end of the resolution.These guys are genuinely just scammers and no matter how bad the urge is to put a bet on, do not trust these guys. Trust me, I have tried numerous bookies/websites and this is by far the worst. All the reviews you see that are 5 starred are automated. It is so obviously wrote by bots writing fake reviews to make their company seem legit.DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. Bet victor are the pits of the gambling industry . I have been waiting approximately 3 months to settle my claim for 3000 pound s plus interest as settlement for monies owed to me not connected to me held bye Paul louis from sacking me with no concerns about my well being . This has nothing to with gambling or casinos. I’m informed Paul the dog louis has now retired. They have no telephone no as it’s not in working order as it does not exist . Also their chat is a robot which does not no one thing about anything or about me . Paul louis position was I believe head of bet victor operations Gibraltar . Stay away from Bet VictorThey have denied depositing my withdrawal and asked for extra documentation provided, even though the information is on its system.The customer person also assumed and suggested that the money might be in my bank account (so, I was just trying to trick them to get 100 bucks back).I have sent them screenshots of my bank account, and on the BetVictor account with the correct info, and I was still denied the payment until I sent them private info from my bank account. The thing is, I always tried to withdraw a small amount first to see if the sportsbook was trustworthy. I did this before, and I have no problem with the money being deposited correctly. But the second time I have tried, BetVictor came up with issues.Edited to add info on Betvictor’s reply: I contacted your customer service, your live chat and those were the answers I got. I asked for another person to talk to since the one on the live chat with me was making assumptions about my capacity to understand what he was saying, assuming the money MIGHT be deposited in my account already (really?) and finally letting me know that everything was recorded already, which seems like a very obscured threatening comment. In any case, he refused to let me chat with another person.

The horse racing free bets are confusing, odds boost is almost pointless and impossible to win. The In play on racing even more so as you cannot select anything once the race starts!? Spoke to Anyi who in the end swapped my bonus £10 in play racing bet for a ‘normal’ free bet. Thankyou Anyi
