I have been with BET VICTOR for a very long time but yesterday I was asked to upload documents on wages or pension what a load of nonsense they don’t care what you loss not at all the more the better and apart from that these people should ask for this information at the start of your time with them and not 5 years after . So time to move on.

Months ago I went through all the verification processes which included- Enhanced Identify verification, deposit verification and occupation verification. That took some time and was eventually sorted by BV. Yet again my account is restricted and I have winnings in my account which BV will not let me withdraw my winnings or place new bets. I am then directed to contact customer services. Chris from customer support could NOT tell me why my account is restricted or do anything about it. In the same time I have used Paddy Power, William Hill and Sky Bet without any restrictions and the need to use customer support which…….does not support. If anyone from BV reading this can give me details or someone who could actually help please? And please don’t say live chat as that is the reason I have just written this review.

I have not heard a reply from bet victor . They asked for my e mail address which I sent to them . I also sent them my mobile telephone number. I have over 1000 contacts on my phone which I have since I joined Vodafone about early 1980 s . If they do not contact me within the next 7 days I will have no alternative to pass on to all of them my Trustpilot posting . Pay up bet victor and show your intentions. Many thanks trust pilot .

Stay clear at all costs!Another dodgy company which lures you in with the promise of £50 bet credit, takes your qualifying bet then tells you you’re ineligible for promotions. Advise these lot to brush up on their contract law, how / why would I be ineligible, and if so why was I not told prior to taking my money? Absolute breach of contract, as was deliberately misled to believe I would be receiving the promotion. STAY CLEAR!

No reward system. Have to bet hundreds with constant rounds of losses. Munch munch. Their games are not live. Something is not right. Well you have had enough out of me. I don’t understand how you have to deposit hundreds and hundreds before you get a return of a 7 pound bonus on a bonus round. So play 350 ponuds get the bonus and it pays 7 pound. So imagine playing 36 times at a tenner the get bonus on the 35th time and recieve 7 pound. So that is random. I have played hundreds each month and explain to me why the pattern is the same will take everything and when near the deposit limit it will pay you a minute amount. Now this has happened continuously for over 10 months. This proves that there is pattern and with patterns it means it is not random. People record your game play and make a group and expose them. If you get the same pattern it is not logical that this is random. So constant losses for 10 months and you don’t enjoy the game and it takes and you don’t get the opportunity to withdraw. These games seems to wake up after you have put at least 3000-5000. Then when you win a little the interrogation starts. If you are rude they barrr you. Explain why you have to reach nearly 85-90% of deposit limit but a small win. And this has been on going for a year. That is not random. New player their accounts pay. Old users get had over.

Stay away, trust me. worst betting company ever. Despite submitting my verification documents three times – first with my ID and then with my electricity bill, including a photo of myself holding my identification card my account was eventually verified, allowing me to deposit £80. However, after placing a single bet, my account was unexpectedly closed without any prior notice, then opened allowed me to bet once more, and then closed.No they are still requesting further ID after which I have provided, Passport, Proof of address within 3 months, photo’s of me holding my ID next to my face and also a screenshot of my bank statement showing my money leaving my account and going to Betvictor as “proof of deposit” How much more do you need to verify me? My shoe size is 10 and my blood type is AB +. Honestly don’t bother using them, scammers and thieves. use alternatives such as Bet365, Skybet, 888 or any others.

Paul louis owes me 3000 pounds . I was there chief manager deenery st park lane off park lane . The shop was losing 1.3 million pounds . I turned it round won 5 million with 10 staff . I am the most experienced human in the uk in betting and gambling . Age 78 worked in betting shops 1964 way before mr tabor was around . When victor chandler retired tabor said no friend of victor can work for him . The day was a Tuesday next day louis phoned said i was sacked and i left immediately. I lived in an apartment rented by the firm . I was told to leave with nowhere to live at the following weekend 4 days later . A punter warren owed 12 thousand pound and I paid 3 thousand for his losing bets . He paid bet victor Paul louis 15 thousand 12 for them and 3 for me . Louis said over I year he would pay me the 3 thousand I was owed . I telephoned louis 8 times for a year and eventually said I was not getting a penny . I am a pensioner with little money no car . Ps I had no idea as I’ve been to citizens advice but you cannot claim after 3 months of being dismissed. Please let everyone know of my horrific experiences with louis tabor and all at bet victor and all punters . Thanks truspi
