It’s a scam casino, use other uk casino. It’s totally unsafe online casino, avoid them,if you win they will suspend your account and block the winning fund, my husband used this site for few times but never requested any withdrawal therefore he didn’t know about this casino that if he wins money he can’t withdraw and they will close the account, also they can change any of your personal information.Unfortunately I was recommended by my husband , when I asked him for good roulette casino. I signed up a account and I won money and requested a withdrawal of £7500, soon as I requested withdrawal, my account has been fully restricted, they have requested documents of driving licence picture holding by me, bank statement, government issued letter, I uploaded everything, after that I have received this message from betvictor, copied and paste below- message from betvictor after uploading all the documents-Dear Runu, Following a recent review, we have decided to close your BetVictor account. BetVictor reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to circumstances set out in the unacceptable use of services section of the Terms & Conditions. Following this decision:No activity is permitted (including deposits, withdrawals, betting, or gaming.No bonuses or contingent winnings will be credited to your account. After this message I have contacted gambling commission, and I was told to contact them again and if it isn’t solved than get in touch with them,if anyone face trouble from this casino just get in touch with gambling commission and citizen advice bureau to take action against their licence.Also leave your review online, and warn people so someone else doesn’t suffer and lose money from this scam casino.

Tried to verify my address, driving licence not accepted, NHS diabetic eye screening letter not accepted , hospital operation letter not accepted , council tax letter not accepted. Don’t know about u but I only get one letter a year from council tax in march. So obviously its older than 3 months !!!!!!! Think I will stick with coral and bet fair.

I’ve spent hundreds of euros on this platform, but the experience has been increasingly disappointing. However, this week I was abruptly informed that there would be no promotion because the “team didn’t send one.” This response was not only unprofessional but also frustrating, especially considering my regular spending on the platform.When I asked to speak with a supervisor, hoping to get a better explanation, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. The supervisor was unhelpful, and after a brief, curt response, she left the chat without waiting on my response. When i did get her back she blamed it on a technical issue. Biggest scam. I play a lot on the virtual football betting sites. I’m very good at them however on this one it seems whenever you place more then £10 on odd other then ones that’ll only return pennys. It just seems to constantly lose no matter what. Its like the have a built in system that when you place a big bet it will never let you win. Biggest scam. App is not worth it.

I tried to sign up for the welcome offer but it didn’t apply to the UK. I had selected the ROI by mistake.
