As with others had my account flagged after my use of the site flagged my account for affordablity assessment, twice. I didn’t see the first email so did not contact them with the requested information. The email said my account would be blocked from depositing until information was provided.Given that i hadnt used the site for a long time and it was on my first deposit in a long time i cant see how it could be flagged under affordability.A couple months later i deposited again, still unaware of the previous email. No issue depositing thought! Next day im flagged again, which i did see. Long story short i am locked out of my account with active bets open that are eligible for cashout. They get 2 stars for letting me back in to monitor my bet but really the whole thing stinks. I would advise anyone not to send the documents they ask for and just close the account, they want everything up to your inside leg measurment to prove you can afford it. But if you dont provide it apparently “a relivant department” will deicde they no longer need the documents and allow another deposit, then begin the cycle again.

Update update update, found my passport still waiting on my account to be unlocked!!!!!! Opened my account verified using a. Crystal clear photo of my passport,I have lost my passport so I only have a photo in my phone, I have used this on many sites as photo id, all going well deposit small amounts, won 2 amount of couple of hundred euro, until Friday I signed up for 150 spins for 10 euro won a nice bit from that got to about 4 thousand still hadn’t completed the wagering requirements, long story short I ended up with 2000 euro real with drawable money, tried to withdraw this is when the problem starts, I was asked too verify sent bank statement and passport photo, no this isn’t good enough now they want a photo of me holding the Id which is impossible as I have lost it, asked for deadlock letter still waiting M, I wouldn’t waste your money on these scam artists, as soon as you win big its any excuses not to pay out

Changing review from 1 start to 2. After initially being a nightmare verifying my account with seriously crappy customer service, I’ve not had any issues for a while. Sports odds are half decent, deposits and withdrawals have gone through quickly and easily. Was tempted to give them 3 but the lack of promotions it’s just kind of hard to be too positive

Don’t bother – if you have a profitable account they will simply stop you winning more than £0.01 on any bet.You are guaranteed to lose on this site.Use Betfair Exchange instead – if you win they’re more than happy to let you carry on betting.Same goes for sister site Sportnation.

On the surface this appeared to be a decent sports betting platform with a reasonable selection of markets. Fast forward a few weeks however and i’ve discovered that this is an incompetent company piggy backing on the success of mainstream gambling operators and marketing themselves as one. It is more the case that marathon bet are a pound shop version of the more reputable firms. If you want up front honesty and reliable customer service then avoid this company. They will gladly lock your account without any prior warning and ask you to supply documents that they should have requested (as per their licence conditions) when you open your account with them. Customer service staff are scripted and robotic and have no ability to conversate appropriately.

Please avoid to open account or deposit in fun88 at any cost. They claim that they are leaders in betting industry but they will not give a single penny.I have opened account 6 days back and deposited 25k. My user id is piyush2038. On 30th may i have submitted a request for 50k withdrawl. Till 2nd june morning, customer chat giving assurance that it will process soon ( means i have not received funds till 3rd day of withdrawl). On 2nd june evening they have locked my account and aksed bank statements, adhar card with selfie, pan card, driving license which i have provided. Today they are saying that they have permanently blocked my account due to violated of terms and they have forfeited all available fund and pending withdrwal. After requesting many times, they simply tell that company decision is final.No betting company forfeited funds without any strong reason. I have tried withdrawing my funds 4 times using sort codes, account numbers, ibans, swift’s, 2 different bank accounts. You name it I’ve tried it! Each time the funds have returned back into my gaming account, all 4 times no one informed me it had been returned I logged into my account to find out for myself. I’ve given various documents, which didn’t get verified within the 24 hours they say it will take. They make you wait 5 days to see if the funds reaches your bank account, even though the funds are already back with them. I would avoid them!

So I tried my hand in online gambling, because casino’s are still closed.First few withdrawels and deposits no problem. But when i won 1000% of my orignal deposit, they wanted documentations. After sending them more private information, they still closed my account and gave me back my deposit.If you are going to close my account and scam me out of my money, don’t ask for more private info. Just tell me you don’t want to pay me and can get away with it because you are based in another country. At least that way I won’t have a bad aftertaste in my mouth knowing these scammer got all my private info…And no, costumer service does not help me even after dozens of e-mails.My advice guys, is to wait for proffesional casino’s to open again in your area. If I could give these a zero then I would. Please don’t waste your money. They will refuse to give you your winnings after making you pay to withdraw and then lie to you afterwards about the status of it. They seriously don’t know what they are doing and the customer service advisors will happily disconnect if you try and resolve problems. I was told that my withdrawal had been processed from one advisor and then 5 minutes later told by a different one that I needed to send in My bank statement ! Please do not put any money into this site.I have had £3,000 in there for 4 months, never placed a bet, and always replied with the documents they need. They can take up to a month per email, and always seem to find a reason to require further documents, to keep your money locked in their hands. I gave up 4 weeks ago, and have had a pending withdrawal of £3,000 for that time. I will give them the benefit of doubt of being incompetent and understaffed, but without that, it looks like a scam, to hold your money for as long as they can under the guise of verification checks. This site, amongst many, stands out as a complete disgrace.

Stay away from this gambling site. 13 days ago I won a substantial amount of money. They let me withdraw and they have left it as pending on the site and then blocked my account. The only way you can speak to someone is threw live chat. They asked me to send relevant ID which is fine but I ended up sending it four times as you can’t speak to the same person on chat all the time which is very annoying. Now they are saying they are doing extra checks and my money is with the relevant department. That’s a joke they’ve been saying that for days. They said they are checking for money laundering again just another delay tactic I don’t think the have any intention of paying me out. As of 10 minutes ago I have contacted a solicitor. I’m willing to go to court and the papers if this does not get resolved shortly. How do people like this sleep at night. They were fine to take my money but will not pay out.

I did eventually manage to withdraw my funds that I had legitimately won – after countless efforts and months – thankfully due to an anti-scam change in the law I was able to withdraw all my winnings. Redbet’s HQ is 85 St John Street, Valletta. I had read all about this address in the Panama Papers coverage but unfortunately didn’t make the connection. Pity!
