So even though I wasn’t asked to upload my identity I thought I would do it anyway to save any future issues I wish I hadn’t Since then I’ve been asked to verify again they have had my withdrawals in pending for over 4 days now I’ve contacted their chat which was pointless and even customer service just repeats the same information my first withdrawals were processed in 24 hours so why after sending identification am I not allowed my winnings

After spending on slots and at only 20p to 40p per go, realising I'd put £125 on and got 2 features for that amount of spins it's time to close the account as I don't mind losing but at least make it fair and give the punter some sort of enjoyment. Then again this is a business , their goal is not for you to profit , but rather to make you think you will profit. And so the cycle keeps going from there. I won on the first day of joining, I thought maybe that’s just to make me play more again. Of course I was right as the following days , there was absolutely no wins like how it was on the first day I joined. I’m down 500, and have come to the conclusion that this casino is no better than the others . On the other hand , I was surely expecting this to finally be a Canadian platform as it mentioned . Later I found out it’s not Canadian, it’s just a “platform that’s available to Canadians” . The sports betting only gives you high opportunity when the loosing team is surely at the edge of lose . The live casino specifically the wheel spin games , constantly lands on small numbers as much as 8x in a row and very frequently too. That’s ridiculous if you ask me! Lastly the main casino, not all games work right away and most of the time it takes a little bit of time to load the game. ^i tried using higher speed Internet, Google worked fine, but not these guys! On the first day, there was a fair amount of wins coming in from the slots. The second day and onwards, very little wins, and I’d say about 75% less frequently occurring , compared to the first day of playing. Well there you have it! Lose some bets & they’ll throw offers at you. Just glad I won a few bets and managed to withdraw my money. Oh & be careful with their new customer sign up offer as it’s not worth the paper it’s written on. I placed the qualifying bet, waited 2 days for my free bet, contacted them by email to be told that offer had expired even though they were still advertising it online. Just glad I managed to pull over £100 profit before shutting me down.

Site is great and had no issue with payouts, I bet small but had some decent wins and paid out promptly.To those saying they didn't win, well it's a casino, what do you expect, it's not somewhere you can top up your wages, you are never guaranteed a win and if you can't afford the losses don't bet, simple as, customer support was also great, reckon a lot of the reviews are sour grapes!Have to edit this review, after everything going OK I found out support is terrible, no replies, radio silence, stay away from this casino, far better out there with far better support!

I made a withdrawal and been waiting month for it to be returned to me and have email but no response and my account is closed don’t waste you time on this site to be scammed out of winning etc it’s Disgraceful and very poor services do not recommend if you choose this site I would be very careful

My username is Kontaktas1991I have withdrawn 5 different withdrawals of which only 2 were received.I got email (saying that all 5 are processed) spoke to your colleague on live chat which confirmed to me that all money will be received by Tuesday - surprise surprise still Nothing!!!!! I have sent all the documents which were accepted so what's stops you to return my money? Avoid this Scam company!!!!
