They are so quick to take your money but when you request a withdrawal it’s like pulling teeth. Won a couple hundred bucks but my documents kept getting denied with no reason behind it. This site, and leovegas are some of the worst casinos I have tried. Their customer service live chat is terrible. If you don’t answer within 2 mins they will close your chat then you have to wait in a que all over again. I wish I read reviews before trying this site. Save your time and find a different casino

Been waiting since February for my account to be verified,I didn’t have photo id so was going to have to wait but turns out gambling commission changed it too birth certificate and two proofs off address as an option so that was all good. The gentlemen on the chat explained this to me, so a month later i got my birth certificate and now that ain’t enough as I now need photos off my bank card I deposited with even though I sent them screenshot off my bank deposit from tonybet to them on February and now my bank card photos are too blurry etc even though you can clearly see the details. Got a £200 withdrawal waiting but they got £175 in deposits without asking me for id in over five separate deposits,might be closer to ten and I was just reading there that the gambling commission says since 2019 if the gambling company could have asked for id sooner (like when I was making all them deposits) then I should still get my withdrawal as it is too late as they let me deposit and gamble more so they couldn’t have been worried about my age that much could they? even just my deposits back would be good even if that leaves me £25 down as I just want to be rid off tonybet,make you feel like you have been robbed,how can you as a betting company morally and illegally take deposits without id (5-10 seperate deposits) but then ask for id when they make the withdrawal then keep delaying the process with aww the photos blurry or that’s not good enough,any advice on how best to resolve this issue anyone? If you look at the whole issue you s let me deposit so much because you s agreed I am over 18 or you s don’t agree I’m over 18 and don’t mind people under 18 gambling as should have asked for id when depositing but nope you s let me deposit £175 and then I get a balance over £200 and I want to withdraw and now you s want id…? Been trying to wothdrawl 5000 cad for karamba. They want you to prove all your payment methods ok but I had a credit card I use to use canceled it 2 years ago now they want me to prove cancelation of that card and won’t pay me out. Why do they need to have proof

Well, here is my story.I went in for some gambling and saw an campaign that would give up to 200kr back if u payed today and lost.well i thought, thats what im gonna do.. allthough i though iam only gonna use 100 kr.. But i said nah, its okay.. atleast i get all the 200 back and can play for 400 all together.. BUT – when i finally lost the money, the cashback was not available.. All of a sudden, its gone, allthought everything seems fine.. Then i contacted the support, and they could see that something was wrong.The answer was: Well we need to contact our boss to get the payment accepted.2 days after i havent heard from them, i decided to contact them. and guess what?nothing had happend, the same happend. we need contact our boss and sorry we forgot about your ticket and so on…well im on day 4, and guess what.. I had the exectly same answer again today..Im guessing im never gonna se my money.Conclusion: Do not trust MR. Green – the steal your money and use thier “service” to prolong the tricket so i give up.such a bad exeperince, i will allways do my best to never recommend anyone to use a cent on thier site.

Absolute rubbish site fraudulently misleading advertising once deposited and never to be used again,the customer service was very poor,having said that,actually played ok and went up and down but the impossible to reach wagering assures you of losing.Not to mention the witholding of their offers.180 fs and no deposit top up for a first deposit is NOT worth going to this site.A lesson in how to lose customers and a day of rage reviews.

I transferred 25 euros to my account from my bank via Klarna. Racebets received the funds and kept it. They are now not responding, citing my email is incorrect. They are thieves and everyone should stay away. Do not give them the benefit of the doubt. Read and obey the advice given on here.

Same problem as everybody else.Have had an account for 14 years, verification was a bit of a pain having to send in photos of both debit cards etc but always did it with no problem.Then out of the blue the other day my account was disabled and they emailed asking for all sorts of stuff, including payslips and 3 months of banks statements.Luckily I only had £16 in the account and they sent it back to me after many emails and finally threatening them with the UKGC, the fraud squad and the police.Almost certainly had it been a large amount they would have tried to keep the funds.Avoid at all costs, they have gone rogue, borderline criminal now.

Terrible company. Sent all ID docs in wouldn’t accept my passport even though it was a clear photo and a valid passport. Then they sent me a questionaire to fill in about my income and al sorts of other unnecessary crap. Customer service is dreadful. Thank God I never deposited as reading other people’s reviews making a withdrawal is just as bad. If anyone is thinking of signing up don’t bother. Just use one of the other well known bookies.

To be honest, this gamble corporation is not that bad as everyone mentioned as I have used many of them in the past… and there were much worse bet companies without customer support at all. I started using Marathonbet at the beginning of 2021 and had no problems as long as I was losing. I once won a relatively big amount playing roulette, and when I decided to withdraw part of my winnings, the nightmare began. They asked me to send a copy of my ID again, despite the fact that my account had been verified and I had already made two withdrawals (bank transfers). They then sent me an email saying my account had been verified. One day later, they asked me for a selfie with my ID, saying that my account had been chosen for a random verification process. It took a couple of complaints and around two weeks for them to verify my account. They then sent me an email saying the withdrawal request had been processed, but it’s been two weeks and the money hasn’t appeared in my bank account yet. I’ve sent them several emails and contacted them via the live chat, and they said the payments team will conduct an investigation and contact me whenever they reach a conclusion. I think they’re trying to come up with excuses to keep my money, and I really don’t know what else I can do. It’s been a really annoying experience. Stay away from Marathonbet.

Do not use Betsafe, they do not pay out your full winnings and it will take you months to withdraw your money. (I still can’t withdraw my money) for support you can’t talk to them and they have a chat sytem where they respond to you query “we will send you an email”.

It is about a month now since my first win with Royal Panda. Since that win, I had a few more. After many, many excuses and lies from the casino (and I contacted the licencing authorities as well), I have still not received a single cent of any of my winnings. I completed all the verification and all was approved. I have the emails about this. I also have the emails which say that my winnings were approved. Shocking!!!! They are supposed to be licenced etc – the licencing authorities also don’t seem to care. So everyone, please do not even trust the licenced casinos – you have no protection really. Be very cautious about ever putting in too much, or ever think you will receive any large winnings. Royal Panda does not even pay out small winnings!!! They deserve to be blacklisted and removed for cheating, lying and stealing (if they still don’t pay me out) player’s winnings.
