A while ago i did Betways weekly casino bonus which runs from Monday to Thursday, i got to the level of £50 cash and 200 spins earned and Betway decided to block me from receiving the promotion for “Responsible Gambling Reasons”. I found it weird that after I make deposits and earn a bonus you ban me from receiving the bonus but it’s still fine for me to deposit my own money and spend that. About 2 weeks after the ban was “lifted” but I still never got the rewards. tIt’s a shame because betway has such a great variety of games

Literally the worst site. You pay way more than you ever get back. No reward system as a chance to make your money back, little to no free spins. The only good thing is withdrawal time. Ive spent the little money I did have available trying to atleast add a little to my bank balance as im getting married in the new year but with no success.

Please be careful if you are a member of Betway or are thinking of joining. Way back in July 2024, I requested a withdeawal from my Betway account. After July, August and now into September, I am still waiting. But checking my Betway withdrawel account, Betway are saying that the money was paid on August the 25th. So I have checked my paypal account which is where I requested the money to be paid into. No funds from Betway. Plus a deposit that I made about the same time has also vanished. I could quote a screen from The Shawshank Redemption, but I won’t.

Betway.ca has no actual customer service and doesn’t give you your winning. Lost 880, and the worst part is I accidentally deposited 300 off that 800… so I lost my money. How are they allowed to get away with this?? How are they not shut down.

Registered yesterday while I am holiday..one of the worst betting sites I ever come through. Lost nearly 400 pounds which I can understand that..sometimes you lose. Now they blocked me and kept 50 pounds on my account for no reason. If you want to block my account which is fine but you should have refunded the money first. Customer service doesn’t exist or hard to communicate. I have no idea how they are on top 10 sites in uk. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to bet on this site. Keeping my 50 pounds for no reason? There is no difference between this site and a pickpocket thieve in Oxford street.

Terrible experience overall. Issues signing up, then once signed up access to the site was impossible unless on certain browsers, constant “oops there’s something wrong” messages. After that I received an email saying I will no longer receive sports promotions?! Utterly pointless and useless betting service. Why would I bet with betway if there’s no incentive like many other sites provide? Would not recommend

I’ve been waiting over 5 business days for my withdrawal and still nothing. The live chat bot says my withdrawal should reflect in my account in 24 hours but has been saying this for the past 3 days. I’m quite worried that I won’t receive winnings at all

Would advise literally any other online gambling site. I deposited money. The transaction went through. Both my bank and the company they use to transfer money (Loonio) have confirmed it went through. It’s been like a week now and after waiting 3 hours each time to get through to customer support (they conveniently only have online chat support) they just tell me it’s processing and there’s nothing they can do. No transfer takes a week, and like I said it’s been confirmed they recieved it. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE Betway!!!!!

Cannot register new bank card or update expired bank card, even after fingerprint verification. I’ve been trying for 2 months now and no luck. Received email from betway saying customer support no longer manned. Any contact number found for the UK rings out without being answered or the other ones don’t even ring. And live chat is useless. Betway not paying BOG! Backed a horse over the weekend at 7/1. Horse returned at 9/1 but they didn’t pay out in greater SP. Tried to contact via live chat was put 42 in a que took me 4 hours to get to next in line where I was waiting an hour until I eventually gave up. I’d be surprised if there is actually anyone even working to resolve issues.

This site is totally fraud. i opened a account this and made a deposit. After little win i made a withdraw. After 2 days they want address proof and i sent it. after that there is no response from support. The address document is 100% legal. Then i go to live chat. The live chat is just terrible. They told me they need identity card also so i sent it again but when i opened account i submit my identity and they verified it. After sent documents many days gone but still now there is no response and my withdraw till not come. i sent email to manager but no response. If the document not approved then they have to tell me but they didn’t. They just silent and took away my money. Please don’t opened account this site

I recently made a small deposit on this website and got incredibly lucky on a number of different slots as well as online blackjack. I withdrew my winnings and waited around a day for the withdraw to reach the next stage. My account was locked when i logged on that night to check the status of my withdraw. A customer service agent told me my account/withdraw was under review and told me to wait 24-48 hours to receive an update on the review (I assumed this was because it was a decent sized withdraw). 48 hours later after no update, I joined the live chat and have been waiting in the live chat queue for 4 hours, the last hour i have been “next in line”. A little clarity on why i haven’t receive an update and also why my account/withdraw was under review in the first place would be nice.

I tried to with draw some of my winning over a month ago, and I am still waiting. The customer service is terrible, they have sent me emails, but do not reply to mine. The chat box is a waste of time. Again, thjs company have not paid out on there “Best Odds guaranteed” commitment and the events finished yesterday. When I queried this I got this response “While this isn’t a valid complaint, you can find more information on our Help Portal, or our Customer Support Team can help you with your query”.The amount of times this company either don’t pay out, take ages to pay out or only pay out when you raise it is ridiculous. Guess its time to changeResponse to Betway – There is no point you dont do anything as per previous issues. I’m starting to really regret having opened an account with this company. I deposited using both my debit card and my PayPal account. Long delays waiting for debit card payment to be processed but fast using PayPal. When I tried to withdraw my winnings yesterday, I selected for it to go back on my debit card only to be told that I have to choose a payment method I have used to deposit with! The same happened when I tried to withdraw using my PayPal account! So I looked for a telephone number only to find there is no valid phone number for this company. I eventually managed to get onto live chat and goodness knows they don’t make it easy for you! I got a message saying I was 42 in the queue so I patiently waited as it counted down as far as 33 and then it disconnected me from the chat. I tried again and this time it didn’t count down beyond position 36. The final time I tried it said I was at position 41 and then after 20 minutes it cut me off. So the final thing I tried was to email them. I then got an automated message to say that the email address listed on the internet is no longer monitored! So frustrating and such a lot of wasted time. I’ve now been advised to report them to the Gambling Commission on 01212306666 or IBAS on 02073475883. If I get no joy from contacting them then I’ve been told to report them to Action Fraud in case it is a scam company.I can’t think of any good reason why a bona fide company would want to make it so difficult for its customers to reach them, so am now genuinely worried that Betway may be a scam company.

I deposited a tenner into Betway for the first time and I had doubled it and withdrew the twenty.Clicked off and back onto Betway and I had been logged out, apparently I have made no transactions (the money had already left my bank) and there is no withdrawals being processed. You know I love this website, but it’s so full of bugs, cash out options are almost never available l, and when they are available they lock your betting slip until one of your bets lose and then basically there’s nothing you can do but take the loss. While response of this company is we going to investigate this problem or that problem but nothing ever happens because it’s the same issues everytime. They make so much money yet they can’t deal with all the bugs. I think it’s quite pathetic for a betting company of this magnitude to have these problems. I made a deposit of £189 on the site it was never credited into my account. Made a deposited of £100 and only £57 was credited into my account. I was told to send in a pdf bank statement which I did since 22 August was told money will be returned now saying the banking team are reviewing it not being processed. Customer service is terrible. Apart from not receiving my welcome bonus, Betway are AWFUL for contacting. You can ONLY contact them via web chat, and there is always a queue, and if my mobile phone screen goes off while waiting or if I get a phone call or anything on my phone, it disconnects the caht and I have to re-join the queue again, I have tried to speak to Betway many times but I get disconnected before getting to the front of the queue. And my original issue… a very simple welcome bonus of 125 free spins on a certain game if I sign up and deposit and stake £10. What could be complicated about that? Well, it seems to be complicated to Betway as I have never received them. It looks to be that it is a tactic used by Betway (from speaking to others) where they lure customers in then purposefully do not give bonuses and make it near impossible to actually do anything about it. One last point is their withdrawal process, I have no idea why it takes them so long to even “approve” the refund before it gets to a stage for payment, which also takes several days. My suggestion – avoid Betway

Poor app quality and no free bet. During playing the slots on Betway, numerous times the screen starts flickering and the app will just shut down. This has also happened when trying to put a bet on. It has quite frequently as well. Also I have spent £25 on bets as it indicates between Saturday and Friday and I have not yet received my free bet. This is the following Saturday and it clearly indicates how to achieve a free bet. I should have one today and one on Monday. The bot is terrible to try and sort these issues out and there is literally no point of contact to resolve any of these situations. Stay away from Betway!
