The most disgusting and disgraceful company that I have never encountered.I am owed £942, that I won and after 4 days not paid, I had to send passport, 3 x utility bills, all in pdf, full name address, email address that they already had, then my Betway id, that is near impossible to find, after id sent all this , still no chance of getting my winnings, no contact, nothing, disgusting company.Absolutely shameful and abhorrent.Making me ill.

Got a super prize wheel award and not for the first time was unable to load their Big Big Fishing Fortune game so was therefore unable to claim 32 free games This has happened on numerous occasions so I am being misled about their loyalty awardsTried to contact them but no answer via their chat botNo wonder they have terrible reviews

I made a bet which was WON, but they are saying it’s under review and withholding to payout.It has passed now over 30 days and the bet is still not settled.And now they even locked my account so i cant access it. Do not use this site for betting because you don’t get money for your WON bets, and then they lock your account. They are THIEVES!!!

I’m new to betway. My first withdrawal through bank transfer I clicked withdraw Tuesday 27th . Yesterday Wednesday 28th was completely processed and paid out. And today Thursday 29th the money is in my bank It was straight forward. I don’t understand why so many bad reviews. I believe people on here are addicts and very impatient people. An obvious theme here, poor customer support. Against my better judgement I was tempted into the US open tennis promotion whereby a $15 bet would be awarded a $5 free bet. I read and reread the T&C as I have been caught out before by hidden small print Betway loves and I am convinced I met the T&C but over 24 hours later NO free bet. I cannot enquire about this on the company’s website as the automated Bot function does not include this promotion and of course there is no way of contacting anyone to discuss further.

I made a withdrawal of 2580 on August 3, 2024 and only received 1790. Looking for help desk, live chat or email. There is no way i can find any of those information, tried to email where ever i can find the info online, all came back is where i contact is not in their region so no one can help .

I signed up and deposited and had a email to say play your 125 free spins … I never got them took many attempts to talk to somebody as always got cut off . Finally did to find out because I used PayPal or Apple Pay to deposit money was the reason why I didn’t get my free spins ! Had to do it with bank card ! So asked if I deposit tomorrow with card will I receive my free spins …. Unfortunately not as I already deposited !! Spent £250 and it’s in the terms and conditions…. What a surprise!!! 99.999% of negative reviews, the rest must be betway’s family and “friends” haha.Well here’s my genuine very negative review.Been playing their free wheelspin daily game for about 2 years now ( in fact not free at all because to access to the game you need to make a deposit. Always fall on the same “prize” ( if you can call that like that).The prize is 1 free spin ( so generous Betway), if you win, which happens around 1/20 times so 5%, your winnings which rarely goes over 20p or 30p is not even cash, you need to wager it 30 times!!! Hahaha haha I mean I finally realised that was the most 2mn daily wasted moment in my life. They don’t want to give anything to customers, it’s just take take take, not to mention their 200 years old website always crashing. So I’m done with them for good.

Just not able to give them minus stars. Trying to take a bet on a US Open match, that just does not let you bet on the winner. Really! Get a grip betway, this is pathetic. Left a review on here the other week about the trouble I was having withdrawing my money and that it is impossible to get in contact with any customer support!!Betway replied to my review and told me I needed to send in verification details to an email they give me… I done that and have not had any more contact from them since… my money is still pending in my account….I’ve tried to get in contact a couple of times with the live chat but it simply does not work.. get to 2 in the queue and no further even after waiting over 4 hours, I’m sure there isn’t anyone on the other end of the live chat and the queue is just people waiting and it only goes down in numbers cause people get fed up of waiting… has anyone actually ever got through on there live chat??Betway can u sort my withdrawal out immediately!!!

Been playing Ancient fortunes megaways for easily over 18 months, depositing maybe 20-30 at a time. I havent won ANYTHING worth withdrawing! It took me around 6 months to get into a bonus round, on a £0.40p spin and won 12 miserable pence. Tried to get a hold of someone as the play was absolutely shocking! The most I was winning if I was lucky was my stake back!! 40p!! A lot of blank spins or 4p returns, absolutely shocking. It’s like it’s set on DO NOT PAY MODE. Like there has to be some rtp!!? Please becareful, if you are thinking of signing up for a Betway account. They are bad at paying out. A deposit that I tried to put into my account has been lost. Customer service is terrible. The chat service is poor and doesn’t take you to where you need the help. Other sites are much better.

It is some new type of fraud, nothing else. First, the company removes all possible ways to contact support.Then, I deposit money via card and Neteller. I place bets, I win. But as soon as I want to withdraw money, the system gives an error, because it seems like I did not deposit money via card or Neteller. But, I did and even now I can do it… As a result, I can only deposit, but I can’t withdraw it. The situation is deadlocked and in the complete absence of support, apparently, it is not solvable…

3 of my withdrawal’s are stuck and support is of no help. I’ve been told to re-verify my account but the website says it has been done. To make matters worse I’ve apparently been banned completely from betting with betway and support will not provide a reason. So now I’m stuck without money. I would NEVER recommend betway to anyone, 0 help, 0 trust.

Its not something new that On June 18.2024 many punters were complaining about betway they couldnt get access to their accounts and there were lots of withdrawals made in their accounts without their permission even me I was one of them someone used my 1K wich was left in my account worst part they got numbers and bank account Of that person who was busy using my money while I cant login my account they blocked my id ,not getting any support.they are not following rules and regulations.they keep replying with fake statements the have all the requested documents but they will keep asking me again and again later they put a blame on me saying i logged in someone’s phone with my details or else i used codes shared on facebook thats why i cant login my account.betway is nightmare

One of their subsidiaries who they endorse…jackpotcitycasino.Would give 0 stars if possible. Issues with funds to the tune of £1600. No adherence to regulation. When raised to the chat… which took 4 attempts. When trying to raise a chat they put you in a queue of like 40 people every time, takes about 90 mins to get through. That’s if it doesn’t disconnect first.Download the transcript and it’s blank. Then they said would pass to their operations team and then no response for 12 days. Meant to be a subsidiary of Betway. Seriously shocking service

I use all the major casino sites regularly. One payment provider is “Trustly” it handles deposits and withdrawals. Unibet use the same company. I withdrew £2000 from unibet and it was in my account before the page finished loading. 888 casino uses trustly and pays out in minutes, coral uses trustly etc etc and all take a few minutes tops for the money to hit my account, Betway however… I withdrew £200 from betway and its been “processed ready for payment” for 7 hours so far. Live chat support started que position 39 finally got through to a human and its not their fault its trustly, they haven’t confirmed they’ve received the payment yet. The company that pays out in seconds on every other site… definitely one account i wont be using again after this

Just to let people know if they are panicking I have used the site a few times and withdrawn my winnings with no issues. I started the withdrawal at 8am and was in my account at 1pm both times. I’m unsure why people are complaing about not having instant withdrawals but unless it’s a UK business it’s not going to be instant and may take a few days as it says in their terms and conditions. Iv noticed alot of the very bad reviews are people who have left multiple bad reviews about the company over a few years yet they still go back and gambel on the site? If the experience is that bad maybe it’s time to ask yourselves why your continuing to deposit on a site you have so many issues with. That isn’t betways fault the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result, then writing another bad review. Also people have to understand just because you deposit say £800 the games aren’t going to even you out the more you bet. The games are randomly generated. Like they say don’t gambel what you can’t afford to lose. The amount you bet and don’t win back isn’t the company’s fault. So yea…..I have no issues with betway. My experiences have been positive.

I bet on a football promotion ( man city v Chelsea). The promotion stated if the bet lost you will get refunded as a bonus bet but this hasn’t happened. Line others I then have had no luck with the automated bot and cannot find any other way of contacting customer service to query the promotion. At least with TAB NZ you can speak to a real person. Tried to withdraw money about 2 weeks ago and it’s been stuck on processing the whole time, no email or contact to say to me if there is a problem… I’ve sat on live chat in queue twice now waiting over 4 hours each time just to get stuck at 2 or 3 in the queue!!! No email to contact them as if u message support @betway.com it says it’s no longer in useSoo they leave you with no way to contact them… seems like a bit of a scam that! I registered an account with Betway yesterday and bet money on the Drikus / Adesanya fight for Drikus to win. Today I can’t log into the account. I tried ‘Forgot password’ options, but nothing works. Just be careful if you are thinking of joining Betway. The website states that payouts are about two days. I have been waiting for over a month. Also I made a deposit, this money has vanished, it is not in my Betway account nor has it been returned to my Paypal account. The account that I have used on all the occasions that I have made a deposit or withdrawal on my Betway account.

wow. Betway actually replies to comments on Trust pilot. But if you deposit money and your balance doesnt get updates, no reply. I have been missing 20 dollars since august 7th. and every 2 days I spend 2 hours wating to speak to angent. And the agent says “you will get feedback from the banking team[ in 24-48 hours and this has happened 4 times now. and today, they said , the funds had been sent to for processing. with ” theres no estimate to how long it will take;; 9I used to talk hightly of betway. Do not use this gambling site, just won 1.3k on slots and decided to withdraw it and 2 mins later my account gets blacklisted and banned. i doubt theyre even going to pay me my money as there is no way to contact their support, their email doesnt work and its impossible to get on a support chat. Absolute scammers have no problem with you depositing loads of money but the moment you decide to withdraw they do everything in their power to stop you.

CROOKS AND FRAUDSTERS! noticed some suspicious charges on my credit card, likely linked to Betway. While I was getting the new card and had no access to make deposits, they took $100 from my credit card. Impossible to get it back as it appears the PDF version of the bank statement is black and white and not good enough for them. I hope they shut down and go bankrupt!
