I have attempted a withdrawal 48 hours ago and I still havent gotten approved even though it was a verified deposit method. The timeline given was 24 hours and still no update, this is extremely unprofessional and suspicious.

I am attempting to make a withdrawal. I had an email asking me to ensure my preferred card is the one I’ve used to deposit, which, it was and I’ve made sure that is the case on my account. I’ve asked twice for confirmation that my withdrawal is now being processed. To date I’ve heard nothing and the “Live” talk BOT is useless. Why do you make life so difficult? It’s a very poor customer service when I can’t get a response to an email and have been advised Trust Pilot might ensure a response.

I decided to come forward after all these years of thousands lost on a single game with the most poorest payouts imagined with a RTP 92% , I am one individual who’s been through this struggle there must be 100s experiencing the same. Here we go again in the space of a week.Yet again when trying to make a withdrawal the process inability to contact anyone directly. Just makes this site appalling. I tried to withdraw funds at roughly 4.45pm UK time the process commenced. And was authorised to release funds around 6pm. Yet they still at 1am the next day have failed to send. Surely once funds are processed for release u press send.

It shouldn’t be an app if you can’t withdraw your winnings. I understand I need to verify my age but I was told it would take up three days maximum to verify the account but that wasn’t true at all. I still haven’t heard anything else for 2 months it really isn’t on they should be made to face consequences off it all.

A betting company that doesn’t let you place bets.I tried placing a £50 bet, but said max stake exceeded. Ok no problem, £25? No, even £1 was too much on odds of 2.00. It let me bet 20p, that’s it.Perhaps its because I won a bet yesterday and this company only likes clients that loose?Not to be trusted. Avoid.

Everytime I withdraw its says it goes into a short queue. But this takes far to long. I’ve been trying to look on my account at pending transactions yet it just says error pls contact us with you can’t as its a autobot.So I don’t know where my funds are.I have fast funds so withdrawal should take less then a couple of hours but they take sometimes over 24hrs to process and authorise a withdrawal. No site should take over 24hr to process its a horrendous system and very disappointing that they don’t even reply to a email. And the only way is to post a review on here.

I’m also having the same issue with them!! I deposit through PayPal and then when I try to make a withdrawal to PayPal it won’t let me do it! I’m very disappointed with this company as it’s also impossible to get through to customer service to get any help!! It’s effectively taking your money and then not allowing you to withdraw anything! This can’t be right.

Just to echo what everyone else is saying. Very easy to deposit, impossible to make a withdrawal. You will get a message saying that “You need to make a deposit with this method before you can withdraw to it” despite the fact that you will have already made the required deposit. Making it impossible to withdraw any money.Also the customer service is very poor, leaving little hope of ever being able to receive your money back.Any deposits made with Betway will be lost.DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Their live support staff are powerless but polite, not you’ll ever get to speak to one.So why 1 star?Deposits are easy. Withdrawals almost impossible. If you try to withdraw money,bit will take at least weeks. But also Betway have a habit of Suspending withdrawals and not telling you. They will do whatever they can to ensure you don’t get any winnings.Communication is a joke, no email or phone options, just the dreaded Live Chat function. You will need to wait for at least 1-2 hours to get through. Fear not though as you won’t have to wait as it will disconnect during it. You won’t know that though.Live chat agents are friendly and polite and they look in to your account and refer it to the relevant departments. I honestly believe this happens. But these departments don’t do anything and the promises of communication won’t happen.I finally got my money out after just under a month due to emailing the manager. If I could give them a zero I would – honestly wish I had checked the reviews before using! Have been trying to contact them since the 8th of May regarding a withdrawal which they won’t give me, only to be told everyday on the live chat that I will be contacted in 48 hours (16 days later) no response to emails and when going back on live chat they become sarcastic and rude just refusing to do anything other than tell me to keep waiting!
