Betway Review

I have been using Betway for a long time and was satisfied until recently. On May 12, 2024, I withdrew $265 via Interac, and on May 13, 2024, it showed as paid. However, the email link expired in less than 24 hours when I tried to cash it in my account. To resolve the issue, I spent 8 hours trying to connect with a representative through the chatbox, but to no avail. As a well-known brand, Betway needs to improve its customer service to ensure high customer retention. There are no ways to resolve issues.

Worst customer service as they have none. You have to dig deep to get an agent. All agents are rude. They have claimed that 169 cad withdrawal is not going to be paid.Unbelievably they are saying I made a dispute in 2015. I did not and Joebow owe money making a withdrawal request in the aforementioned happenstance? They are creepy. Straight up are not paying me.

Unable to withdraw money despite account being verified. Unable to get onto live chat. Tried to message on Twitter but answers to questions are not allowed a none or no answer. Terrible way of treating customers. I have set up my own spending limit based on my afford ability. However Betway will not respect it, but imposed me their own limits without consultation which is rather annoying.

Shocking company. Won bet, didn’t recieve the payout. Phone numbers don’t work. E mails aren’t monitored. Three hours and counting for a virtual assistant. Avoid at all costs.

Waited over 4 hours in a queue that doesn’t ever go down my friend joined the same queue as well once you get within 5 it won’t go down anymore their customer service is a scam. I’ve got all the screenshots if anybody wants to see them. I withdrew in January and still haven’t received my money and nobody can resolve it so I’ve told them to shove it up there bum and I’ll let everyone else know how much of a scam that company is. Avoid at all costs !!! there’s so much better ones out there. All this time I’ve wasted just to get my own money I’ve gave up and letting them keep it and just deleting the app and gonna warn people to stay away at all costs absolute scam !!!!! All the reviews say the exact same thing. Then they will post on here they will be in contact but we all that’s a lie.

Last night I won two bets and they were set as “voids”. Contacted customer service and after a long wait, they informed me that there was an error in the settlement and that it would be corrected by sport traders. Usually in these cases(Not the first time) it takes minutes to be adjusted but now Ive been told that there is a technical issue regarding the system that settles bets for that match and that there would be a delay and that I would receive an email when fixed and am still waiting hours later. On many occasions, Ive had bets or parlays set as losses or void when in fact they should have been set as a win. Ive had to contact customer service for that reason a multiple occasions to have results verified and reversed, which is absolutely nuts in my opinion, especially coming from a big company like Betway, whose name is featured on playing fields, team uniforms all over the world. And on top of that, at times, there can be delays of hours, days at times before you see that money rightfully come back to you. With no other betting platform, Ive had so many issues regarding bet result mistakes. I believe it is no accident that this happens so often and that customers around the world are being duped. 100% not trustworthy.

Its been over 3 weeks and they still have not released funds. It looks like this platform is a scam and I’m escalating this with local authorities. They contacted me back and told me they released the funds. They are wrong, the transactions are showing as pending still in my account. The transaction numbers are 320462539 and 320456967. The total amounts are $1,045.65 and $1,633.93. I have sent countless emails and gone without a response and trying to get ahold of customer service takes about 6-8 hours where they just say they are not sure why these have not been sent and they are reviewing my account.

They have done something to my account. Today it says I have no promotions! I am owed 150 free spins, £15 free bet and £10 casino bonus for all my wagering between Monday and Thursday. It says there is no free prize wheel now and it has not paid my prize wheel spin for depositing today. Customer service doesn’t exist! There is no phone number, no email address, no way to contact them other than their live chat. I was number 28 and waited 3 and a half hours to get to number 6, when I got to number 6 it stopped going down. I have no way to contact anyone! You obviously have one person recruited to cover your 100+ customer queries a day and the majority are not getting heard let alone resolved. That makes it very clear you care absolutely nothing about your customers. I don’t think I will be depositing again. It is also true what another reviewer said about withdrawing. It doesn’t let you withdraw to the deposit method you deposited from, it only lets you withdraw to the FIRST method you used to deposit which is ridiculous.

I would give you 5 stars and if you can answer my question at the end my next review will be all 5!You have an excellent website easy to navigate very favourable odds and you have processed bets promptly and sent funds back quickly.My one issue is i have tried to contact on Live chat over the last few days and the queue has been over 50 long or shorter but when you get to the front no agent appears.Do you have an email address?My query is Sheff Utd were relegated and I have an unsettled bet on that market do you know when this will settle.

BEWARE OF FAKE GOOD REVIEWS I am convinced betway is paying these people or they are fake accounts. I provided what they asked for from the start, and they still delayed me. My $10000 withdrawl took 8 weeks and I just today got only $9000. I bet they’re gonna steal my $1000 for all the bad reviews I put, they deserve it and much more. They really think im gonna stay silent, the amount of reviews I will leave them guarantees they lose customers. These as****** reply once a week, they consisted asked me for the same documents and even when I sent it, it was like I sent it to the trash, they would disregard my documents and ask me to provide more. Complete nonsense, and some as******Said he provided all the documents and didn’t have a problem. That’s a 100 percent a lie, I’ve been though there verification 3 times and when I finally got a big win I had to deal with this stalling tactic. In all actuality, I had won $30,000 but because they stalled so much I ended up losing $20,000. Never got any response from a person just automated replies. Live chat its impossible to get through over 8hrs I’ve tried with no luck. Raise a complaint and still get sent back to help page which is useless. Landline won’t answer there is literally no way to get to speak to anyone. All I want is my withdrawal put back onto the deposit method as there site won’t let me change the method even though was used to deposit on the same day. Horrible company.After I requested a withdrawal. My account was placed under review. They requested documents and I provided them with everything they requested. After that the requested I get my husband’s income tax returns and send them. Which is ridiculous as my husband is not on their platform and has nothing to do with this. Now they blocked me and refuse to release my funds. I have emailed them several times and they still do not reply to any of my emails.

I Think the sign up bonus and rewards are Worth the money and they are worth it.I have played on Betway for a few months now. The withdrawals can take a little longer than most sites but not that much longer.. I have withdrew from them 4 or 5 Times and Have had no problems at all.. Today is my first withdrawal to PayPal as I normally withdraw to my debit card. Hopefully it will go through sooner But will keep you all updated(it is bankholliday also) :)… spoke to yakeen as my withdrawal to PayPal has not been processed yet and it’s been 12 hours. (It does say 24hours to be processed..well from 2-24 hours)Betway take 24hoirs to process it and the it can be 2-24 hours just to update and let you all know. Upgrade to Fraud company and allow fraud to take place on bank cards, refusing to assist and consistabtly disconnecting chats and ignoring emails. I have been reviewing my bank statement for the past year and I see alot of transactions to betway that I have not authorised. It seems my card details have got into the wrong hands and various debits have appeared over the past year.My bank helped me recover some transactions in February time but have not been able to recover the remaining transactions due to late reporting. I reported this issue to betway 10 days ago. Was told their operations team would get in touch within 3 days, which has not happened.I do not have an account with betway.My bank have now placed a block on betway so that future payments are not taken from my account.I find this overall experience absolutely stressful, to find such a number of withdrawals from my bank account. I have asked to speak to a manager on live chat and the agents just disconnect the chats, as recently as this morning (speaking with Jane).This organisation do not take fraud seriously!!!I have given them the card number used. I have also provided them with my bank statements showing the transactions debited.ukmanager email address has been emailed 10 times in the last 8 days. Not one single response.Gangsters, conmen!!! Avoid!!!

Sports betting is poor. Odds aren’t competitive, bet builders are never accepted and the site doesn’t track/settle bets in-play.Casino is even worse. The return on multiple games is shocking, and sessions are very one sided which kills the experience. Table limits can also be added to games randomly, so despite having £100 chips as an example, the table limit will be £10, so half the game cannot be used.General account offerings are also poor. Abysmal rewards, does not offer a NET deposit limit, and it’s almost impossible to get past the chat bot and speak to a real person when you need support.I’ve used the site for many years but it’s regressed massively. Of the ‘big name’ sites in the UK, this is arguably the worst right now. I’ll be closing my account.

Now to start , I don’t bet often and so when I placed a bet and won 900$ I was wondering how come it took a few days to withdraw the money whereas others it took a shorter amount of time. So, I did my reasearch and saw all the never comments and I became skeptical and wary of the situation , however I’m here to say that as of right now I have nothing bad to say about this company since, I’ve withdrew money twice and received it in a timely manner. I gamble everyday on 20 plus sites over the years.Small amounts.. but I usually play big bass games so after probably a million spins I’m pretty confident I know them well. I made a bet for my elderly parents on there card on my account for the grand national and my dad chose the winning horse, but due to “terms and conditions” you can’t use another card to deposit on your account who knew? It’s daylight robbery. My parents are avid national fans and only make a bet once a year, but I now have to tell them they didn’t win! Shocking! I will never use Betway again and their customer service is shocking. Can’t ever get hold of them apart from hiding behind chats in which they hang up on you. A lot of negative comments from people but from my point of view if you provide the right details from the start for verification there isn’t an issue. I won more than I’ve deposited and the winnings I withdrawal from Betway are in my account within 48 hours. One withdrawal was $5k and the $400. So larger or smaller isn’t an issue. I rate Betway highly for service and payout. 5 stars from me, keep up the good work!

i have just spoke to someone via live chat and i asked about my withdrawal of £2600 and i have won yesterday i was told its being processed at the end stage should get funds by Friday, then just now i have been told there charging me £950 as a chargeback now i work in a bank and fully aware of what that is, i have had no other issues with any other gambling site except this one. now there telling me the chargeback has come from bank which is impossible as i work in the bank and there is no such thing on my account. I have spoken to a family friend who works in the gaming commission

What happended with betway? They were by far my favorite sports book, and then all of a sudden:1) boxing disappeared from their sport offerings2) my withdrawal disappeared, haven’t received my money in weeks3) it’s impossible to get a hold of them. No phone, no email, just a live chat that will take you a minimum 5 hours to reach someone (I tried to wait a few times but who can wait that long)Seems like it has just been completely abandoned.

Been with them for over a year . Went to withdraw winnings last weekend . Now all of a sudden they need to see utility bills to verify my account . Never had an issue before , I’ve sent multiple emails with no response , I sent them my bills ( which is crazy to me , and still no response !!! I won’t play another dime with them
