I won £300 pounds they were unable to process it and told me to change my withdrawal card. Which I have attempted to do but I have to make a deposit on the card first which I have previously done! Please deal with this issue or atleast just put the 300 back onto the game because this is ridiculous trying to get hold of a real person.I am now going through the complaints procedure.

Created an account. Zero requests to verify my account and no option to upload any documents so I figured I would just deposit. Deposited over $3000 over the 1st 24 hours and tried to do a withdrawal. The withdrawal sat in the submitted stage for over 24 hours and never made it to the processing stage. I sent 2 emails to their difficult to find email address and got zero response since sending them (it has been a week). Their live chat function is anything but live. It’s a pos bot that you can only ask pre-set questions. Avoid this scam casino. How they advertise with big name companies like the NHL is beyond me. If I could give these guys negative stars, I would.

Worst customer experience ever. A company who makes up their terms and conditions on wimbledon offers and doesn’t even know their own promotions. Spoke with a customer service agent named Dyllan with two brain cells who was rude, patronising and making false accusations. When confronted with truth and evidence – My chat was immediately closed after waiting 90+ minutes to speak with someone. Awful experience from start to finish and a shambles of a company.

I am so disappointed with betway. Bern trying to reach to customer service via email and via Web chat and wasn’t able to get my query solved, I placed over 75 pounds on Royal Ascot bettings, only received 5 pounds free bets and it should have been a 10 pounds free bets as per the promotion.but when I get through to web chat support she said i didn’t meet the criteria. How is that possible. I have screen shots of my bets .but still I can’t get through to the customer service 😒 I am not happy at all until I get this solved

They arent a scam, at least in my country (MX), i have played this casino around 6 years, they take like 3 days to get withdrawals, thats not normal in nowadays online casinos, they want you cancel the withdraw and play to loose the money, happened to me before here and at others casinos, so i block the withdraw cancel option always but here idk how to block cancel withdraws, but i dont waht to ask support team becouse they will tag me as a probable problematic gambler (like an addict idk), that happened one time again and never ask to suppoart to block the cancel withdraws, the best casinos always shows that option… so they deliverating not showing it.They pay, have tons of slots and sport markets available, regular/good odds. support is sometimes useful, sometimes not, and just are available 1/3 of the day, they are not 24/7, like the best casinos.IDK if 4 stars is ok, maybe will go 3, but most ppl giving 1 star and general 1.3 score to Betways i feel is not a deserved score, so im going with 4 at the moment.

I have tried to contact betway but emails keep bouncing back,saying this email is not monitored. Same with live chat,it’s just a robot and they can’t answer your questions. I still have 2 withdrawals pending to the total of £1450. I’m starting to get worried now. Two other firms I use are almost instant withdrawals into your account. No more than an hour and usually within a minute. I need to chat to someone but can’t. Terrible customer service. Funny how deposits go through straight away but they keep hold of withdrawals. To gain interest off your money I guess. What private message is this? And where is it?? Still can’t speak to an actual human being

Terrible experience with this company. Signed up and made deposits and made a few bets. My first time using a betting site and I was quite happy to have won a couple of small bets. Enjoyed the experience, but wanted to take out my winnings and keep a responsible amount of money in the account in case I wanted to do it again some other time, but the site won’t let me withdraw. It is telling me I have funds available for withdrawal but I can’t withdraw because I haven’t made a deposit even though I am using the same card I deposited twice with (?!). Idiot that I am decided I would try depositing again to see if it would then allow a withdrawal but it hasn’t and I now have more money stuck in the account I can’t access. Have been around the support site a hundred times but the bot just goes round in circles and there is no way to talk to a human. I just want to withdraw the money Betway tells me I am allowed to withdraw. Betway has ruined the online gambling experience for me!

Well, my account got hacked and all funds withdrawn. I was forced to reset the password in order to access the account and my balance was empty. I went to transaction history and discovered a withdrawal without my consent (I didn’t take the screenshot at the time and can’t anymore since my account is now locked until I submit proof of ownership, of which I don’t care anymore).Anyway, I contacted support and I was basically told that it was my fault and my account would be locked. I asked to know the account the transaction was made to, but they refused and told me to go open a case. I was baffled by their response since I’m not responsible for betway’s security, and I also added that, I don’t access my account through someone else’s device, but got no help.Here I was, abandoning hollywood bets for this. How can you not take accountability for your weaknesses.Anyway, I’m done, and for anyone remaining – don’t store your funds in your accounts

Thieves!!I signed up on the bet £10 get £10 free bet offer, my initial bet won but I was unable to withdraw as for some reason I said I hadn’t deposited via card even though I had, I then tried to withdraw to my bank but has been a week now and not processed, spent an hour and a half waiting for live chat to speak to an agent, told I would get an email but of course I haven’t. £187 stolen!

Since then they have locked me out of my account WITHOUT telling me why. I have no access to my funds. I am now in the process of filing a complaint with the gaming commission. Virgin Atlantic Airlines terrible experience flying with them to and from St Vincent via Barbados, had us sat on a plane for 2 hours in Barbados couldn’t use the toilet and no one was offered even a drink of water, plus there was a rude member of staff who seem to have forgot her manners that’s if she had any to begin with. Paying all that money for a service and it’s not up to par ain’t good enough so I won’t be using virgin Atlantic anymore I’ll take my money to British airways

Shocking customer service. I was in their help “chat queue” started at number 22 – then three hours later I’m next to be dealt with by one of their human assistants. Then 5 hours later I’m still the next customer to be helped with…….. Well I just gave up and 100% sure they have no humans at the end of the “chat” help. Customer support is terrible. I have registered an account and fulfilled the terms of the promotion, stake £10 to receive 125 free spins. No free spins and no person to contact to discuss this. I registered an account successfully on the 24th June and deposited a significant amount using paypal. When trying to launch a casino game i was informed my account was self excluded even though i was allowed to register and deposit funds. I went to withdraw the funds back to my paypal account and I was blocked. I was then logged out of the account. I tried contacting customer support. No email address, unable to access live chat and no telephone number. How can it be compliant to allow me to register an account deposit funds if i am self excluded? It’s basically impossible to contact anyone if you are self excluded.

Deposited £35.06 and received none of it in my balance, contacted customer service and they asked me to email them. I wrote several emails and just got a response detailing how they would not respond to my email. Scammed me of my money and now will not refund me. Stay away.

Just to start, I am not complaining about Betway due to losing money with them (I actually made a small profit). My experience though was terrible. I placed a bet to try to take advantage of the welcome offer. I tried to speak with customer support to see if my bet would qualify. It said the live chat team are free from 0900 to midnight. However, every time I tried to speak with an actual person instead of a computer giving generic advice, I could never do this. There are no phone numbers to contact anyone and the email address I tried did not work (support@ betway.com), instead sending me an auto-reply saying the email is no longer monitored. So you can only chat to a bot giving the same answers to all my queries.Anyway, I then tried to make a withdrawal via debit card (the same card I deposited with), but the site said I had to make a deposit with this method first (???!!!), so I had to withdraw via another method instead. Overall, a poor experience and there is no customer service whatsoever.

I deposited £20 to have a bet but when i tried to place a bet the most they would allow me to bet was £4.35. i therefore decided to withdraw my money. Easier said than done. When i attempted to withdraw my monet a message came up saying “you must deposit by this method before you can withdraw” i tried multiple times gettin the same message. i then had the bright idea of making a further deposit on the same card and then try to withdraw. Very foolish moev. i now have £30 i cant get back. I have tried the automated chat but it only caters for standard questions such as where is my withdrawal. If you write a question it just says “i dont understand”. their is an email address so i sent an email and got an automated response saying “this email address is no longer monitored”. This should be illegal. i fear i will never see my £30 again. Dont ever use Betway.

I am unable to add another withdrawal method because i stopped funding my betway account, try sending the money to my Neteller account, it has the same email address as the one on my betway account, or you can just put the money back into my betway account so i can continue betting. I believe that wont be hard.
