This is by far the worst betting site when it comes to customer service. i have been struggling for days to get my withdrawals but with no luck. i have illiterately spoken to 4 different consults on a daily bases and no one can resolve my problem. Everytime they just escalating the issue to a relevant department but they never get to a conclusion. you are by far the worst betting site ever. They also never responds to your emails. this has been really frustrating. When live chatting with them, you almost wait for 45 minutes to be helped.

Requested a withdrawal on the 29/2/2024 and got an email saying it couldn’t be paid to the bank I paid in with, even though it wouldn’t allow it to be paid to my card which I’d used go back onto my account and the money is not showing.in my account so can’t change any details I want my money!My account is Andy_the_carp

Don’t use you don’t get your bonus . And no customer services. The live chat keeps you on hold for hours then disconnect s when near front of que. Also if you win big they won’t pay out there ask for your bank statements and if anyone has transferred money to your account they with hold your funds winnings if s a loop hole to try to prevent money laundering. But they have manipulated it to there advantage. use betopenly person to person betting no gimmicks or false advertising just person to person . So played the free wheel on the 15th of Feb then had to deposit and play 10 on games to get the super wheel which I didn’t get so went to live chat told me to try again so another 10 pound and still nothing so waste of 20 pound then went to live chat there looking into it been 7 times since and still looking into it so won’t get my money back or that free spin now so thank for that. Full of bots no real live chat at all in a loop for over 30 min . The is no option to contact a real person all the live chat does is loop you to the same stuff you click it then it takes you to another page then it says issue resolved with out any contact from a human at all . Thats how you know the site is just fake . I bet the is others that need real help and not just some bot that loops you . Don’t use betway no custermer service. Reason they want bank statements is so when you win a nice sum . They can withhold it if ANYONE has ever transferred you money . They say it money laundering. The Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve been trying to withdrawal money that I’ve won for over 2 and a half weeks now…. I’ve spent hours upon hours on live chat and they just keep giving me the run around, to contact them again in 24 – 48 hours. I’ve reached out each time within the time frame and simply keep getting “be patient with us” I’m done being patient as you were very quick to take the money I placed on bets. On my pending withdrawals it’s said paid since February 16th and I’ve still received nothing. How they are even listed on that website is beyond me, crooked operation if you ask me. Many other sites to bet on that don’t give you this much of a hassle. Stay away

My account was excluded against my will a few months ago because I asked to void some bets. I have over 1000 pounds in bets in that account that are scheduled to settle some time around April. I just got through to live chat to enquire if they bets were safe and secure, and the agent stated that the bets had been voided and paid to me. This is not the case so I’m very concerned that my money has been stolen! They claim to know nothing about over 1000 pounds in open bets! I’m not sure what to do now but I hope I’ve not been robbed. Any help would be appreciated- thanks.

I had problems a couple of months ago regarding withdrawing my winnings. Had an email saying they tried paying into my bank but it couldn’t be processed so to check my preferred method of withdrawing which I have never changed as it’s the same account I deposit with. Eventually it was resolved. Now the same thing has happened again and I can’t reply to the email they sent. Always enjoyed using this site but recently there is always an issue when trying to withdrawal.I would be very grateful if this could be resolved.

It seems that the companies are really in bad shape! They have united with an incredibly bad RTP system and do nothing but take money from the pockets of those they catch! And they lie, saying the games are random! For example, this company has not been paying out for 4-5 months. I have a monthly limit, and whenever it resets and I try a bit, I can’t make more than 10 pounds over what I invested! Impossible to talk to a real person. The email no longer works and the live chat just sends you around in circles. I have tried for days to withdraw my money but says I need to use my card first to deposit which I have done twice.

I was only paid half of the amount I won on my bet. Last year I made a 2 to 1 bet on the Super Bowl. The bet came in, instead of 150$ I was paid 75$, they then said the bet was settled correctly. No recourse for the theft. I took a picture of the screen saying I won the bet etc. no help from customer service. Although there are no agents to talk to it’s all on the computer. Use reputable local companies. This company is a sham. When the local government warns to only use local betting agents, these are exactly the crooks they are talking about. All over 75$I also love how they will take 10 days to respond to an email but as soon as they look bad online, they’re like “let’s have a look at that for you” with no intention of doing so. Don’t ever use this site, they will steal your money!

Shocking site. Let me complete 3 weeks of the Cheltenham free bet offer and convenient block me from promotions the week before I would have done all parts and doubled the free bet amount. Awful customer service who couldn’t explain how a bet builder was calculated, they gave me an email address and just continued to lie about the bet despite screenshots. A multi-million dollar company that has their name on the front of EPL shirts, that will squabble over trivial sums and limit you as soon as you win.Money just disappeared from my account overnight, hours and hours on live chat trying to get it back. A total scam! Avoid this website!Betway Limited are letting customers deposit and are then locking customers out of their account. Their only form of contact is via a ‘chat’ service with a countdown ‘queue’ system that takes 4+ hours to reach an agent. Which cut you off after waiting. Their license has been suspended since 25th Jan 2024. Reported to the Gambling Commission for fraud.

Can someone from Betway please contact me?! I have money stuck in my account, it has been impossible to withdraw. I have tried the chat facility which does not work. I have emailed twice. I am being shown an error message whereby it says I cannot withdraw money to my card as I have not previously made a deposit with it, but this is the ONLY card I have used. Other payment methods have not worked. Absolute waste of time. I would advise others to stay away from this company unless they enjoy being annoyed and frustrated.

I deposited £10 on the app and using the free beta credited I won £30. I tried so withdraw this money in the 22nd of January and it is now the 24th of February. So over a month later and it still says that the “funds are being processed.” Absolute joke of an app with an even worse customer service section. First emailed them and they replied with a pre written message that was of no use.
