Made a deposit of $1000 Dec 30/24. Made a $500 bet, still open. Made numerous other bets, currently approximately $200 profit. Requested withdrawal Jan.16/25.of $500. Website showed payment made Jan 22/25. No info to who payment made to! I have not received payment from Payper. Via Interact e transfer, same as used for deposit. Contacted my financial institution and confirmed my Interact account is verified and no requested withdrawal has been received. I believe I am being scammed, which is tantamount to being theft. Hope to have this resolved and receive my cash. I am retired and have all the time in the world. Would hate to have to flog/blog this Company to the max. Social media can be a b..ch. By providing my username, Betway may close my account as their privacy policy so states. No problem if they refund all my cash fully, open bet $500 and my cash winnings. Betway website now edited, does not show transaction history. Wow! Oh now it’s showing. Feb 5/25. Still no withdrawal deposit from Payper!

I am a registered user of Betway and recently had a very disappointing experience on the platform. My account was frozen without any prior notice or specific reason **, and the balance of my account is **3500 RMB **.I contacted the Betway customer service several times, but each time I got a very vague response. Again and again and again betway gets away with stealing people’s money. On 1 side of aviator today at 06H10 they gave a multiplier of 13701.66xThe highest multiplier on the other side of the same game was not even 30x and yet they say that the game is fair. Further to my Post on 29/5/25, Betway still refuse to pay my Winnings.Instead of replying to my many e mails constructively,you get the usual robotic reply, avoiding the issue at hand.I have explained to them my Online Bank Account, which they persist in wantingto see my Bank Statements, does not provide full details, ie Address, only Name, Account No and Sort Code. First week i had to contact them because i didnt receive a free bet, but ok free bet was credited to my account.Join promotion on 1st of feb, made 3 bet builders with odds 2.0 or higher and stake 20£.Free bet has to be credited on sunday till 10:00 but wasnt. I have used a lot of different betting sites in my time, but it’s fair to say Betway is probably the worst. There’s been loads of problems, like depositing £40, for them to say they cancelled the deposit but it’s left my account and not returned. I have questioned this and still waiting for a response, days later.However, this is my main concern. I share PayPal accounts with my partner, so I made a few deposits worth a few hundred. All my bets got voided and was inform I will be refunded as the deposit weren’t in my name. This was 4 days ago. They have since emailed me saying they can’t withdraw as I don’t have a payment method on the account, as they blocked it!!! They’ve asked me to add a preferred withdrawal method so they can do it. I can’t do this as I have no balance so it doesn’t give me an option!!! I try go on live chat to sort it but they are useless. They say it’s all been sent to the payments team. This is my first ever review given and it’s because I am truly fed up. I’m a new user of BetWay and I’ve been trying to withdraw JUST £15 for close to two weeks. This is incredibly frustrating. I can’t even speak to anyone. The live support is impossible to use: yesterday l, I tried three times and all three of those times I got cut off. I’ve sent an email and received no response. Withdrawal has been pending. I received an email two days ago saying they can’t send it to my particular bank card. This is funny because it’s a UK bank account and they accepted deposits from it. Nevertheless, I went ahead and changed it but it’s still the same. It should not be this difficult to use the app. How can I be confident to use the app in full when the test run or JUST £15 is impossible to use?

I read the reviews and was sceptical but it is a verified and legit site and i deposited anyway. A had a nice win and a nice bonus. Payout times vary depending on how you deposit but it’s all detailed on the help page. I did wonder if many of the bad reviews are the same person trying to cause problems with the site.

SCAM! every site has play through rules on wagers from bonuses, but this one is insane. They make absolutely sure that you’ll play your money down to nothing before you can withdraw your full balance. I’ve got 3 games on there ready to hit the bonus for over a week and they just won’t trigger them. I’m on all the sites for PA and this one and Jackpot City are the worst. Betway is currently 13 days late on a withdrawal that was supposedly paid out on the 16th, yet Payper (their etransfer provider) has no record of this payment. Impossible to reach customer service as apparently they don’t have access to “Canadian” accounts.

Please please do not sign up to a Betway account, they are absolute scammers. I joined up, deposited my own money, won around £750, on a live table fair and square, I withdrew £700 (still not seen it!!) and left £50 in, continued to bet a bit later on with this and won another £750 again on a live table fair and square, woke up the next morning to my account “reset” and at £0! All because I paid via PayPal even though it was MY DEBIT CARD that funded it with MY NAME / ADDRESS that matches my Betway account but they still say it’s not right ! Avoid using this Company. Worst Customer Service ever experienced.Opened an Account on Sat 25/1/25 and made a Deposit by my Bank Card. They processed the opening of the Account and confirmed by e mail it was Open and Verified ok. Place a Bet on the Football, which was successful, tried to withdraw some Winnings, and this is where the problems start. Betway has caused me constant issues for over two weeks and I don’t know how they can’t solve situations quickly. For the second time in two weeks, I made a deposit of £10 but it said the payment failed but it still charged my Visa card and it didn’t credit to my balance again. Betway is a scam it seems. They have requested a bank statement as of proof for account verification which they already blocked with my money inside of it and it’s been more than a week that I do not have any information regarding this matter. Whenever I ask about it to the customer service line they are all telling me to wait as they are working on it. Working on it? For more than a week? I would like to add that I have previously sent other proof of address documents to them which they refused but back then they were answering inside 24 hours. Now that there is no way for them to refuse my proof of address they are making me wait with nonsense excuses. I have been trying to get back £190 that I deposited over 3 weeks ago to no avail! The money was taken from my bank yet never credited to my bank account, I have sent about 50 emails and they just ignore them! The one response I did get advised I would have the money back in 24-48 hours, six days on still waiting…. Stay away from this site, worst customer service and care I’ve ever experienced! Spent money on their bet club and a bet builder offer to obtain free bets which never appeared in my account. Customer service agent was abrupt and not willing to engage in any discussion or try to come to a resolution about my issue, When I challenged the fact I had been told different information by another agent regarding a free bet not being credited, he ended the chat immediately, having previously told me that the free bets had been in my account. Exceptionally poor customer service and need to take some lessons from other companies around how to treat customers who are putting money into your company. Not reputable: joined a week ago and deposited money. My account was immediately locked. Upon enquiry, they said I had to send proof of ID and address. Did so immediately. Nothing happened for 3 days (promotion offer supposed to be done within 7 days of registering too), 1 hour on chat, next day I no. 45 in chat queue, no response from emails. 4th day account active. Made first bet then got promotion 100 spins. Won £10. Withdrew it. Email from them says can’t deposit back to card registered and have to do a bank wire transfer with a great big online form to complete. Won’t bother. AVOID this company chaps unless you are really desperate to bet, but can’t guarantee you you’ll be lucky and get your winnings.

What can I say, happy to receive deposits for bets as long as they lose. Best of luck if you have a winner or three seem to be reluctant to honour the bet. Steer clear if you bet online and use a reputable firm which Betway are not.

I am getting sick of tired of how I am being treated by hippodrome that is owned and ran by betway. I had an issue on the 7th of January that involved a missing deposit of £40a and they locked my account for no reason. After two weeks it was resolved today and I received an email from the uk manager stating that my gaming account has been unlocked and my deposit of £40 has been credited, great right? Now next thing you know I login to my account and try to play multiple games and then the error came up mentioning that I need to contact support. I contact support and they told me that my account was unlocked and that there are no restrictions on my account which is a lie. They have also allowed me to still deposit but they have restricted my withdrawal page on my account.The live chat agents then tried to tell me it’s a technical error from my side which was a straight up lie.I have even going back and fourth with hippodrome for now going u to three weeks with an issue occurring every single time.I have sent my documents including id and proof of address. Fair enough, but 3 days after nothing. Their live chat yesterday did not respond to me in over an hour and today I was no. 45 in the queue…needless to say I didn’t wait.
