After calling out betway here on trustpilot about my account closure and refusal to pay back in August they finally Emailed me to send my Address verification on Oct 21. I submitted the document of my utility bill month to month And ever since, I did not get a feedback. Only for me to be told on livechat today Nov 6 – “The account is to remain closed as per casino management, the 95,00 withdrawal is withheld. The account will remain closed and the withdrawal remains withheld until further notice.” WHY is betway withholding my money till further notice despite providing the new document. Betway is trying to scam me off my money. This is injustice. This is robbery

I opened account and after so much loss i won then I withdraw and it’s been 14 days still withdraw is pending they asked me same verification documents several time and after I submitted so many time there wasn’t any response and when ever I contact live chat they said account is still under review.this is scam and im not going to give up on this who ever faced same and it’s been 8 weeks they should contact resolver and if they can’t help,you can file a case on ADR

Big Scam platform !If you think you can withdraw your money from betway then they got you so bad. There is no way to withdraw your money and customer service keeps telling you will receive it in the next 7 business days , then they will tell you your details are wrong please update them , then it will take another 7 business days and it goes over and over until you give up on that money. Stay away from this big scam platform.

STILL STILL STILL NOT opened my account since agreeing to and allowing me access to my deposited funds and winnings of £500!!! After several ‘chat’ service colleagues have agreed to reopen my account still closed after a week!! Funny they’ll allow me to open a new account with no deposits and winnings though. SCAM site don’t use. Based in Milan and all over stealing peoples money and not paying out. Bet I get a generic message on here saying we’ll private message you but then you just get signposted to their online chat who are no use at all. The customer service is terrible and very slow, casino is laggy. After playing for a while on betway rtp seems somewhat reasonable and the offers and rewards are ok. Compared to other casinoes the slot selection is a lot smaller and some of my favorite games are missing. Withdrawals have been fairly easy and takes about 1-3 days. The sportsbook seems allright aswell. Overall i would rate this casino a 2,5-3/5

These dirty rats they rip you off at every angle at the breeders club. All the major bookmakers were offering best odds guaranteed they weren’t and there was a lot of difference in the price from the beginning till the end but i I did a typo error a difference of £50 and there’s no way they let you cancel it. You hang on for about an hour what I did for some third world call centre to ask you silly questions by the time you’ve got through what you want to do they said it’s too late to cancel the bet because it was 10 minutes before the race, clear it’s not my normal bets that amount so it was obviously a mistake. Any other bookmaker you could ring them up or send them an email and I’ll see you straight away and finally they always try and hold your money. Absolute sewer rats.

So despite being told my account would be reopened via email I’m still waiting several days later!! I’ve deposited money and now I have no access to it. Can I suggest anyone who has similar issues specifically in the UK as I’ve seen on here make a complaint to the Gambling Commission under their account number 39372. Betway I WILL NOT go away until you rectify this issue. Also an online platform called Resolver. Free to sign up and easy to complete 👍

I was with Betway for the past two years and often had issues trying to have them pay out winning wagers. In all fairness the wins were noted after official scoresheet adjustments in the individual games. Happened three times within a week this year and when I answered their questions I was told they only go back 90 days and despite having three correct answers they said I had to deal with their chat. I was a seasonal bettor who usually played only during hockey season. I am not prepared to jump thru more hoops to correct THEIR errors. Will not deposit anymore with them. Moved to Bet365. One of the least customer friendly entities I have ever dealt with. They give gambling sites a bad image

Each time I’ve been told I’ve failed security despite the answer being 100% correct concerning my last deposit! It is literally on my bank account. A withdrawal was reportedly rejected by the bank so betway emails to advise to update my preferred withdrawal account, which seems impossible to do. Betway essentially has zero customer support other than a bot so unable to navigate this issue. The money has not gone back into my account so its been over a week now in betways never never land.

Big scam platform. There is no way you can withdraw your money, they make it impossible to withdraw your money until you give up on it. The chat support give you the impression that something is wrong with your bank details that you provided giving extra efforts to do so you can give up on your money easily. Please stay away from this fraud company.

Big scammers . To take deposit it’s so easy but if you win something there start problems to withdraw money. I deposit 50£ and I made 800£ . My deposit method was PayPal (without any bonus) so when I won I want take back my money this same method by PayPal . My account was verified but when I tried take money back I got error “you need first deposit money by this method to withdraw by this same method” I sent email to customer care but that is impossible to receive message back from them . I don’t understand why my withdrawal money didn’t reach my bank yet. I have withdrawn over 2 days ago. I have talked to live chat after waiting in a queue for a combined total of 100+ people and they still didn’t manage to fix it. I entered a new deposit method and deposited and I withdrew again so I’m hoping you guys will be able to use the other card. I was told that there was a Mastercard processor change or something? But my first withdrawal method is Visa so I don’t know why that would have an effect.I will update this review if this issue gets fixed.

Same issue as many that they wrote before.The withdrawal issue.I deposited as selected method visa card, but when I withdrawed all the sudden, the payment bounced back “due to visa processor”.I tried to talk to them on chat and they told me that they suggest me to change the withdrawal preferred method to swift but the problem is that i don’t have that option nowhere. However, they send me an email and they told me that the withdrawal to be successful, the withdrawal method should be the same with the deposit method.So if my deposit method was debit card ,what is the resolution? I honestly do not get all the bad reviews I don’t even normally write reviews but the first time I played which was a couple of weeks ago I didn’t get paid out within a few hours like other sites and got worried and looked the reviews up which made me panic even more to be honest.But I got paid out the next day in my bank no problem and the same 3 times since then no problem with getting paid.I think it’s a shame that more people don’t leave a good review when things go right but are quick anothe to leave a bad review.If you look on here there is maybe 50 odd bad reviews and a couple of good reviews I don’t no exact amounts I haven’t counted but obviously people with no problems with the site or payment are not leaving a review at all.because this gaming site is not obviously only running with 50 customers.Anyway what I’m trying to point out is for the new people that play on here don’t get yourself worried if you don’t get paid out the same day and look reviews up like I did and make yourself more worried that something is up and that’s the only reason I’m writing a review for the you people

I requested a meagre withdraw of R600 on the 24th to test their system; as I had some bad experiences with online gaming sites that “lock_in” your money. I received the Pin and voucher number fot STDB instant money. The Pin and voucher number did not work. To date I have spoken three times to “agents” and each time the 24hr to 48hr cycle is renewed. They provide one lame excuse after the other. I will encourage online players to stick to Lottostar and Sunbet as their customer service is excellent.

I deposited on the same card I tried withdrawing from and they emailed me the next day saying the card doesn’t match name on my account which it does! They have now not got back to me and it’s been 3 days since there first email. I will leave bad reviews across all my platforms and followers. I would be leaving bad reviews to the partners and im also in contact with gambling commission and sending my screenshots to multiple different agency’s. Absolute joke of a company! Again, 1,5 months later, no solution being offered. Freebet 5€ amounts are not credited by the system automatically, only after contacting live support and discussing about it. Prizes on the wheel spin do not work, the website crashes down every time i try to utilize the prize. Also, what happened recently is: betway takes ages for a bet to settle. Lets say you place a bet on 3 events to qualify for the freebet club, you win the first 2, lose the third, that bet wont be settled immediately. It takes hours, sometimes several hours. If you are unlucky and the system arbitrarily settles the bet after midnight on Friday, you wont qualify for the freebet club. I missed the qualification for the freebet club by a few Euros because my lost bet was settled hours later, after midnight. Customer support doesn’t give a single shit about it, no empathy, no goodwill, only copy paste responses.Betway has lost huuuuge quality over the last year. Sad!!!

Tried to contact using contact me waited in line for over 1 hour never got past 1 person ahead of you, that one person ahead of me went on for 30 minutes of that hour!
