I have now been trying to get through on live chat for nearly 2 weeks! no one answers even if you get down to the final few people. I need my withdrawals processed i have sent two compaint emails with no response its a joke.

Deposited 70 pounds with them, money left my bank account and never got accredited to betway. There’s no way to contact them, no email , no phone number, the live chat is fake, they make you wait 4 hours and than they tell you you have been disconnected (tried 6 times). It’s the only app/site in the world where you can’t contact them

I tried to withdraw some money on the card I deposited the funds from. When I try to withdraw it says I can’t use that card as I haven’t deposited any money from it yet.Customer support seems next to useless, just a bot that doesn’t provide any answers to my questions and no way of speaking to anyone.

Wish I read these reviews before playing.. this is the boringist and greediest site iv ever played. So predictable. And greedy. It basically just steals your money stay away. This is the worst iv ever played ever. By the way this is another crappy gambling company that flags reviews or asks for more details. To get reviews removed. Haha. Very bad customer service in terms of getting through. I am trying to get in touch with them 3rd day in row via Live Chat, but even if wanted to wait on line being position like 80 took me 4 hours and still not even been in top 10 in line.I did also send out email which are nit getting response as well.Even tried phone number of Google tried to ring but the line is no Longer active…Most important always problems with promotion like now I supposed to get reward yesterday and there is nothing and cannot even speak to agent or complaint.

Very disappointed with Betway customer service as a whole. On account opening I was unable to login in with no email to state why. All emails I tried was met with “this email is not monitored and you won’t get a response” after trying for several days I was able to finally get through to chat support, they state I need to send documents in and will have my account unlocked within 24-48hrs. 6days later and many days trying to contact chat support to which I’ve been waiting on average 5-6hrs a day I reach next in the queue and get cut off. Clearly they must be making so much money they no longer want people to sign up.

EDIT:They did actually sort it to be fair, emailed me the morning after and credited the bet to my account. Raised from 1star to 3star as the whole process still did feel a bit deceptive, but at least they made an effort to sort it.Original complaint:Stay far away from this company. Got a pop up stating I could receive a £5 free bet if I opted in to marketing communications. I did so, didn’t receive free bet, so got on live chat. Was advised I’d need proof of offer, (I didn’t screenshot because why the hell would I? (the offer was a pop up, not email, implied a very easy process), and after waiting for around half an hour for a resolution, I was then asked for my details and asked “Is there anything else I can do for you?” LOL. I then tried to download the chat transcript and it said “An error has occurred”. Like I say stay far, far away from this company, textbook scammers

Deposit made last week, didn’t show up in account. Still awaiting feedback on the issue. Withdrawal of funds from Betway account issues and the corrective action suggested doesn’t work. Extremely poor service from the company.

Do not be tempted to use this organization. They are blatant scammers and need closing down. A despicable company who have no integrity just an abundance of dishonest practices. They owe me 1065€ and simply prevent me from removing my winnings. The worst of the worst examples of betting companies.

Following on from my previous review of these cowboys, they contacted me telling me they’ve located the money that they’ve taken without consent. No apology, they just emailed me after a month telling me that they can’t refund the money and that the money will be deposited into my Betway account. Since then, no further comms or no sign of the money in my Betway account. Again, simply avoid this shambolic company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worse casino ever. I started playing at this casino and won $906 and then withdrew it. Over night my account had a deposit restriction for no legitimate reason. They made me wait days speak with responsible gaming who then for again no legitimate reason placed a deposit limit on my account because I have disabilities that make it so I can’t work. Discrimination at its core. Then my withdraw says paid but I never received it meanwhile I requested it by etransfer and I would have gotten the email for it. Do not play here its the worst casino ever. I think honestly it’s a scam. They don’t even have a contact number to call and its near impossible to get a hold of anyone.

I opened an account with them on 14th of February and deposited £30. After 10 minutes I was browsing building my ACCA they locked my account. They didnt send no email or anything in order to explain what I should do next. Since then I am on their live chat every day waiting over 5 hours to get to someone. Still havent managed to talk to anybody after so many days. AVOID.

I had an issue with Betway regarding a withdrawal, the withdrawal didn’t happen & I had great difficulty in contacting them over 2/3 weeks. Eventually I managed to make direct contact with via Facebook & all my problems were resolved within 12 hours. Thank you Betway. I must add at this point that for the previous 2 weeks I really did struggle getting any form of communication with you. Your Live Chat could not be any worse. The contrast between Live Chat & via Facebook is massive. Thanks for sorting my withdrawal problem so efficiently in the end,however please have a look at your “Live Chat” because it really isn’t fit for purpose.

Betway not paidout my withdrawal since 19th jan. i was told to activate a new card and debit some money with it then withdraw it. This means i have more money outstanding as they are saying they cannt withdraw back onto this card either. The original card was good enough before for withdrawal so what the f@&k. Now like some other customers they are saying my login details are wrong. Well if you need my money so bad you can have it i havnt the time to waste

This is a great website and I love using, but their payout takes days almost a week to recieve , and they send it by etransfer…you would think it would be faster.. I am getting tired of this practice many other companies you recieve the withdrawal within the hour! I spend alot of money and the winnings shouldn’t take this long !

I signed up as a new customer to Betway based on their offers. Initially the process was easy and the site working well. I was able to deposit immediately with no verification process. A couple of days in I won a reasonable sized bet and wanted to withdraw the money. I put the request in and heard nothing for 48 hours as my withdrawal was processing. I then chased them via phone- which says lines are closed due to Covid. Via live chat which has you waiting for hours then cuts you off. And via Twitter. Finally via Twitter I was told I needed to verify documents to withdraw which I did immediately. I spent the next four days chasing them and received an email saying everything was verified and I’d be paid within 48 hours. I allowed this time to pass- during which they cancelled all offers and bonuses for me. I was then told the email was wrong and I should ignore it. Four more days have now passed and 60 more messages on Twitter- no money. I’ve never experienced worse customer service and feel the site must surely be scam? Has anyone ever had a withdrawal from them? Would give no stars if I could!

Avoid avoid avoidI thought I was the only one having issues with contacting Betway but having read the reviews here,I am reassured it’s betway that’s the issue currently been waiting on live chat for 3 hours and still haven’t been able to speak to an agent.I believe that the gambling commission needs to intervene as this is corruption as I had a bet settled incorrectly yet you can’t get it sorted due to no customer service.

Hello, I’m located in Canada and have been using betway as my trusted site for online gambling but after my last withdrawal of $550 and NOT Receiving any of it I’m realizing that this site has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will not be using this site going forward. $550 CAD withdrawal, never received after saying paid.EDIT: Betway had replied to this post but has not tried to contact me. I have been using the same card to withdraw and deposit into Betway. I withdrew £300 winnings (which wasn’t actually winnings, I probably put £300 in and broke even) 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting to be paid. There online chat is useless, there is always massive queue and you are waiting hours at a time then it disconnects. You then have to start again, shambles. I did get through once about 2 weeks ago and the person was useless, I explained my difficulties withdrawing, she gave me some instructions of how to update my card but the instructions didn’t match the options I had available on the withdrawal page. She then said I now need to verify the card I had been using. The same card that they were happy to take the deposit from and also paid out to in the past. I however followed the instructions as I was only interested in getting my money. I sent my ID and card details and bank statement to the email provided. I received and automated message saying the mailbox is no longer active or being monitored. I don’t know what to do now, just want my money.

On 15 February I tried to log into my Betway account. Screen said Internet Connection lost. Seemed strange as I could access any other website. 24 hours later I still have no access. No phone no or email address for customer services.I too liked the range of sports betting available but with no customer service, it’s a big risk.I would like to withdraw my recent winnings if I could only speak to a human being rather than a robot. My query is not on the standard list of problems so they don’t want to know.I have received a reply this morning from Customer Services and miraculously access was restored without even having to do any of the checks they recommended. I knew my internet was not the problem.I wonder what key they had to press to solve the problem. I will probably never know!!!

I managed to get my deposit of 55 euros back yesterday, not the 1065.00 winnings however. Then today, Betway stole the 55 euros back from my bank! Thieves, liars and utterly corrupt organization. I had a response from the tv programme Scam Uk and they said they were examining numerous complaints about this cowboy outfit.

On no account deposit any money with this company, you will never see it again. Impossible to make a withdrawl and impossible to contact them. If you email, they send the same automated reply over and over again. The chat facility is automated, and utterly useless. They have no customer service whatsoever, there’s nothing you can do to resolve a problem.

I encourage anyone on Trustpilot who has had a problem with payouts or promotions at Betway, to file a complaint with the UK Gambling Comission. The process is very easy. Google them and the form is easy to find.I filed mine with 225 signatures I collected from a forum on Betway’s problems. These people need to massively improve their practices. Or have their license removed for misleading and not paying their customers.I got a response from the Comission in less than 2 hours…which is a lot better than Betway! 😂😂

Where can we lay a complaint against Betway. They include matches that they can easily fix, matches that have no video recording or are televized anywhere on Earth. Matches whom results are only shown at full-time and not televized should not be offered to the general public for betting. It is unfair for all members of the public to bet on non auditable matches and results. Where can I file a lawsuit or formal complaint against Betway and FIFA.

Deposits made and not showed up in account. Yet the funds have cleared from bank account. The length of time taken to get in touch with an agent is terrible. Will be taking this up with the bank as a dispute if no further communication is forthcoming from Betway.

I deposited money into betway using a visa debit. I deposited 500 which I turned into 2000. This was on Monday night Feb. 12th. I was happy with my winnings so I decided to withdraw. I waited patiently to see when my funds would be processed. Yesterday I received an email stating that they could not process the withdrawl back into the card I used and to change my withdrawl method. I switched it to Interac E-Transfer and replied to their email notifying them I switched the method. I have not heard anything back and I am normally a patient person but after reading all these horror reviews about people not getting their money and the fact that I am currently on hold for a live agent for the past hour and still have 75 people ahead of me has me freaking out. I really enjoyed gambling on the site but if the withdrawl process is this hard I don’t know if I can use them again. I heard this is the best way to get a response from them. Hopefully I hear something back and can update this review in a positive matter.

Update – Within an hour of posting this I received my money! Thank you Betway.My withdrawal is missing. Said it was paid by etransfer 4 days ago but my bank does not have it. I understand problems happen so I emailed support to report the problem only to receive a reply that the support email does not respond to emails any longer. So then after much navigating I had to choose technical support to get on the live chat for an actual live agent. The wait time was 7 hours!!! When someone finally answered me at 1am I was told operations would need to review my issue and they could not tell me when it could be resolved or where my money is. I am missing $1,100 and still no answer after five days Very concerning.I will update with results – hoping this trust pilot review helps.

Can’t withdraw. Funds stuck on processing for 4+ weeks. Can’t speak to a operator because the queue is always at 60+. And to go from a place of 60 to 20 in the queue. Apparently takes five or more hours of a operators time. Good luck.

They “promised” 50 free spins…and yeah, you guessed it, the spins never got credited.They still owe me an answer about 125 spins they failed to credit. Nothing got done about it. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Please don’t trust these they are scammers I played the free wheel today and won 75 cash prize but didn’t get it went through to live chat spoke to the most useless person called nikita when I said I had Prof wouldn’t let me send it in then told me I won 2 free spins instead yeah OK lairs. Still haven’t had access to my account for over a month. I had received an email explaining the problem but how can I get in contact when you’re waiting at least 4 hours on the live chat or their email address doesn’t seem to be active. All I’m looking to do is to get my account active again as it is definitely 1 of the best for promotions and range of sports you can choose from but there is zero customer service at all. This really needs to be improved in order to stop having so many complaints from what I’m seeing on this page

for some reason I still have not received my withdrawal, I used the etransfer method with the same email, phone number and bank account that I’ve used multiple times but for some reason even after the withdrawal process says it’s been processed and paid on February 13 at 14:10 I still have not received a thing. Normally once it says paid I receive it pretty quick. I cant contact them whatsoever, I’ve been trying for two days their emails don’t work nor do their customer service platforms. There’s no sign of my money and this is not normal! It’s a sum of 600 dollars and I’ve seen that this kind of thing has happened before with other people. Impossible to contact them! No email, no phone, only a web-chat that never ever gets to you. Has the cheek to claim: ‘Our agents are currently going that extra mile for someone. You’re currently number XX in the queue, please hold for the next available agent’. Erm…. is that one agent for the whole of Europe? Spent 14 hours so far trying to point out they have forgotten to settle a cancelled race meeting market from 4 days ago. This should take 1 minute….. I remain optimistic that this review may prompt some action!

The site to bet with seems ok, lots of markets to bet on and there appears to be a decent rewards scheme. However trying to contact anyone when you have an issue is impossible. i was on live chat for a full 10 hours slowly counting my place in the queue down from 36 to next in line, only for it to then disconnect me and ask me to rate my experience. i then tried again the next day first thing in the morning i went from position 8 to next person in line with in 2 hours, only to be left for another 2.5 hours before being disconnected again and asked to review my experience. the phone number doesn’t connect, the email no longer is in use. it is just impossible to contact them to solve any issues.i am hoping that by writing this review i may be able to get contact with someone.

Hi there betway. I spoke to Tovya last Friday, very helpful regarding my withdrawal and was advised after providing all requested documents that my withdrawal would be processed and I should receive early this week its Tuesday and I haven’t received evan though status says paid ..I contacted live chat and a agent advised me I have to again provide the same documents again evan though my withdrawal says approved and money on its way should have been yesterday but never received. Can someone tell me what is going on as its been over 2 weeks and have already provided and been accepted, the money hasn’t gone into my bank. I’ve been waiting patiently, give you extra time and you’re making me go back n forth I would like my money please.
