I won on my account and yet cannot make a withdrawal. It told me to make a deposit with the card I use but it made no difference. A bunch of lying scum, scammers who should be prosecuted and dealt with. I would love the opportunity to deal with them. I have reported the company to the police fraud department but I doubt it will result in a positive response.

Was told if I joined I would get a 100% bonus with my first deposit, and 25% with second. I deposited $50 with first and $20 for second. I did not receive either bonus and when I try to online chat I time out every time with no way other than that for contact or way to get the bonus… feeling like I have been scammed. Very disappointed.

An absolute joke of a company. I have now waited 3 weeks for my withdrawal. Excuses range from technical issues with withdrawals, I need to go to withdrawal section and change method of receiving payment. Send ID and bank statement, which I have sent twice.Last email received told me that they have manually updated my payment method and have fast tracked to payment department. Have spent over 24hrs on Betway assistant only to keep getting disconnected when approaching low numbers in queues. Only correspondence you have from Betway is through trust pilot, yet after email they send you will not get a reply when you respond. Do not use this company, they will send every excuse to avoid payment. I have screenshots of times wasted on Betway assistant, I have all the different reference numbers from emails . Do not let Betway get away with taking your money . Bombard the CEO of Betway Anthony Werkman with all your evidence. Gaming commission needs as many complaints to revoke their gaming licenses. As for the employees of Betway . You know what you’re doing is wrong . Do something right in your life , gather information and become a whistleblower. There are plenty of investigative journalists who will gladly take your story and pay . Betway needs to be made accountable for their dishonesty.

I opened an account, deposited my £30 ready to put on a bet, it then locked my account. I then got told to verify it when I went on chat. I have then sent my documents to the verification email which I got a confirmation email, it says they will be in touch if there is a problem. I have since tried on the live chat waiting hours to be kicked off.I have just waited on the chat for over 7 hours today 12.2.24 to be next in line for it to just end the chat without anyone speaking to me. I just want to withdraw my £30 i deposited as I can’t access my account. I wish I had never opened this account after reading the reviews, looks like it’s not just me. What a Joke!!!!!!!

Tried to remove funds from my account.have a debit card that is no longer used ,It was not possible to withdraw funds.Cannot remove the old card will not Let me add a new card,Not sure why.There is no way to contact them.chatbot total waste of time.easier get a doctor’s appointment.

I registered and deposited $50, when i came back to play, i can not access my account anymore they were saying that my account is locked. I waited for their Live chat because that the only option they have to fix my issue. When i spent 8 hours to wait for their Live Chat that i never get a chance to have a chat. I started from 57 queue when icame to 10 queue it will disconnect so i went back again from 57 queue. What a pain in the ass….

Absolute con artists.I received an email from Betway saying a recent withdrawal from my betting account was being held because of ‘cancelled’ transactions by my bank. This is completely unfounded as I have evidence of every deposit being charged against my bank account. After reaching out to their support email I received an automated response saying that the email is no longer active and I won’t be responded to. The only other source of help is a dreadful automated chat that is of zero help.DO NOT INTERACT WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.EDIT: Do not be fooled by their responses on these reviews. I have received no ‘private’ message from Betway on any platform.

Quite possible the worst company to deal with. Waited 8 hours to get through to live agent, when I did, they just copied and pasted the same message to wait for my withdrawal and apologies some delayed. You advertise instant bank transfer, yet my withdrawals have now been over 24 hours and 0 way of finding out how long this is now going to be! Betway is just a scam. I am a journalist and will be making an article about this!Edited 11/02 – yes Betway got in touch, but haven’t actually completed the withdraw! I have had a £100 withdrawal o/s with them for weeks. There are no live agents to speak to, and their support email has been shut down. Their chatbot isn’t sufficient. The issue is that they cannot withdraw back to Mastercard Debit card. I’ve set up faster payments but here’s the kicker, their twitter (x) support getting me banned from twitter when I tried contacting them there. Can’t get much worse really. Please don’t use them.

Betway is an absolute joke. Tried emailing, customer service number isn’t in service and the live chat kicks you off after spending hours to get through. I have had £250 pending for withdrawal for two weeks and it says to change my preferred method of payment which it isn’t giving me the option. I have been playing on this site for a few years and I’ve never had a problem up until now it’s been fantastic but unfortunately I feel like I can’t play on this site anymore.

Don’t understand betway sponsor premier league and should be a big website to play on. But don’t judge it by the book if you want to play with Betway, most of the time you couldn’t reach customer service and I’m on the queue of 60+ of the line to get an agent.trust me it took me 5-7 hours you have to wait on the line to reach them.

I withraw my $1500CAD last feb 7 2024 until now i didn’t recieve my money! And i try to trace my withrawal in the live chat they said its already paid. How come does it paid! Wow. Wow. Wow. Where to start. They closed my account in November-ish for not providing proof of income statements. I provided them shortly after. Between Rakesh and Riaan. I have sent 8 emails since. Its February. Ive gone to the complaint email, the verification email and just the usual general support email. Not one. Not one Response. You go to the live chat and it’s often 90 people ahead of you- giving you a good idea how utterly dreadful this site is. I am hoping, very faintly, that this could be a means to get my account re-opened. No doubt I will be ignored here too. How can you go through the complaint email and still not get a response. Absurd.I got a response back via email and it said to send the documents for the 9th time. I will update you on the inevitable.

This company have bad customer service system. No one reply on my emails. The phone number isn’t in service. They have few customer service agents or they have a lot of customers who have issues that they need to discuss and as a result of that, I had to wait 2 hours and 3 hours on the next day to get my issue solved but I couldn’t talk to any agent for the deposit that I made on Feb 2, 2024 and It’s been credited to my account yet (today: Feb 9, 2024)

I am still waiting for my money that they owe me. Do not use this betting company, do not give them any of your money. If you win, they will not pay you. You will not be able to get hold of anyone, any email you send will not be responded to. Just look at all the reviews, everyone is having problems with retrieving their money from them. How betway is allowed to operate is beyond me. Avoid at all costs!!

Been waiting for 2 withdrawals to be processed. £120 (pending since 15/01/24) and £100 (pending since 16/01/24). I received an email a week later to advise that there was a ‘problem’ Processing the refund onto my regular debit card. They suggested I log into my account & change my preferred withdral method. I don’t have one. I only have one debit card which I deposit with frequently. I tried to contact via live chat. 5 hours to get to the front of the queue.. and then nothing. No response. I just stayed at number 1 for a further 90 minutes. The same day I received a further email to apologise for ‘technical issue’ and to assure me that my refund would be processed soon. A £10 free bet was added to my account. I was so relieved that the issue was going to be sorted. Disappointingly, it’s now the 8th February. My withdrawals are still showing as pending (when I can review them – most of the time I recieve error message 500 when I try to review the info) and I still can’t get in touch via live chat. Tried again this morning. Got to number 2 before being disconnected. No reply to my emails (I keep trying to reply to the email they sent me – they’re not bouncing back so somebody somewhere must be receiving them!). I truly can’t believe the poor service I have received or that a betting platform that I have used regularly (and enjoyed using!) is allowed to withhold my money. Shocking issue and truly shocking lack of information and support. I’m at a loss as to what to do next… its so upsetting.

There was an issue with my bank account being in my maiden name..: I have sent photo id and marriage license with zero response. Betway is nothing short of a scam. Due to their unique business model, they are not under the jurisdiction of any Indian authority so bet at your own risk. They ask you transfer money to an upi intermediary which keeps changing by the day. I have been looted of 50K with no recourse. I have tried reaching the almost unreachable betway customer service. Sent tens and tens of emails with all proofs. No resolution in sight. Bet at your own risk.

I don’t write reviews too often but I also rarely have good experiences with a betting platform, so I felt the need to say a few words. Apart from the usual initial hoop-jumps through the verification process, which is pretty standard across all sites (most a lot more painful that Betway in my experience) I’ve had a very positive experience with Betway so far and trust them more than other platforms I’ve used. It’s the only sports betting site I use. I’ve been very lucky over the last few months and had a few substantial wins and I must say I’m surprised I’ve not heard much of a peep apart from one quick re-verification. No random bans, no issues with withdrawing the wins I’ve had and paid out fairly quickly every time. The only downside is I have had notably a lot less success with the automated slots on Betway compared to on a couple of other platforms, generally. But that was maybe just my luck at the time. Hi, I withdrew my money on 28jan and received a mail about verification on 30 Jan and I sent required documents then after one day they ask me more documents about my card proofs . Then I sent all documents again. When I talk to a live agent she said they are reviewing the documents and give you feedback later. Once they done we will give you a feedback. Everyday I got same answer after waiting 7-8 hours on chat. Sometime send document again with bank stamp all that things. And I sent all . Don’t use this scam site I have withdrawals that keep getting so far then going backwards. You can speak to anyone as there’s no email or nunber and the live chat kicks you off soon your near the top of the list. I’m going to contact the gambling commission as this is a joke. 3 days ago I requested that MY money which was in my withdrawal balance that I deposited before Betway closed my account has still to this day over £40 not been refunded I have sat on Web chat for HOURS and still haven’t got anywhere. Been trying to sort withdrals for some time. Been told to change method explaind I can’t, then been asked to change method about 10/15 times since. Finally got through to someone asked me to provide details for a swift transfer, they were rejected a few times even know nothing wrong with documents, re sent updated info.Not heard anything for a while then get an email asking me to change withdral method. My withdrawal seems to be coming through although I had to set pay pal up which I didn’t want to do then deposit more money in to get my money back . If Mastercard is not working with withdrawal s then they shouldn’t be letting people deposit They did apologise so that’s one plus and hopefully it’ll be in my account it wasn’t alot but it wasn’t a good experience , also getting in touch was near on impossible apart from through trust pilot very frustrating. As with many others I cannot withdraw my money. It tells me I have to deposit money on the card I want to withdraw to first, even though I have made multiple deposits using this method. The “Live” chatbot cannot answer my query, and the email I sent gave an automated reply to say it is not monitored and to use the Live chat bot which cannot help. Please, please help.

Shocking site! Yesterday they allowed me to deposit alot of money then all of sudden I was thrown out of the game. It automatically locked me out and I had a pop up saying that my account has been blacklisted. I was verified etc so I do not know why. I am unable to contact anyone in regards to the funds I have on my account that I DEPOSITED and didn’t win! I want my money bank in my account but no way of requesting because the lack of support etc from Betway all I want is my money back I deposited yesterday! Including the money I lost as there is no reason for them to have locked my account only for me depositing and had no issues doing so in the past!

Terrible experience!!! Cannot contact customer support, there phone line isn’t working, neither do there emails work when trying to contact them, there live chat doesn’t work and wastes your time puts you in a que of 72+ people then while waiting the live chat closes on you so you can never get through. Been trying to find a way to talk the the team as I haven’t received my withdrawal and can’t get in touch with anyone, would avoid at all cost. They basically take your money and don’t payout with no way on contacting them! Absolutely disgusting service. Betway casino if you see this contact as I can’t contact you.
