So it’s been nearly 3 months now still not received winnings sent over proof betway are a fraudulent company lying in order to not pay winnings. When you catch them in enough lies they say you have broken terms and conditions. Look at other reviews all saying the same thing no coincidence. Betway are getting away this fraudulent activity and have been for awhile now. Don’t bother with resolver as they don’t so anything as also owned by betway so don’t waste your time. I’m now opening a case against them with a private solicitor as I have more than enough proof of their fraudulent behaviour and blatant lies. I’d advise you all to do the same let’s not let them do this to anyone else betway needs to be shut down if we all make a claim against them we can make it happen!

Betway are the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with not just bookmakers.I requested three very small withdrawals two on Jan 15 one Jan 17 . One request on 15th paid remaining two they state I need to verify account . I have sent the relevant documents weeks ago . I have sent approx ten emails requesting status and address to send a formal complaint. No reply.MY ADVISE IS AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I finally received a response to an email I sent to their customer care manager. It took 10 days for an answer.To my surprise, they replied saying that they can’t figure out what went wrong with their promotion.I have accumulated 125 spins as part of a promotion, a defective one, they have been running for some time now.They had the audacity of asking for 2 weeks time in order to review it.Please note, it has been over a month since I made them aware of the situation.I am in the process of contacting the proper authorities in the UK to make them aware of Betway’s horrific practices.These guys need to learn a lesson.There is a “gambling and gaming” commission in the UK, as well as a ministry that attends to these situations.Betway is going down the drain quickly!Don’t give them your money.

Still waiting to be contacted, can’t withdraw says i have to deposit to make withdrawal even though I deposited 100 on the 13th Jan 2024 and last year . Stupidly I did deposit on the 3rd Feb hoping it would allow my withdrawal but geuss what same response . So basically betway are taking monet and not letting you withdraw so impossible to win your just giving money away . I’ve had no way of contacting betway auto bot doesn’t understand, phn nos is not manned due to lol xovid on message and email to support is not active anymore. It’s a small amount of money but what betway seem to be doing is disgraceful. Would appreciate a reply from a human being at betway and to beable to withdraw. Mayby carry on with the app . I have given them 2 stars as my withdrawals were finally paid.This was never about the money Betway, it was purely down to your appalling customer service or lack of it.Sooner or later the gaming commission will undoubtedly get involved with you but thankfully I will not be a part of it as I am shutting my account.I urge all unsatisfied customers to persist if they have an issue but please note the only time they respond is via a Trust Pilot review so do not waste endless hours on the chat service which is probably manned by an inexperienced operator who apologises constantly. I say probably, but I never got through, always disconnected.Good luck to you all.Adios Betway !!!

How in the hell do you cash out? Takes forever to get online. It sucks to have to get a verification code everytime. I don’t recommend it at all. There’s too much competition to go through the frustration on this app. Btw….I never got my bonus. Ripoff.

A month ago I bet to over9.5 and final score was 12 then supposed be I win but the result is I lost. I don’t know why I think it’s technical problem.Today I bet over 8.5 and final score was 11 that means I won but they didn’t pay me yet.I tried to contact them by live chat all the time but there are 50-60 queue in chat room so never contact them.I don’t care they still fraud or cheat anymore but they shouldn’t steal user’s money!!

Been trying to get a withdrawal from Betway for some time now. Iv used other sites within this time and managed to receive withdrawals to the same card used at Betway and came within hours.Betway will take deposits all day but when you withdraw just drag the process out as long as possible.Iv been asked to change method and can’t, been asked to send in I’d and staments but won’t accept them. All of which have been accepted on other sites so weird how Betway won’t accept them.I have wrote to betting commission and MP of betting procedures and also contacted all company’s sponsored by and promoting Betway on what is happening. Not just to me but looks like hundreds of people.I hope I get my money and will keep leaving bad reviews, telling everybody I know not to use or give money to this company and letting social media know also.I would advise for ever person in this situation to do the same. I didn’t read reviews before using this company but hopefully if enough people can kick up a fuss it will help people who may be thinking about using or giving money to this company as your more than likely never to see it again alongside any winnings you try to withdraw either.My pending withdrawals have now been wiped from my account with no explanation or reason and still not received anything. I have won £2500 since December, my account was locked out when I requested to get my money. When I go on their live chat it will take hours for them to talk to me, they will keep asking for passport and Identification. Once I send those they will say it’s not clear and then ask me to send it PDF form. When I send it that way too they complain saying they don’t accept it . I sent my documents multiple times but they will ask me for same thing over and over again. Betway is a joke and a fraud company. They will kind take your money when you loose but when you win they refuse to give your money and lock your account so you don’t have access to it. Their onlines are very crazy you will wait for 6 hours and then sometimes the page will close it self. Never betting with betway again. And I want my £2500 or am taking them to court

Since yesterday morning I find my self unable to login into my account. The app seems to be not functioning, even the in-play markets will not show. I have deleted – downloaded the app, tried it on 2 other handset devices and 2 different pc’s/ laptops in different locations nothing wrong with the internet or anything as every app is working fine. This is frustrating can someone explain this… I can’t even get through to anyone

You have a clear picture of my password for my ID, driving license and a utility bill to confirm my address. The bank details are correct and only one card is registered in the account and that is the card I have used to deposit into my account.. this is going on since the 16th of January 24. this bookies is disaster on withdraw money. when i try do withdraw money from my account it just doesn’t let me withdraw, it says “You need to make a deposit with this method before you can withdraw to it.” even i deposited five or six times with my car in past.but more disaster when you not able to contact then, email is disaster they have just close it and chat bot that keep sending same message over and over.

You win a little bit of money and they wont let you withdraw it at all. They will lie and make excuses and prevent you from getting your withdrawals. And when you catch them in enough lies they then state you have violated their terms and conditions with no evidence provided whatsoever. And good luck trying to use Resolver to try to get them to honour their obligations from a UK Gambling License, as the companies used for mediation are owned by them too!They are Corrupt, Scamming con artists. If you want to bet go elsewhere, as this company is not trustworthy and believe they can get away with these vile practises.

This is a follow up review on promotions and support …To this day, I have not received any compensation on the promotion that Betway has failed to keep their promise.It has been now 3 weeks since I made them aware of the situation.I have written countless emails, sent a bunch of screenshots.The Support team has failed to give me any information. All they say is “we have escalated the issue and you’ll receive a response accordingly”….I wrote a formal complaint about the situation to their customer care manager…nothing, not even an acknowledgement that they received my note.These guys are clueless. If you are considering giving them your money…DONT DO IT. The moment you have an issue that requires them to help you…they’ll become your worst nightmare.

Right betway iv had enough now, you can’t make a withdrawal to my card I deposited due to problems on your end. You have sent me details of what I need to manually send the withdraw to my bank. Iv sent these through and suprise suprise you can’t use them.I have resent all documents asked for if there are any more problems from now and my money is not sent to my bank the next thing I’m sending through for you to verify is my letter to the gambling commission and to the RT honrable minister for gambling MP Stuart Andrew.This has got to be by far one of the worst betting companies I have ever come across. Have written one review already. Appalling customer service. One excuse after another . Betway has now taken money I have been in pursue regarding withdrawal. My betway account is now empty . No history of transaction . In withdrawal section not showing pending nor paid . No money from Betway in my bank account no in Betway account. As usual get stuck in queues on Betway assistance only to be disconnected. This company should be investigated and fined for their total disregard to clients . I have emailed them along with all the 6 reference numbers I have accumulated . They don’t even have decency in replying Do not use Betway , as has to be the worst betting site ever .

Betway are an absolute disgrace and need to be fined by Gambling Commission.Again having problems with withdrawing. Their system is broken. Live chat is completely useless as you can’t get through to anyone. Therefore again stuck in a situation where £500 are in limbo as it’s a stuck on pending withdrawal.

This is a terrible company to use. I am in the process of withdrawing money but the length of time this is taking is quite frankly, scandalous. There is nobody to speak to at the company and the live chat system does not work. I just want the money withdrawn into my bank account. This is not a big ask and should not be taking this amount of time. The company continuously say that processing has commenced, but there is zero clarity as to what is going on or indeed why it is taking so long.

I have read reviews. Surely this company should not be allowed to get away with this . I also having same problems with withdrawal. Absolutely awful experience. I have numerous reference numbers , saying need to go to withdrawal section to change to different way of receiving money. Yet they keep your money in pending payment , so you can’t change . I’ve spent over 10hrs trying to also get withdrawal on Betway assistance. Each time start either in the 70s or 60s in queue. When near to low numbers in queue only to then be disconnected. Was offered £10 free bet as they say experiencing technical difficulties. I Never received this . Still trying to resolve withdrawal a week later . Taken money immediately when placing a bet but then saying can’t transfer to my bank for withdrawal . Now going to persue through gaming commission. Awful customer service . This company should be investigated as believe these are not coincidences. Im in hope an investigative journalist uncovers their sinister policies. I don’t believe anyone even gets through to Betway assistance nor do they have a specific department dealing with complaints or issues . This company doesn’t even deserve one star .

I have just over 2k in pending withdrawals. So.ething to do with my card. It said deposit, so I did. But cannot withdraw it and still no money. I have never had an issue before and its the same single card still.. My funds were released 23rd January. Link to help email is no longer in use. No contact number. I think I need to take all this to the financial ombudsman.

I’m absolutely livid. I’ve been trying to get hold of some customer service/support for days now and of course the only way to contact them is via live chat. So today I made sure I was in line just after 8am this morning. It’s now 4:30pm and I was next in line. It then came to my turn and I got booted out and the chat window closed. I reloaded it and I’m back to 64th in the queue. I’m raging. Someone had better get in touch with me as this is totally unacceptable.

After trying to contact through the live chat, starting at 50th in the queue, I was disconnected after waiting 2 hours. Reconnected to find myself 66 in the queue. Rubbish customer service system.

Betway has been running a deficient promotion. You get 25 free spins on a casino game for betting on certain events. So far I have participated on 5 of them.I haven’t been credited a single spin per the promotion. So they owe me compensation for 125 spins. Hundreds of people, at least, are having the same problem.Customer support is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. They don’t do a thing about this. Sometimes it feels like you’re talking to robots. They all give the same responses.To make matters worse. Betway has blocked me from logging into their site or app. I guess they don’t like customers asking why it has taken almost 3 weeks and there’s no resolution.They have quickly become a terrible option for online gaming.They continue to run the same defective promotion, by the way.My advice, stay away from these guys. I couldn’t give 0 star, but this is the worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life! It’s 2 days I am trying to reach one assistant but I am always 70 in queue and after you wait for nothing, the page closes and you need to restart the queue. Last night I’ve been waiting for 2 hours and suddenly the page shut! How can you have just one assistant for 70 people??? And how does it take 2 hours just to move from 70th in the queue to 40th? So after reading the reviews I’m glad to see I’m not the only one experiencing issues regarding my withdrawal. I’ve updated my card details as requested by betway…pointless really as its the same card I’ve always used. I made a deposit from the same card a couple of days ago to make sure that worked and surprise surprise it did!. Obviously judging by the amount of people this is happening to there’s some serious problems/scamming going on at betways end. Get this sorted betway, it’s NOT acceptable!!!

Once again been sent an email for the second time, we have had trouble processing your withdraw to your chosen method.I have explained I cannot change my withdraw method numerous times. It also mentions it may have to be the same I deposited with, which it is.Betway have no problem with taking deposits from my card but for some reason can’t withdraw to it that’s funny.Iv also been asked to deposit with a different method. This month January the 16th i have placed a few bets, one of them resulted a winner of £521 accumulated. I have requested to withdrawal £500 into my account, but this process is turning into a nightmare. I didn’t think at that moment about the details I had registered, because my email address its been the same for years and same for my phone number. At yours request I have sent a picture of proof of address and ID. And still haven’t got a response after few emails I sent. Accessing the live chat is impossible. So frustrating I can’t get what I’m entitled to. I have never had a such bad experience please sort it out.

Earlier this week placed a qualifying bet to obtain the free bet they promise and although this has happened succesfully in the past for whatever reason it was not honoured this time, i go to the chat assistance and am met with the same experience alot of previous reviews have been, i first logged the query at 12.17 where i was 76 in line its now 22.07 where its stated “your next in line” for the last two hours i was aphrenshive that there were actually any humans in their customer service and not just bots and this is unfortunetly confirming it

I wanted to withdraw all of my money I had in Betway just before last Christmas. I followed the withdrawal procedure on the Website. They sent me an email on Dec 24th telling me that they couldn’t send me the money because I had’t deposited with that card for a while. They asked me to update details on the card which I did this at least 3 times but it was pointless as there was nothing to update as it was still the same card. Responded to their email twice – received no response. Tried contacting ‘customer support ‘ none existent apart from a totally inadequate automated chat function. Finally found a phone number online for customer support – automated message telling me there weren’t accepting calls due to problems caused by Covid 19 !!!!!!!ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY -SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY – IT’S ALL FINE AND DANDY WHEN YOU’RE DEPOSITING AND LOSING MONEY BUT THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO WITHDRAW YOUR OWN CASH. I deposited £100 into my Betway acc and then 2mins later it logged me out and says I am blacklisted. After sending numerous emails and over 5 hours on chat they said couldn’t use my card (even though I just deposited) so I had to send new bank details done that 5 days ago and sent more email asking status of account but zilch. All I want to know did they get new bank account details and how long till withdrawel.
