App / website is good.. layout is good.. but customer service is absolutely horrible… live chat is all automated and then when you get a “live agent” you have to wait because all they have is live chat.. I was number 80 in line (que) waited 45 mins and I was 77 in line .. like come on… yall are handling peoples money… get a phone number back.

It’s been OK playing the games etc but when I’ve come to withdraw the bit of money I’ve won, it keeps telling me I have to make a deposit from the card I’m trying to withdraw to even though it’s the card I’ve been using to make deposits. I don’t feel comfortable withdrawing the other ways so the moneys just sat there until I can work out how to withdraw to my card… 😩

Despite my reservations of a previous bad experience and against my better judgement, I decided to give Betsey another chance. Have applied for 2 withdrawals which have been authorised and processed but not paid……does this ring any bells Betway??This morning I went on their so called live chat at 8.22 am and was pleasantly surprised that I was number 12. Roll on to 10.30 and I was next in line. At 1pm I logged off as I was clearly not going to be seen to despite my many comments pleading for someone to talk to me.FOUR AND A HALF HOURS Betway!!! Really!!Your contempt for your customers is a disgrace and your customer service……..what customer service?I could happily rattle on about how bad you are but I will amuse myself looking at the thousands of negative reviews you currently have. You cannot be happy with such bad reviews?In the meantime could you investigate why my withdrawals still haven’t been paid pleased. As a further note I went on live chat again tonight and was number 76. 2 hours later I was 64. Enough said.Will await to hear from you.Hopefully.

Betway is ripping people off like flat out highway robbery. The customer service sucks no live chat feature . The puck line bet’s I placed were not processed according to the rules and they ripped me off 160.00.

They allowed me to open an account, and then they explained to me that they have now been taken over by a company I self-excluded from ( wasn’t a gambling issue )They gave me the option to close the account – which I did, but they will not refund the money I deposited unless I provide documentation???It was a small deposit but they have no right to withhold my money. Why should I send in documentation to an account I do not want.

Stay away!You win a little bit of money and they wont let you withdraw it at all. They will lie and make excuses and prevent you from getting your withdrawals. And when you catch them in enough lies they then state you have violated their terms and conditions with no evidence provided whatsoever. And good luck trying to use Resolver to try to get them to honour their obligations from a UK Gambling License, as the companies used for mediation are owned by them too!They are Corrupt, Scamming con artists. If you want to bet go elsewhere, as this company is not trustworthy and believe they can get away with these vile practises.

Betway is not so reliable and I have given up on them. 4 times I have betted on what they advertised that they will give free bets back if you lose (based on their terms and conditions including minimum amount and 1.5 odds) and on all 4 occasions they did not honor their word, 2 in the Premier League, 1 in Australian Open and yesterday in the EPL Cup. Very disappointed customer.

Disappointed with Betway. They don’t even give out the free bets they promised. Lost confidence with them as they have not honour the free bets they promised. Have move on and now with Bet 365, a better option.

I am 36 years old and I can earnestly say that my experience with Betway is the worst customer service I have ever received. I opened an account and immediately deposited £500 through Paypal. Then my account was immediately locked. A combined 30 hours in queues for live-chat and my account was finally unlocked after a week. But my balance is zero, despite me having a receipt for my deposit from Paypal. I have had to jump through hoop after hoop, every person you speak to on live-chat will give you a different story and are extremely unhelpful; gleeful in my frustrations, almost.No apology, no compensation and WTH happened to my £500! I’m taking all this to The Gambling Commission.Avoid Betway at all costs*update after Betway’s response below: there has been zero email correspondence. It been more than four weeks now I haven’t received my money. Last two transactions, first one of 250.71 and second one, 28.88$. I withdrew but didn’t receive in my bank account. I had read several reviews recently and many people are facing the issue. I was using Beltway for last 3 months. But I will not use now and post on their social media as well. I will make sure to inform my friends and family about this. Absolutely disgusting service won 300 and still waiting for hit to my account…recieved a email stating that I need to choose an account for the funds to go into…now why don’t you use the account that your happy to take 500 a month off me on ..then I’m on live chat for hours with no answer or agent live to answer me …absolutely vile service. .this app should be closed down..if this was bet 365 you would have the funds in minutes

Withdrawal process is extremely bad, wanted to withdraw my winnings and when I wanted to change my withdrawal method it told me in order for me to withdraw to my new card I had to deposit to it first (which is what I’ve been doing) I tried contacting live chat but it takes too long its not worth it and sending emails only to be ignored/no response. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this site.

I withdrew £400 on Friday from the same withdrawal method I have been using since I opened the account. On Monday morning I received an email stating that they cannot process the funds to that particular card as it isn’t my “preferred method” . I know for a fact it is my preferred method – always has been. Subsequently reached out to the chat for some guidance as to what in the hell of beelzebub’s jock strap is going on. Customer Service V BAD(Betway Assistance). I waited over 8 hours yesterday to interact with someone & was no 1 in the queue for 3 hours. Guess what! System disconnected. Been waiting for my withdrawal since 16th January when I was told 1-2 business days. I have received an email saying my card I has restrictions on that’s why it’s not being processed which is impossible as it’s the card I deposited the money and I always use. Normally my withdrawal are quick. It’s given me anxiety all day I have been on live chat since 11am this morning nearly 12 hours no response!!!! The email at is not working. Firstly I deposited £10 to which they said my bank had refused this payment so I was waiting for it to return to my bank after pending for a while after a week they took it anyway and it was in my account.This time around I’ve won £70 after I deposited its been 2 weeks today I still havnt gotten my payment they sent an email to say there is a problem to check my card details which nothing has changed. The 10 pound went in after a week and on the same day I won 70 so there is no problem with them taking my money but when it comes to paying out they obviously don’t want to!Customer service is terrible and doesn’t ever give you an option to speak to a human and it constantly cuts you off after they think theyve answerd your question 😠😠😠😠

This company really are lowest level of scum. Very simply put: they stink!! They will hold onto your withdrawals and there’s no rhyme or reason when you actually get them. One guy will tell you 24 hours. The next guy says 48 hours and then blah blah blah. It’s very deflating when you actually win and you can’t get your money. As soon as I get my last lousy withdrawal, I’m shutting down my account. They are just flat out horrible!!!

Shame I can’t rate 0 stars still waiting on my winnings from 11th November. Betway lied and broke their own terms and conditions and confiscated my winning with false reasoning saying my account was 3rd party which is rubbish and I’ve sent proof of this. Still waiting on my 150 pound payment. I withdrew 170 pounds you have only paid me 20 of that!! I had deposited and had no problems made a withdrawl of £900 which I withdrew, didn’t hear anything until they wanted documents said mytrustly account was linked to more than one account? I sent my ID, ADDRESS and bank statement in. Apparently not good enough. I have spoken to trusty my self whom confirm you can not hold an account with trustly and it’s linked to your bank account sort code and number. Do not sign up with Betway, they are falsely advertising their sign-up bonus of – 100% FIRST DEPOSIT MATCHUP TO R1,000. I deposited R10,000, and did not receive the R1000 sign-up bonus. The support is very poor, understaffed and clueless. I am reporting them to the WC Gambling Board for false advertising, and suggest that you all do the same to get their license revoked.
